Welcome to the heart of Oak Lawn! Our quiet, peaceful condo is only a short walk from tons of shops and dining and with great access to the rest of Dallas.

Two story unit has huge windows that get lots of natural light but has blackout shades for any late sleepers. Living room with a futon, dining area, and renovated kitchen are downstairs and a spacious bedroom, workstation and full bath are upstairs.

Less than 1 mile from a popular walking trail + access to pool, bike, weights, and yoga mat.
The space
This is a two story condo with the living, dining, and kitchen areas on the ground floor and a huge bedroom + full bathroom on the top floor. I've set the spacious upstairs up with a large desk and comfortable office chair, a portable monitor to facilitate work from home, and a comfortable lounge chair in case you want to relax upstairs and read by the sunny window.

Downstairs has a fully equiped kitchen and a small dining table (seats 4 people) as well as a futon and a small TV with a Roku. If you have any questions about the property please don't hesitate to ask!
Guest access
Property comes with one dedicated parking space but please ask if you anticipate needing more than one spot. Condo is inside a brightly lit, gated courtyard that is shared with with the neighbors. Courtyard also contains a pool, patio furniture, and a few hand weights that you are welcome to use.
Other things to note
If you are interested in receiving a routine cleaning service during your stay, please ask and we can either price it into your stay or I can give you contact info so that you can hire a cleaner directly.

If you need to drop off luggage early / leave it at the property later, please let me know and I can check to see if we're available to do this.
