Great place to stay! Even extended 4 more days. Would’ve stayed longer but unfortunately they were already booked.

Filthy kitchen and living areas, furniture unlike listing photos, nearly zero decor, STAY AWAY!
Bedrooms were cleaned before our stay, everywhere else appeared to have been lived in by animals.I had to clean the kitchen, dining furniture, and floors just to make it tolerable.
This property was the perfect place for my family and me! The backyard and front yard were great for our 9yo to explore safely and it was large enough for us to have our extended family come have dinners with us. I would totally revisit and stay again in the property and work again with the host!
My family plus friends needed a place where we could all gather. Dustin was an incredibly gracious host who was very helpful an accommodating. His details were through and it allowed us to enjoy our time together without having to chase questions down.

Not Your Typical "Oasis"
We were out in WA for a funeral and needed a place for multiple individuals to stay as we were road tripping out there. The same day we were to check in, we had to reach out to the host to receive check in information as we were not provided it. The code was not included in the check in information that was sent to us. We again had to ask to which the information was provided. Shortly after receiving the information, we were told to take the trash can down as it was the owners garbage day. We had no problem taking it as we thought it would be just a few items in the can.It was overflowing!! Pulling up to the house, the outside of the house had overgrown bushes, trees, and LOTS of weeds. As we entered the house, the only room that looked like the pictures on the listing was the kitchen. In the check in list, we were told to not use the dishwasher as it did not work but later got a notification that we could use it as they put in a new one. It seemed like it was a copy and paste check in information that needed to be proofread before sending to guests. We went to use the dishwasher and it leaks. We had to go out and purchase toilet paper and hand soap as there were none to be found. We did have a small dog with us and thought the "fenced in backyard" would be beneficial. We couldn't let our dog run as parts of the fence was missing and being in a completely different state,we weren't going to risk her running away. The TV was very confusing to work and weren't able to watch it.
Unsanitary Conditions, and Misrepresented Property
This property was absolutely disappointing. Upon arriving, we noticed that the condition of the interior and exterior of the property did not match what was presented in the photographs on the listing. The furniture was lacking in the sitting rooms, there was water damage to the kitchen floor, and the grass looked like it hadnt been mowed in 6-8 weeks (it was 3.5 feet tall in some areas). When we went to use the master bathroom, we found urine, feces, and toilet paper still in the toilet. The trash can in the kitchen had no liner, and there were no liners readily available. There was also garbage piled up in the corner of the garage. We called the host, and it took some time for them to get back to us. When they finally returned our call, they were disingenuously apologetic, but gave us access to the cleaning closet to obtain a trash can liner, and offered to refund 1/3 of the cleaning fee due to the human waste that was in the toilet. When we pulled back the bed covers, we found human hair (one of which was most definitely a pubic hair), along with traces of dirt, and the bed smelled like it had been slept in. The sheets had no hint of clean laundry smell, and when we looked to see if there was detergent in the laundry, we only found three empty bottles. We attempted to reach the host again via phone and messaging and were unsuccessful. After an hour, we had to leave and get a hotel room. The host has been unwilling to refund our stay thus far. DO NOT STAY HERE!
