Una splendida nuova villa con 5 camere da letto in una posizione riservata all'arancio recintato. La villa ha una master suite al primo piano con un letto king size, una cabina armadio accesso diretto alla piscina. Le altre 4 camere da letto sono al secondo piano. La seconda suite ha un letto matrimoniale con cabina armadio. La camera da letto 3 ha un letto matrimoniale con cabina armadio. Le camere da letto 4 e 5 hanno ciascuna due letti singoli con cabina armadio. Il bagno principale è dotato di un ampio bagno, cabina doccia e lavandini per lui e per lei. Il bagno 2 ha accesso al duello dalla suite 2 o dal corridoio al piano superiore. Il bagno 3 è un bagno con doccia per famiglie con una grande cabina doccia.
Bagno 4 è un bagno con piscina con gabinetto e lavandino.

Due zone soggiorno separate offrono ampio spazio per il relax. La zona giorno anteriore con sala da pranzo formale ha 2 divani con tavolini e lampade. L'area salotto familiare posteriore ha un grande divano in pelle a forma di L con TV al plasma da 42 '.

Cucina completamente attrezzata con una griglia a quattro fuochi, forno, grande frigorifero / congelatore, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e doppio lavandino con smaltimento dei rifiuti. Forno e tostapane sono forniti anche per l'uso. Ci sono 3 sgabelli da bar e un tavolo Nook per 4 persone. L'area piscina ha un tavolo, sedie e 2 lettini. La piscina e il patio sono coperti da una zanzariera. La piscina e la jacuzzi possono essere riscaldate a un costo aggiuntivo.

Il garage è in moquette e trasformato in una sala giochi con attività di biliardo, basket, air hockey e freccette.

La villa si trova in una posizione eccellente con facile accesso alle esigenze degli ospiti. Molti negozi come Publix (supermercato), Walmart, Loews, Walgreens sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto. Il nuovo centro commerciale "Posners Place" dista 5 minuti in auto. Tutte le attrazioni di Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios e International Drive sono 20-30 minuti di auto. Anche il centro commerciale outlet di stilisti della Florida all'estremità meridionale di International Drive è a 20 minuti. Il centro di Orlando è di 35 minuti. Ci sono molti parchi statali in 60 minuti di auto. I-4 costa della costa del Golfo, Tampa e Busch sono 75 miglia.

It works

To start, this is one of the less expensive properties in Davenport. We were down for softball tournament so amenities weren’t a priority. We were notified that property manager was not around due to family emergency and had contact with host. He was very quick to respond. Pool heater was broken and fee was refunded in full. Neighborhood is in a nice location, quiet and safe. Furniture is beat up. You sink in the couch and the furniture is scratched and what not. Minimal kitchen supplies like pots and pans. No dish towels or drying rack. Master shower stall is mildew stained. Broken blinds and 1 missing and 2 broken screens on back patio. Upstairs toilet leaked and was not repaired during out stay.

Furniture soo completely out dated Sectional couch was so rip missing slats window blinds.

Never again. Under this ower. The pool was great & the flooring was good. The furniture needs a make over plus the window blinds. For the amount on money I paid for 3 night. I was not happy.

Family reunion

The house was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our 2 families, party of 10, to sleep and get ready. We did not make any meals at the property so I cant review the kitchen, but plenty of space for the kids to unwind at the end of the day. The weather was too cold to use the pool, but it looked very nice. We would rent again.

Holiday Get-A-Way

During our stay at the property from December 29- January 2, 2024. The property is in need of repairs and is out dated. Mu concerns were: -No wash cloths available for guest. -No security system as indicated in rental agreement. -Heat pump did not work- Very cold in property. contacted the owner and property manager. (Had to sleep in clothes.) - Dryer stopped working. - Smoke detector in downstairs bedroom was found in bedroom drawer. -Kitchen sink only had hot water. -Front door lock only worked from the inside. -Pool heater did not work. -Several text messages to the property manager with NO reply. Called -Went to a voice rely system. I have requested a FULL refund.

I'd like to give 5 stars but i can't Dryer broken (obviously doesn’t work for a large group) patio chairs broken OLD couches Beds fair. Its a shame size wise it works for a large group. Only positive close to parks If got updated it would be nice for large family

Family vacation

The house is nice and comfortable but needs some work. The chairs by the pool look like you could fall through at any moment and the couch has a broken section. The mattresses are cheap but not the worst I have ever slept on. It was a safe and quiet place to sleep before enjoying Disney and Universal.

Thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks vacation. One of the nicest properties we have ever rented. Owner was so quick to respond to questions. Would highly recommend renting this property

Deceiving

When we arrived the house was dirty and most of the furniture was scraped up or falling apart. The pictures that represent this property are not accurate, some amenities are not around the property. Location was fine for us but the property itself was deceiving.

Amazing place

Before we got there we imagined the place smaller than what it was. It was so amazing, even management was very nice and communicated with us anytime we needed help. My stay was so pleasant that me nor my family wanted to leave. Absolutely loved this place.. Thank you will be renting again if available 👍🏼👍🏼

Everything was good. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would recommend is more linen and pots and pans and just things to use while staying. We had to buy a lot of accessories.

Trash full when we got there, with the heat the smell and flies were terrible. Better supply kitchen

House had a lot of space but could use more kitchen supplies. Not one dishcloth or dish towel. And not enough towels for the amount of guest the house can hold. Need to make sure trash is picked up between guest.

Not what is advertised

I was very much hoping to not have to write a negative review, but I have not heard back from the property manager after two weeks. This property is NOT what is advertised. I'll list the issues we had below. - When we arrived the heat was on. We arrived on an 80 degree day and the upstairs was 81 degrees. It took hours for it to come down. Thankfully the property responded to it. Thank you Yogi. - The mattresses honestly feel like blow up mattresses. The beds were so hard and thin I could feel the slats underneath. - The utensils had dried egg on several of them. - No oven mitt, had to pull pizza out with a sponge. - The leather sofa is sinking so badly that your legs are higher than your torso on the L shape of the couch. - Dead roach and numerous dead bugs found everywhere. I live in Florida too, and dead bugs don't have to be inside your home. - Ant pile in front yard that one of our kids stepped in. Yard is not well maintained. - Body hair found in master bath that had to be removed before bathing children. - Pictures simply don't match property. Google search shows pictures are from when the home was purchased. Asked for a partial refund and have heard nothing. The house felt unclean and uncomfortable. Only saving grace was the pool and hot tub and the location.

We had a fantastic stay. Overall it exceeded our expectations. Extremely safe neighborhood. What a really cool house that was. We will definitely stay here again next time we are down.

Perfect Family Vacation House

This house was perfect for our family! The location was great for us to travel to the parks and beaches. We enjoyed the pool, spa, game room and open feel of the house. Our flight arrived early and it was raining. I messaged Jayant and asked about early check in and he was very quick to reply that the cleaners were there and we could head over a few hours early, my family was so thankful. We also had paid to have the pool and spa heated. By day 2 we realized it wasn't working. Again, I sent a message and was promptly responded to. They had the problem fixed that day! We loved the space the house provided and enjoyed our down days, The smart TV's in every room was a bonus for the kids when they wanted some quiet time to themselves. Overall, we enjoyed the house and would stay here again. Thank you Jayant, for being so responsive to my questions both prior to and during our stay and also for providing a clean and well equipped vacation home!

Quiet Neigborhood

The neighborhood was quiet and our morning walk was pleasant. Spa and pool heating were a very convenient way for us to spend time outside eventough the temperature has dropped considerably in the low 50's.

FAMILY FUN IN THE SUN

A great location for our holiday get-together. Having the pool and game room provided lots of fun. Plenty of space and bedrooms for everyone. Convenient to restaurants and groceries. Host was very quick to reply to questions.

Nice Mini Vacay

It was a family trip where me and my in-laws from Louisiana came for a quick visit. It was their first visit to Florida. They just wishes it was closer to Orlando. But the property was great. Really spacious.
