PUERTO RICO è tornato! Il nostro edificio dispone di ALIMENTAZIONE, ACQUA, ARIA CONDIZIONATA CENTRALE e CAVO / WIFI. La spiaggia è bellissima come sempre !! La piscina olimpionica ora è aperta dalle 7:00 alle 22:00. Proprietario gestito e mantenuto (Gabriel)! Condominio extra pulito! Siamo di fronte all'oceano !. Vero condominio con una camera da letto fronte mare / oceano con letto queen size e divano letto a una piazza e mezza sulla migliore spiaggia e il miglior edificio di Isla Verde. Ha un nuovo (installato maggio 2015) aria condizionata centrale e mobili nuovi di zecca. Cucina completamente fornita (appena installata, ripiani in quarzo del novembre 2015) proprio come a casa. Sedie a sdraio Tommy Bahamas, telo / tappetino da spiaggia, giocattoli da spiaggia e dispositivo di raffreddamento. Abbiamo tende oscuranti per un sonno riposante. Forniamo una scatola di blocco chiave in modo da poter entrare in qualsiasi momento!

Marbella Del Caribe Este (Est) è uno dei condomini più ricercati. Si trova sulla "strada" di Isla Verde Avenue dove ci sono molti ristoranti, casinò, banche, società di noleggio auto e Walgreens 24 ore su 24 (dall'altra parte della strada) tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Parcheggio interno custodito GRATUITO con facile accesso agli ascensori. Auto NON necessaria per la nostra posizione a meno che tu non voglia esplorare la bellissima isola!

Il complesso offre sicurezza 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, accesso alla spiaggia alla stessa spiaggia dell'Intercontinental Resort Hotel e all'El San Juan Hotel a metà prezzo, terreni privati che includono una piscina olimpionica, piscina per bambini, campo da tennis, pallavolo / basket corte, parco giochi, tavoli da picnic e barbecue. Parcheggio privato interno con ascensore diretto al condominio. Forniamo sedie a sdraio.

Il condominio si trova a 10 minuti di distanza e un taxi da $ 17 (non consentono il prelievo di Uber) dall'aeroporto internazionale di San Juan (nessun rumore aereo), a soli 15 minuti da Condado e 20 minuti da Old San Juan. Vicino alle principali autostrade per un facile accesso a tutta l'isola.

Quick beach getaway

Can't get much better than this. Condo is right on the beach with a view of the pool and the ocean from the balcony. The beach was amazing and weather was perfect. Gabriel was extremely communicative and available to assist with any questions or suggestions we had. We needed a little relaxation and an easy trip and it certainly exceeded our expectations.

Nice place

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Gabriel was a very attentive host. He had great communication and check in on us to make sure everything was ok. The beach is very clean and large. We did a few activities in Fajardo and the drive was 50-60 mins, which we did not mind. We would stay here again.

Great experience

Very clean and well equipped for vacation with excellent access to beach with palm shade tree's. Well maintained large pool. Many restaurants walking distance varied price range. Car rental across street but not necessary. Good owner communication as to any questions. Would stay again same place.

Great place, really easy to get around with a lot near by in walking distance. some power blips got to be old, but that is common I beleave and they were proactive in response. You are looking right at a building from your deck, but the ocean/pool view is really good however. Overall, Goodwould recommend

Look No Further

I honestly can't say enough good things about this location. The check-in process was seamless & easy to understand. The building itself was very secure, and we felt safe at all times. The apartment is SO CLEAN, which was important to us. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location in Carolina was perfect - close enough to everything we wanted to do. A huge plus is how close the grocery store is - it's full service & has everything you would need. It was similar to the one we go to at home, which was nice.The beach was absolutely beautiful, and also very clean. Chairs & umbrellas were readily available and reasonably priced. The pool was also clean & well cared for, and was the perfect temperature. Gabriel was in touch several times to makes sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend!!!

Beautiful stay and great host

Prime real estate right on the beach! Beautiful views of the shore right from the balcony. Room was stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy the views. Air conditioning was strong and kept the room comfortable. Definitely do not need a car to stay here… everything is in walking distance. The host was very responsive and stayed in touch for the entirety of our trip. We hope to return soon!

Great ocean view condo in Isla Verde

We loved our stay in this well equipped condo. It was as described and very clean. The owner is very responsive. Great partial view of the beach and ocean, which also has easy beach access. Perfect location for quick drive from the airport, and short uber ride to Old San Juan. Less than an hour to the entrance of the El Yunque rainforest by car. Huge Walgreens right across the street and several dining choices within walking distance. The building was safe and secure. Would definitely stay again.

Home away from home in Paradise

We had a great time. The ocean view from the bedroom, living room and balcony is amazing. Gabriel is very professional, quick to respond from the time we booked our trip, arrived and after, thank you. We enjoyed the pool, beach, shops and restaurants, all walking distance. Would absolutely recommend.

Condo is in a great location with restaurants in walking distance. Condo is beachfront and host does amazing job of communicating with you before and during your stay if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Right on beach!

Had a great stay at this unit right on the beach with a (slightly angled) ocean view. Wonderful hosts. The unit is very well kept as is the pool for the building. The overall building is a little dated (esp the hallways on the floor). Very convenient to old san juan (less than $10 uber). Overall had a great stay.

Great beach vacation

The apartment was immaculate and comfortable, the beach wide and beautiful. Add the fact that you can walk to tons of nice restaurants and bars and it adds up to the perfect beach experience.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY, EXCELLENT HOST!

From beginning, to during, to the end of the stay, Gabriel and the property exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless and in well order. We did not take the opportunity to cook, but anything you may need during your stay is available. Just steps to the beach, was very convenient. The beach front was very clean. Jet skis, umbrellas available for rent, but Gabriel has beach chairs, small coolers for use. Perfect stay! Will definitely return! Thank you Gabriel!

Best Stay!

I'm not really sure where to start, so I'll start with the condo owner. As soon as I booked our stay we immediately received a call from Gabriel to thank us for booking their place and to answer any questions we might have. That in itself made me feel confident that I made the right choice and I was not wrong! Prior to our arrival we received instructions on location, accessing the condo, dining options, and places to see. Once at the condo we found the rooms were clean spacious and the pool/beach view are as shown in the pictures. There were clean beach towels, coolers and beach chairs for our use. The Mirabella Este has secure underground parking for our car. I do think the location is one of the best in Isla Verde. The best review I can give is to say all is exactly as advertised and pictured. We are considering going again for a longer stay and I would not consider staying anywhere else! It was just what we wanted.

By the beach

Great location to enjoy the beach without having to drive anywhere. Isla Verde’s casinos, restaurants and bars are a destination all by themselves. Enjoyed it very much. The host is outstanding at communicating and providing updates for you. Thanks Gabriel.

Great condo, great location!

We enjoyed this super clean, charming condo located on Isla Verde beach. Walk out to the beach from a secure building - doesn't get any better! The location is convenient with restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The owner was super communicative, answered questions quickly and even had restaurant recommendations! Highly, highly recommend!!

Perfect location

We had a beautiful long weekend in PR staying here! The apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The pool and beach were perfect. It was super close to the airport and a great location to go out and explore. Gabriel was very helpful, responsive, and communicative. Made our first visit to PR a great experience! Playa Papaya right across the street was a fantastic coffee/breakfast/brunch spot that we visited every day. Highly recommend!

Currently we go down 2-4 times per year to enjoy the beautiful beach and island but also to make sure the condo is in top condition at all times.
Not just a rental place!!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We purchased this property because of the beautiful beach/condominium. The location is fantastic. We are about 10 minutes from San Juan's International Airport , 15 minutes away from Condado, and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Hotels, shopping, entertainment are all within 2 blocks of the building. Water sports are available right on the beach. We have been coming to P.R. for over 20 years and this has always been our favorite building. The 3 mile beach is great for morning walks/runs and it is cleaned (tractor raked) every morning. Future winter retirement home!
