Great location & price.
My family loved the location. you can't beat the proximity to the park and the price. However the bathroom did not seem super clean, the toilet was dirty and brown on the inside, and the towels were scattered around the rooms and difficult to find. We also had a spider in our bed, and another in our bedroom, I suppose that's part of the mountain experience. We were not given instructions for check-in which made me anxious because we were losing service as we got to the house, luckily we figured it out. Once we were in the home and using the wifi, I heard back from the host, but this was a late check-in. We arrived in the evening, closer to 7 pm, and we should've gotten that information before 4, the normal check-in time. I shouldn't have to reach out and ask. Also there was a bunch of food in the fridge and freezer. that was odd.. and when I went to get ice, there was a big pizza cutter on top of the fridge that almost took my toe out.. I didn't know what it was beforehand because of the design of the holder, but it fell off as soon as the fridge opened. Kind of strange and not safe Anyway, this house could honestly be great if it got the TLC it needs and was handled with a little more professionalism. Replace the toilet, respond better, brighten it up a little, and don't leave open food in the fridge/kitchen. In the end, it got us through the night, and to the park at a reasonable time without having to wake up earlier and sit through a 2-hour car ride, at a great price

Great house near Yosemite
This was a great place to stay, and it was very close to Yosemite! It was clean, spacious, and private. My only concern was that I did not have the check-in instructions and needed to message the owner for those, but they responded quickly with easy to follow instructions.

Good place to stay
We had a good trip. The house is as advertised. We had some minor plumbing issue that I am sure was fixed quickly. All appliances were in order and it was clean. You do have some other trailer type homes really close but other than that and the plumbing issues, not a bad place to stay if exploring yosemite area. The water pressure in the shower was very low so you might not like that. The furniture and tvs were very new and nice. Had a coffee maker and microwave so we were able to make some easy meals. Enjoyed our stay.

Sketchy but maybe just my feeling
From the get go, this place had problems. When I was prepping to leave with my pet I looked and noticed there wasn't any instructions that I could easily find about this place. At 4:05PM on the day I was checking in, I got a message asking me when I was coming. Now, this is the mountains, cell service vacillates between fine and non existent. So it was entirely possible that I would have not seen this for a while. Regardless I did, and responded, the owner then explained he left the key under the mat. This house is also hard to find on google maps, so it took a while to find. I got there, and saw an RV and a dark sedan parked out front. I thought I went to the wrong place but nope, it was right. This is because the listing cleverly crops out this RV/Sedan that is about 15 ft from the front door. There was also food in the fridge including a bacon ceaser salad and milk. Given how suspiciously clean the place was this surprised me. In the morning the dark sedan was gone and that's when I realised people where living about 15 ft from the house. I decided I couldn't spend another night at this place. As I was starting my car to drive away, at 7pm. A different red sedan blocked the drive and a person got out and started walking towards the RV. Meaning at least two people lived there. Again, nothing happened and this could just be paranoia, but I would have expected a "calm and peaceful home stay" to have people so close! Plus the key got stuck in the lock for a while.

Yosemite Vacation
Perfect property close to Yosemite Village and Yosemite Falls. Updated with lovely living room, large flat screen TV, full kitchen, large bedrooms, and so clean. Owner was great with communication and responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb getaway near yosemite NP
Peaceful, well equipped cabin. Comfortable sofa, beds and chill out in general. Great for wildlife and driving into yosemite (Great Oak gate and Tioga pass) The decor and equip is a little dated but all works well and is a true home from home. Air con was great as was car port.
