In real estate the three most important things are Location, Location, Location and this property has all three! Great location inside JJ's Lodge, close to all the action. Excellent communication with Marlene, the owner, and the condo is clean as a whistle. However there are a few issues that cause me to give the property 4 stars instead of 5. First, there's no microwave. When you travel with kids(13 & 11) you don't realize how much you depend on microwaves until you don't have one. Suggestion to the owner: well worth a 100 investment. Second, the LR furniture is very minimalist and quite uncomfortable for watching TV in the evening. Also, there are no end tables on which to place a drink. Lastly, the bedroom could use a dresser (be prepared to live out of your suitcase) and two night tables. Other than the Murphy bed there's no furniture in the bedroom. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. I look forward to giving this property 5 stars on a future visit.

Ok for our purposes
It was clean and easy checkin. Bedclothes were tatty and there were no washcloths, however.
My wife and I spent a long weekend at this location. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Great central location for many spots in the upper Berkshire area. Pool was terrific!
Great time at jiminy! This unit was super clean and super convenient to everything at jiminy including the lodge and lifts! Thank you for the speedy communication! Appreciate it! We’ll be back next year! Thanks!
The condo was in great condition. Very nice set up for 1 adult or 2 mates. Nice having washer and dryer. The Jiminy Peak amenities were quite run down however and the JJ Lodge itself (outside of the condo)is in quite appalling condition; needs to have bikes and toys removed from hallways, rugs changed or at least cleaned and walls painted everywhere including elevator. The condo itself was inconsistent with the Lodge it is within.
My husband, toddler and I just stayed in this unit over presidents break. The location can’t be beat. Located at the base of the mountain in JJ Lodge, this unit is easy access to slopes, kids ski school, and restaurants. We didn’t move our car once. Also nice that a cafeteria is 2 floors down and a patio with fire place to hang out post skiing.
JJ Lodge common areas, hallways, and elevators are old, run down and dirty. The unit itself is very clean and updated. However, the bedroom has a Murphy bed which is beyond uncomfortable, the mattress is just awful. There are no night stands, no closet and no dresser or armoire. We had our bags on the floor with no where to put clothing. There’s also oddly a Pilates reformer next to the bed. The living space has no end tables or coffee table and the small love seats aren’t comfortable and don’t have any throw pillows. The kitchen has bare bones and no microwave. Overall the inside is missing a homey feel and some basic essentials.
Marlene was quick to respond via text, which is always nice. Iffy on if I would return because if sleep set up.
