Ocean Views, Steps to Beach, All New, 2 Masters

Welcome to our little slice of paradise, Villa Vilano! Just steps from the ocean, this beautifully remodeled beach home is waiting to help you make your best memories. The house is over 2600 SF with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and over 1,000 SF of decks on 3 levels with views of the ocean, intracoastal and Vilano Causeway Bridge. You can catch both sunrises and sunsets from the top deck!
The location of the house is perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, yet hip. You'll be 1 block from the ocean and a 10 minute walk along the nature path to get to the center of Vilano Beach where there is a Publix, hotels, shops, restaurants, boat rental and pier. It's only a 5 minute walk to our neighborhood pickleball and tennis courts and a 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.

We are avid travelers and have stayed in our share of vacation rentals. We have taken the best appointments from our experiences and tried to incorporate them into your stay. The bedrooms are large and the beds are VERY comfortable (!!). The kitchen is well appointed with new appliances, cookware and utensils, including an induction range. The kitchen is set up for you to enjoy cooking if that's your thing while away from home. If not, there are several restaurant options just minutes away. You will also have a dedicated workspace with high speed internet if you have to intersperse a little work with your play.

There are lots of toys available for your use including a paddle board, boogie board, bikes, pickleball and tennis equipment, beach umbrellas and chairs. There is also a Tesla charger in the garage. There are too many amenities to list here so we encourage you to review the amenity list.

Wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful property!! Love the decor and open floor plan!! We were in St Augustine for a few days for a wedding, but wished we could have stayed for several more days! We greatly appreciated that they keep the boogie boards and a few sand toys available for each guest!! The beach was beautiful and our kids had a great time! Thanks Ron for being a great property manager!

The Best Ever!

My turn to plan! My siblings and our spouses get together every 6 months and it was my turn. Our stay in this lovely property was pure delight. Plenty of space, big beautiful bedrooms and baths. Beautifully decorated and so very clean. Location was absolutely perfect with a quick walk to the beach and a quick drive to St. Augustine. We highly recommend and our whole group would love to return. Paul was a dream to communicate with. Thanks, Paul! See you soon.!

Big Family?!

Have a big family?This is your place to stay. It meets my 3 C's! Cleanliness, convenience, comfort! All four rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Living space is comfortable with seating for all! Great outdoor spaces to view the ocean! Large kitchen for gathering and enjoying a meal. Great fire pit to share the days adventures. Very convenient to restaurants, Publix could not get any closer! Thank you to these owners who take pride in their property!

Christmas lights in old town st augustine

Great location, house was terrific, mattress was superb. The grill and all accessories in house were 1st rate. The kitchen was well stocked gourmet including bbq, thermometers and cooking utensils . If only we had better weather. We were extremely close to old town, St Augustine. We enjoyed.

40th with some friends!

We had 4 of us stay her for a fantastic long weekend. It’s a short ride share to St. Augustine for nights out, or a super fast walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this property to groups of families or friends, it has it all. The interior is stunning and so comfortable. They have all the things you’ll need for a great stay. 10/10 would rent again!

Lovely!

Our family had a great stay here. The house is beautiful and very clean. Kitchen and daily needs were well stocked. The beach gear was a huge plus and in great condition. The outdoor shower was super convenient. We loved the multi-level decks and proximity to the beach. Owners were friendly and easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

GREAT PLACE

This place was awesome - it had all the items that you needed to cook .....the bedrooms were all spacious...the deck was great to watch a night launch from the Cape Canaveral....the family/kitchen was great to sit around with friends and have a drink...if we go back to St Augustine, we will definitely go here again....The owner was a pleasure to deal with...

Excellent, As Advertised

Our third visit to Vilano Beach and this was our best rental yet. The home is very clean and updated. And its only a two minute walk to the beach. We used the bikes in the garages to pick up items at the grocery store and convenient store. Plenty of beach accessories in the garage as well; only wish list item would be a wagon.

Beautiful and perfect

We had a great girls weekend. The interior of this home is beautiful. It is exceptionally clean, very well organized, and probably the best stocked rental I've stayed in. All of the kitchen supplies and beach supplies are new and very nice. Communication with the owner was spot-on and he was very easy to work with. We will be back!

Beautiful… just steps from the beach

The house was incredible. Beautiful furnishings, high end appliances and finishes. So many outdoor spaces to enjoy. Property owner was great to communicate with throughout the rental process. Old St. Augustine is walkable by pedestrian friendly bridges (about 3 miles), but the owner also provided bicycles. Beach is minutes away… but you do have to cross a busy road. Most locals will stop to allow crossing. It was a perfect week for my senior kiddos last spring break!

Amazing experience

What an amazing property! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The house was spotless and better than described. The location is perfect and super convenient with Publix in walking distance (big deal for the family). My kids bodyboarded all day and we cooked out on the deck and enjoyed the beach that is a 2 minute walk away. The furnishings were very nice and the home must have been recently remodeled because everything looked brand new. I can't wait to book this house again and stay for a longer time. We visited downtown St. Augustine and had an amazing time but the highlight of the trip was having such a close proximity to the beach and an amazing house to enjoy. The third level deck with the ocean view was my personal favorite! One of the best vacation rental experiences we have had. The owner even talked me through how to work the super fancy stove-nice guy!

I enjoy travel, hiking, diving, biking and especially good food and wine! Some of my favorite travel spots have been Bermuda, Vail, Hawaii, Greece and Switzerland. Most of my travel involves some sort of outdoor activity and actually spend little time in my room or apartment.

The neighborhood is very quaint with a hip vibe to it. The beaches are beautiful and not crowded and yet it's only a 3 mile walk to the Fort at the center of historic St Augustine.

This house has just been totally remodeled and has all new furniture and appliances. It has a very open floor plan and yet offers plenty of privacy with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs on the main living area. It also has over 1,000 square feet of deck space on 3 different levels with the 3rd level offering views of the ocean, intracoastal and the Vilano Bridge.
