Behöver du en familjesemester som tar dig bort från de trånga sommarstränderna? High Pointe Resort ligger i strandområdet SeaCrest - Rosemary. En av de mest bekväma och populära orterna, men ändå är det en lugn och avkopplande resa.

Till skillnad från andra lägenheter längs denna spektakulära sträcka av Smaragdkusten, har High Pointe Condo-komplexet utsikt över Mexikanska golfen med en enorm lagunpool med 6 500 kvadratmeter med vattenfall i ön, badtunna, barnpool, lekplats, shuffleboard, tennisbana och en snackbar med utsikt över viken där du kan samlas med dina vänner och njuta av ett mellanmål eller ta en drink medan du tittar på de vackra solnedgångarna. Med den gigantiska poolen och den stora privata stranden behöver du inte oroa dig för att känna dig trångt som på andra överbefolkade höghus.

Vår rymliga lägenhet är vackert inredd i en västindisk miljö och var och en av de tre sovrummen har ett eget privat badrum. Det finns två king size-sängar och två dubbelsängar. Varje sovrum har en 40 "HDTV och BluRay-spelare och utöver 65" HDTV och BluRay Player i vardagsrummet. Trådlös telefon med gratis långväga och du kommer att njuta av lyxen med att ha en tvättmaskin och torktumlare samt ett strykjärn och strykbräda. Köket är välutrustat med allt du behöver för alla typer av matlagning och gott om disk och silver. För internetfan är det gratis trådlöst internet med hög hastighet. Husdjur är INTE tillåtna, Rökning förbjuden.

Vardagsrummet öppnar direkt mot lagunpoolen och det är en kort promenad över poolen till viken och är perfekt för att hålla ett öga på barnen och / eller ett snabbt, problemfritt dopp i poolen eller viken med strandstolarna, bord och paraply och två cyklar ingår i hyran. Det finns shopping och restauranger tvärs över gatan från orten och de pittoreska butikerna på Rosemary Beach ligger bara ett kvarter bort.

Perfect Spot for a Family Vacation

We loved this home and property for our family vacation! The location is amazing. We enjoyed the beach (so close!), the pool, Crabby Steve's, and proximity to shopping and dining. This is a great condo and Dwight the owner always makes sure everything is in great condition for our arrival. We have been coming to the 30a area for the last 18 years and this condo is our favorite for comfort and convenience.

I have lost count of the number of times we have enjoyed this property and having Dwight as a host. The location is prime and we love High Pointe. The host is fantastic and always responsive. Sometimes that is rare with VRBO.

We had a wonderful time at High Pointe! This unit was exceptionally well located, very clean, and extremely comfortable. It’s literally steps to the pool gate - so convenient with kids. We’re already planning our return trip, and will definitely be looking to stay in this unit again!

Great location and Amenities!

We had to make last minute changes to our travel plans due to a hurricane, and I'm so glad we founds this place! Great location and amenities. We were able to walk to lots of things in & around Rosemary Beach. The shopping center across the street had lot of conveniences like coffee, restaurants, ice cream, a market and much more (including live music at night). The unit was well-equipped and couldn't beat the beach access. We also really enjoyed having a restaurant on site - we had several meals and happy hours there! It was our first time to this area and we would definitely come back! Communication with the owner was great - he provided a lot of info ahead of our arrival, and was helpful to work with on our last minute plans.

Perfect for a girls weekend!

I stayed here with four of my girlfriends and we were blown away by the cleanliness of the property and the beautiful decor throughout the condo. The rooms were spacious and comfortable which we loved! The sectional in the living room was amazing for our movie night and beyond comfy. The location was even better than we expected and it was so nice to have so much within walking distance. We also loved being on the first floor and so close to the pool! The beach front access was also only a few steps further and the beach attendants were very accommodating! We were sad to leave & can’t wait to come back!

Great week!

Convenient location to pool. Loved first floor access. Great area outside patio for small children to toddle. Beach and weather were fabulous. Had a group of 51 spread throughout complex, but met up frequently at pool and beach. Condo well furnished and kitchen well supplied. Fabulous trip. We’d come back.

A favorite property for our family!

We have stayed here many times. Great location, wonderful property owner and comfortable accommodations. The only downside this year was the pool was closed for maintenance/ repair ( although the owner let us know as soon as he was aware) but that was a real disappointment.

Wonderful once again

Fantastic stay on 30A!! Dwight‘s place is incredible, the best location in the area! Patio opens to pool and short walk down to ocean with the most amazing sand, two chairs and an umbrella ready to go!! The condo is very nice but also comfortable. Perfect!! Lots of room. Very clean. The only thing that could be improved would be if the property’s pool was heated, it’s very chilly, the last few spring breaks we’ve stayed. Hard for kiddos. Spend lots of time in hot tub! Excited to go back!!

30A Vacay

This was a return trip to this unit. Our family of 6 loves the size and convenience of the ground floor condo. We used the bikes, chairs and umbrella that are included in the rental. The kitchen is well stocked and starter paper and cleaning goods were provided. Beds and linens are comfortable and towels are thick and fluffy. Our 8 year old grandchild loved the lazy river pool. His parents enjoyed the convenience of Crabby Steve’s. You could easily unpack your car and never get back in it until time to leave for home. Even the security folks at this complex are pleasant! We highly recommend this unit at High Pointe.
