Lakeview Home on Kentucky Lake-Jonathan Creek, just off main Lake. Sleeps 6.

Great two-story lakefront home on Jonathan Creek! This property is a weekly rental only, from Saturday p.m.-Saturday am.

Whether it’s fishing, boating, relaxing or just enjoying time with family or old friends, you’ll find what you’re looking for here. It is situated on 1.5 acres with over 300 feet of shoreline. You’ll have the shared use of the owners’ dock and there is a boat ramp nearby.

This home is fully furnished with two bedrooms (one king bed & two twin beds), one full bath, kitchen, dining area, and living room on the main floor. Downstairs there is one bedroom with bunk beds, one full bath, a daybed, “coffee bar”, Foose Ball table, and laundry facilities. The downstairs opens on to a covered outdoor deck with a porch swing, table and chairs.

On the extended lower deck area, overlooking the dock and lake, are lounges, tables, a charcoal grill, and for cool evenings a fire pit.

The view of the lake from the house or decks is spectacular!

It is just minutes to one of nature’s best wildlife preserves and national recreation areas – U. S. Forest Service’s Land between the Lakes. Kentucky Lake is known for its crappie and bass fishing. It is home of the National Guard College Fishing finals and the National Finals for the FLW Bass tour. Boat rentals are available nearby. Kenlake State Park is located just a few miles away with a full-service marina, lakeside amphitheater hosting musical events, and a dockside restaurant. There are a number of restaurants within easy driving distance – everything from BBQ, delicious hamburgers, and fine dining.

The property is located on Jonathan Creek. Jonathan Creek is between Benton and Aurora off U.S. Hwy 68 and Oasis Road - 12 miles southeast of Draffenville, KY, 110 miles from Nashville, TN, and 210 miles from St. Louis, MO.

While bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels for personal use on the dock or in your boat.

Quiet and lovely vacation spot

The dock was great, with a boat lift, and a deer in the yard almost every day! We had plenty of space for our boat trailor in the driveway.

Very nice property. Easy access. Nice view. Comfortable and functional. Fishing was good and the dock allows easy access and convenience to boat and lake locations. This is our second visit and owners continue to maintain and improve the property.

Perfect Place!

This lake house was amazing for our family of five. There was plenty of space and comfortable furnishings. The views are breath taking, the dock was perfect, and evening fires outside provided us all we needed. The BEST thing about the place was how clean it was! I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and this house met all of them! Highly recommend this house to all. We will be back for sure!

Relaxed and fished from the boat dock, just a short distance from the house.

Renting the house was very easy. Judy, the owner was friedly and very nice. No complaints whatsoever except maybe a couple of very hot days. But we were comfortable in the AC.

Gorgeous Lake View

We really enjoyed staying at this place. Judy the owner was phenomenal to deal with. Easy access to the dock. Very clean home. Lots of space. Deck was huge. Great location. Anyone who stays here needs to check out Fast Eddie’s restaurant down the street across from Dollar General. The best food. Overall very impressed with stay we had. Thanks Judy. You’re the best!

Best view on the lake

Incredible view while staying at this house! Has its own boat slip. The owner was so nice and considerate. She made sure we had no problems and the hospitality was so welcoming!!! We didn’t want to leave. This house has 2nd story balcony overlooking the lake - where we had coffee every morning. The lower level opens to an incredible deck/patio fire pit area also overlooking the lake. There is a paved road so you can drive down to the boat with all your stuff. Some people walked the hill back to the house but after boating all day I chose to drive back up. So easy and convenient. Would highly recommend and plan to stay there again!

Annual vacation on the water

Ruth is an Excellent hostess! Her home has a beautiful view of the water and being able to drive to the dock is a hugh plus because the hill, while pretty to look at, is steeper than it looks. The kitchen has everything you need and the living room is cozy with very nice furniture. I loved the TV streaming, which is not something I have at home! The basement has fun stuff for the kids and i played my first game of checkers on the game table downstairs. I lost, but it brought back childhood memories! The fire pit was a perfect way to end the evening. My husband fished everyday and loved it! We would definitely rent from Ruth again and again! Also very private and the neighborhood seemed to watch out for each other.

Great Get-Away!!

The second time staying here and continues to exceed our expectations. Enjoyed the updates since our last visit. The lake view is awesome day or night (what a sunset)! The property is tucked away on a quiet no-outlet road which was incredibly peaceful. Judy is a wonderful host, responsive before and during the stay. The house was very clean, stocked and comfortable. Loved the dock area, which was great for our PWC’s. The public boat ramp is conveniently minutes away. We highly recommend this home for fun, relaxation and great memories. It was hard to leave, can’t wait to return! Thanks Judy!!

Nice place to stay

The house was in good condition. We stayed there last year and there has been some improvements that made the place even better. The owner contacted us multiple times just to make sure everything was good. Was good to know that she cared about us. Hope to stay there again.

Nice house, great location

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was nice and an absolutely amazing location. It was well stocked with supplies. The dock worked perfectly for our 27 ft boat. The homeowner was very caring and gave us all kinds of information about where to eat and local places to see.
