Peace...Quiet...Beach

Unique penthouse corner unit in a small 6 unit private complex on Indian Rocks Beach. Our 1200 SF, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit gives you plenty of room to spread out. The unit is fully furnished to meet your needs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with 2 sinks. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own TV's. The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy a night in and has been completely renovated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have new cabinets and granite tops too. Chill out and watch TV on the 50 in. flat panel, or pop your favorite movie into the DVD player. In the evening, relax on the balcony and enjoy the Gulf view and fabulous sunsets. Other furnishings include a full size washer and dryer and a closet with beach chairs and toys.

Great place

Great location and very comfortable accommodations. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy. We had no issues at all with the stay. The only thing missing was an outdoor grill but we were told that the building didn't allow grills. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Beach Vacation

Property is exactly as listed and shown in the pictures! Very short walk to the beach (do not need to cross any roads! Host was quick to respond to a question. Also is a short walk to many restaurants/coffee places! Would definitely return.

If you want laid back feel with no hustle and bustle this is the place for you. Steps from the beach, perfect location. Restaurants in walking distance. Definitely would stay again

Great Getaway

We loved Debbie's place. It was so clean and close to everything. We walked the beach every morning and afternoon. We walked to dinner a few times. We drove to many cities close by. Had a great time.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay at Debbie’s condo. There was plenty of room for all four adults. I loved that we never ran out of hot water when everyone wanted showers at the end of a beach day! The beach chairs, towels and coolers were a big plus! Only steps to the beach, there is no crossing busy roads! Walking distance to many restaurant's. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing

It is very peaceful here. The neighbors are very quiet. The place is always nice and clean. I would come back again if there wasn’t a Saturday checkout.

Sun, sand, and Gulf breezes

Another relaxing visit to Indian Rocks Beach! We have spent February in this area for several years… each year in this same lovely condo with all the amenities of home. Debbie is wonderful to work with and the condo is located in a perfect spot with the beach just footsteps away. It is located within walking distance from several excellent restaurants. Everything you could ask for to make your stay memorable.

Two year old approved!

All the little things were included…sugar, vanilla, spices..This made our stay even better!! When you pack for the beach you have so much stuff and you get to your condo and a cooler, towels, and even games are included! Thank you for a great week! My two year old grandson loved his first beach week!

Glorious February on The Beach

We have stayed at the condo each February for nine years and love it almost more each year. The condo is just a few steps to the beautiful white sandy beach, walking distance to great restaurants, and a short drive to about any activity you could want. It is very clean and stocked with everything you need for a carefree holiday. The owner, Debbie, is absolutely wonderful to work with and responds to any questions very quickly. For sure, we will be back!

Indian Ricks Beach - great location!!

The condo was perfect! Just like the pictures very clean and up to date with everything. Beach was just a couple of steps away and it was awesome! The sunsets were great she had nice beach chairs available so it was easy to sit at the beach. Debbie had everything you would need and it was all well taken care. We had no issues and loved it definitely would go back and would highly recommend this condo. Lastly communication with Debbie was easy I did give her my cell and she texted me which was nice. Thank you Debbie!!

Great place to stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the Master bathroom was very spacious. Pity I couldn’t say the same for the kitchen area, the Fridge dishwasher and sink were so close together it was annoying if two people were trying to prepare food get drinks etc at the same time. Having said that we would still rebook it for that area. We had a great time and are already planning a return trip for May.

Relaxing family vacation
