This 3bedroom/3bath condo is located at gorgeous Reunion Resort, which is about 5 miles south of Disney World Resort/Theme Parks, This is our upgraded, much luxurious vacation home (our original Worldquest Resort vacation condo was sold recently; if you intend to book a condo at WQR, please contact WQR directly).

Beautifully furnished Superior Vacation Villa with 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms; 2 Master Bedroom Suites.

1,760 sf living space with a huge balcony with plenty of sunshine and beautiful view.

Flat panel HDTVs in every room, gourmet kitchens with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances, spacious living areas perfect for lounging or entertaining, elegant dining area and a walk-out (from living room and master bedroom) balcony with outdoor dinning table, chairs, and lounge recliners.

Master Suite with a King size bed and private master bathroom with separate large tub and huge shower room. Second Master Bedroom with a queen bed and an attached private master bathroom. The third bedroom is very spacious with two full size beds and a HDTV.

Large capacity LG Washer/dryer inside the villa.

We guarantee you will feel literally you just move your home to a vacation paradise, with high standard custom furnishings, plush bedding, granite counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen with all the dishes and cooking utensil, plus cable TVs, wireless Internet. Imagine this: after you are exhausted after high intensity Disney theme park rides or a hard-working day, have a cup of wine or surf the Internet on the large balcony in a very quiet setting.

Free parking is provided; there is no additional charge, or any resort fees.

During your stay, you will have access to owner's amenities inside the Resort, such as the community swimming pools/spas, fitness, on-site restaurants, children playground, without any extra charge. However, due to high extra cost to get the membership and extra daily entry/usage fees to use water park and golf courses, we, as individual owner, could not offer this amenity. The Official Resort offers the membership passes to their guests who are willing to book directly from them with a price much much higher for a similar villas like ours (we also do not charge any additional Resort Fee ). You are encouraged to book directly from the Official Reunion Resort & Club if the water park is a must for your vacation.

The rental in pictures is correct but the location is not its a bit farther away the resort is amazing the rental need a bit of TLC I only say this as the master bedroom has a large open crack in the ceiling and the shower in main master has a large water spot also the fire alarm decided it wanted to start beeping at 4am and no we are not smokers. the house could use a thorough cleaning .

the property was surely nice at one time, but i feel like it has had a ruff life. furniture was definitely worn, not all lights worked, ceiling family in second master broken, ice machine in fridge worked in spurts and threw ice everywhere not enough towels or wash clothes....we did laundry constantly. i know its a rental just thought of where it was located it would be a bit nicer.

When we checked in there was still toothpaste on the faucets, hair in the showers, the kitchen counters were sticky, the oven top was dirty, there were still crumbs all over the kitchen table, and several large stains on the carpet... could use a steam cleaning. On a positive the bedding and towels were clean. The condo is very spacious but could use a little TLC.

Property is at Reunion Resorts. Property was clean, spacious, 5 minute drive to Aldi and Publix. Fifteen minute drive to Disney Parks. We enjoyed the water park the most which included large splash pad for kids and lazy river. Downside only 1 trash bag, 1 toilet roll for each bathroom for entire stay. Also, the owner should include a map of the property to find out where all the amenities are. I had to call resort directly to find out where the pools were or else you will never find it. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Vacation sad

My family and I had a bad experience. They changed my resort at the last minute, without notifying me. After I arrive, he tells me that is not it. He sends me to another in bad shape. pedima clean. dirty bathroom and sofa bed full of cookie and cigarette butt. We communicated with the owner, she seems annoyed that the conditions of the resort were reduced to her. he didn't believe me. I took a picture. If you want, I can send them. The sad thing is that I charge my money and I do not pay what they offered me.

We loved this property!

Spacious, wonderful condo. Shelley communicated well with us. Lots of room inside the condo, lots of fun stuff to do at the Reunion resort (pools, mini golf, golf). We would definitely stay here again.

A few problems but nice place

this owner/manager needs to do a much better job of clarifying the exact location prior to putting requiring money as a deposit. They SOLD that location! New unit is a much further drive than we expected. 14 miles, one way! Be sure you know exactly where you rent and where you will actually be lodging before you put any money down! They did not send us the new address until the very day of our trip. All other correspondence showed an address that we had preferred! Broken door. Burn-out entrance light. Cleaning crew left the place in a complete uproar. Thankfully, they came back at 10:30 PM to finished laundry and linen services. Shelley graciously provided instant shipment of laundry detergent and washcloths. Only had one trash can liner. Exterior bin area was overflowing. Hope this helps future guests to get clarity before booking!

Spacious and Clean

The Villa was spacious, neat and clean. The beds were comfortable and the property was very quiet which allowed for a good nights sleep after a busy day. The only cons were that we had to drive to the grocery store and to Walmart in the horrible Orlando traffic to get some provisions. One 1 roll of paper towels provided, so we bought extra paper towels and all purpose antibacterial spray to clean up the kitchen properly after cooking dinner/breakfast twice. Also, they only provided a tiny little soap for each sink, so we purchased body wash and also purchased a blow dryer because the only one found in the 3 bathrooms does not work. Also needed extra towels, so women ended up using our beach towels to wrap our hair after a shower and we had to do a load of laundry to wash the towels we had because there was no good place to hang the wet towels to dry properly, need more wall racks to keep towels from getting musty. All these things were not a big deal, just a big inconvenience with traffic being soooo bad due to spring break. I would still recommend this villa for a family. Thanks!

Pool was lovely, large, children had a wonderful time. Unit Was large and spacious. Bathrooms and bedrooms large. Very comfortable for 6. Rental owner was excellent. Any problem that arose was immediately handled. Kitchen appliances should be improved. Both dishwasher trays wobbly, stove burners need daily adjusting, need a new stove handle.

Great location, big condo, highly recommend!

This was a very pleasant surprise. The location is top notch, as it was no more than 10 minutes to any of the parks. Very close to a Publix as well for any late grocery store needs. The place itself was very clean, and the bedrooms were very nicely sized. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Casual Comfort in a Quiet Setting

This three bedroom property is perfect for a family or several couples wishing to share a large and quiet space while enjoying Orlando. The resort is relatively new and growing and approximate to both Disney and Universal. We stayed five nights and traveled to Disney, 15-30 minutes away, and Universal, about 25 minutes away, by rental car. I priced a Lyft to Universal, and it would have cost $26 one way during the late morning. There are a number of restaurants and swimming pools available to guests, but we were too busy at the parks to take advantage of these amenities. Several of the restaurants close at 10:00pm, so we ended up cooking in the condo or eating at one of the parks. Publix and Walmart are very close by and convenient to the location. The condo is spacious and very comfortable; my daughters noted that the decor was somewhat dated, but we found it very easy to relax as a family, and we cooked about half our meals together in the open kitchen. There is a lovely, large balcony with a table for outdoor eating and several lounge chairs. I spent an afternoon and evening relaxing in a zero gravity chair and soaking up the afternoon sun followed by a lovely sunset. Our favorite aspect of our stay was our high quality of sleep in this condo. The beds are very comfortable, and the location is very quiet. We all slept well every night, and this is unusual for my family. We did have a brief hiccup at the beginning of our stay, but the owner, Shelley, responded immediately and addressed our concern quickly and to our satisfaction. Shelley and her husband are excellent communicators: I received an email a few days before our arrival, and Shelley responded to several questions I had about the location. She checked in again before we arrived and again as soon as we arrived. When I called with a request, her husband responded within minutes with a solution. My family agrees that we received excellent value, and we would stay at this location again.

Fantastic location! Close to all the parks!

Great location! Within minutes of the parks! The unit was very clean and inviting. Plenty of room for a larger family. Also close proximity to the pool and amenities which the property offers. We will definitely use this property again in the future.

Great location

The condo is a fantastic location to get to the Universal and Disney parks. There's lots of space in the condo and is great for families with the full kitchen and laundry in the unit. Jim is an excellent host. He was very communicative and made sure all of our needs were met. The basket of mini necessities was a really nice touch, especially the laundry soap as we needed to do a load of laundry before we left. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great rental for Disney/Universal Vacation

Birthday stay

The penthouse was awesome to stay in, the rooms were tastefully furnished and very comfortable; I do not believe that anyone could ask for anything more; the customer service provided by the owner was excellent. The view over the water was very nice. The location of the property was very good also as it is centrally located and within a short driving distance to every place that we went to. The property itself was very well maintained, clean and even though we didn't use the pool, it looked to be a very nice amenity that in the future will be put to good use. The breakfast that was provided was fresh and had a good variety of items to choose from. I would definitely recommend WorldQuest Resort to friends and relatives. We went to various attractions and had a good time at all of them. Again I would definitely recommend WorldQuest Resort and this penthouse to anyone for their Orlando vacation
