Fantástica ubicación en callejón sin salida, pero cerca de parques y 300 restaurantes, mi esposa y yo pasamos 10 años antes de encontrar la ubicación correcta y cuando lo compramos, sentados junto a mi piscina, no oirás un automóvil, pero conducirás 1000 yardas y 192 te espera a ti y a todas las tiendas de comida y solo a 10-15 minutos de Disney 3 habitaciones para 6 personas cable wifi estéreo, etc.

Wonderful quiet location

The house was very clean & exactly as described. Check in was extremely easy, and the neighborhood was very family friendly and quiet. My dogs and I enjoyed the stay and will be back.

A+ Host

Our trip was unfortunately cut short due to the hurricane and evaluations. The house is in a great area and the Disney parks are a stones throw away. Colin is an amazing host and we look forward to returning soon!

Decent, but needs a deep clean and repair

This home was overall decent however the cleanliness was an issuein a decent neighbourhood. We are walkers and were able to find a decent (but not great) walk route. The neighbourhood tennis court was locked and owner was not able to get in, so we had to drive to play pickleball 15 min away). he pool could be so much better if owner arranged for a deep cleaning to be done, doors, walls, floors and curtains (an inch of dust sat on top of them)

Easy access to all theme parks and shops. Very quiet location very nice neighbours. Villa could with a wee bit of TLC but it is pleasant I would return again

Great Location

This location is right smack in the middle of everything fun to do! And conveniently located near shopping, food, grocery, you name it. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was warm, the home had everything we needed. The neighbors were so sweet. Fun was had by all.

Good and Clean

We stayed at the residence the week before Christmas to do a Disney Christmas. The house is a 15-20 minute drive to any of the Disney parks, very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Its a perfect location. When we arrived at the house we found it to be very clean and smelled fresh and clean as well. The house was perfect for our family and we enjoyed our stay. We had a minor issue in one of the bedrooms but Mr. Graham was awesome and very responsive! Mr. Graham allowed us to bring our 4 legged family members which was a big plus to me, as one needs medication daily. We plan on visiting Kissimmee more frequently and we would like stay at this property again.

It was a perfect location and house

We gave the kids the gift of Universal for Christmas. This house was perfectly located. The pool was heated. The house was clean and the perfect size. We had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again!

Sehr schöne Lage, ruhig, kurze Wege zu den Parks und zum Einkaufen. Das Haus ist in Ordnung nur das Ambiente ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes (18 Tage) nicht gereinigt. Terrassentür muss mit Holzstück gesichert werden, da sie nicht abgeschlossen werden kann (Schloss Defekt) War ein schöner Urlaub

Lovely stay!

The house was just as shown. The location is great- very close to the Disney parks, but in a somewhat residential neighborhood. It was the best of both worlds! The pool was absolutely the best during lunch breaks and in the evening. We would love to go back some time!

Perfect Location for Parks

Our family really enjoyed staying at this home! The pictures in the listing are spot on, the pool is a decent size, and the drive to Disney is only 15 minutes. Beds were clean and comfortable, bathrooms and showers worked, and I thought the home was beautiful. (I kind of like the 90’s Golden Girls vibe.) The location is quiet, the neighbors are nice, and I felt right at home! I believe the owners hired a new cleaning company because I have ZERO complains about cleanliness, and I’m a picky homeowner and housekeeper. The house is not new or updated. We were disappointed with the kitchen (fridge needed to be serviced as it wasn’t working, hot water in kitchen was super tricky to get to work) but in the end everything worked and we were able to cook as needed. The agency was fast to respond via text and the repair man was professional and friendly—wonderful to work with! I wanted a house to crash at after days in the parks, and this fit our needs perfectly. No regrets about booking this home!

This property could be so much better with just a little spent on it

The location is brilliant for the Disney parks and getting to international drive and universal studios. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and the neighbours seemed lovely. The pictures are clearly from a few years ago and it wouldn't take much to make this property outstanding. The cleanliness of the property is not great, there is mould in the shower screen tracks, there is dust on the plastic plants and there is 'grot' around the taps and the bedding is really tired looking, and in the main bedroom there are a lot of wires for the TV and a broken sun lounger. All of which are rather low key issues and a bit of TLC would improve dramatically how the property is viewed. And the first impression is that the key safe is broken when you arrive. It is secure but the front falls off. It doesn't set the right impression. It needs a freshen up to make the place amazing. It was a shame that there were elements that detracted from the property which as I said just a bit of TLC would make it phenomenal. I also feel that the expectation of putting on 2 loads of washing at the end of the stay without providing the cleaning materials is inappropriate. So again, only a minor aspect but it does detract from what could be an amazing property. The facilities are all there and the pool was lovely and the bedrooms are a great size and having 2 bathrooms was so useful. I would recommend staying here because the host was very helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic pool home in a lovely neighbourhood!

Colin & Lynn’s very comfortable home has a gem location. Sharing our personal review about our mid March, 15 night vacation stay, gives us pleasure. We do wish to offer future guests some reassurance on what to expect based on our experience. My husband and I, along with our friends (another retired couple) had a most relaxing home stay and enjoyed its handy location. You can be at area attractions within a short drive away and puts you readily available within 10 minutes to major grocery stores. The Aldi & Walmart Supercentre has everything you would require. As far as the previous two recent “negative” reviews, after countless wonderful reviews, I do feel my review and critique will benefit anyone interested in booking. This is a privately owned home. Colin is wonderful to work with and is most responsive when reached. Believe me when I report, he is most aware of many areas needing attention and is currently working diligently to resolve particular house matters. This rental is a lovely home in a safe, secure neighbourhood. However, being an older home it does require some updating and extra TLC which is not being thoroughly addressed by its current cleaning crew. As a frequent and longtime VRBO customer, you come to realize that it’s a difficult task for a long distance home owner to be on top of everything to do with the “turn around cleaning” between guests. Colin is working towards resolving all these issues. What I can say is You will enjoy a quiet home, comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen, comfortable living room with great WiFi and smart tv’s with excellent cable, a lovely warm pool with a private outdoor space. After your daily tourist experience, come back to enjoy your own swimming pool followed by lounging in the lanai and peaceful relaxation of the entire home space. Respectfully, once the areas of concern ( all have been reported) are resolved, this rental will rate a full 5 stars by this guest. outdated house

The property wasn't good. unsafe neighborhood, no hot water, house was very outdated, had personal effects in the house, car in the garage, internet wasn't working, tv was spotty. felt like we were being watched.

Not the best place

This place is old and run down. Everything is old and dirty. The sheets are so old they won’t stay on the bed (no elastic). The carpet is old and disgusting. The shower doors won’t slide. The washing machine hot and cold are hooked up backwards. The bed covers are not clean. There was hair all over the bed and pillows. The pool heater didn’t work but I was charged anyway. Mold in the bathroom. Holes in the walls from the door knobs. Sliding door to pool was hard to open. Beds are hard and uncomfortable.
