Detta är ett utmärkt familjehem att hyra för din semester! Vårt hus sover 20 gäster. Detta är huset för din familj.

Detta hem har ett stort stort rum med välvda tak - fantastiskt för att umgås och familjesemester. Barnen kommer att älska den privata uppvärmda poolen (15 x 24) med massor av däck och utomhus varm / kall dusch. 2 stora sovrum (vardera med privat badrum) på översta våningen. Nedre våningen finns 5 sovrum (vardera med eget badrum). Ett av sovrummen är en våningssäng med 2 uppsättningar våningssängar. Också i nedre samlingsområdet finns en plattskärms-TV för barnen att titta på DVD-skivor. Det finns en platt skärm SMART TV på övervåningen samt med HD.

Detta hem har flera däck och en mycket stor veranda med utsikt över viken. Det finns 8 platt-TV i vårt hem med en DVD-spelare.

Stora strandhus beläget i exklusiva Gulf Trace-samfundet intill Grayton Beach State Park, omgiven av 800 hektar av en sanddyner bevara med kust sjöar ägda av staten Florida och direkt på Mexikanska golfen. Denna privata stadsdel är perfekt för en lugn och avkopplande semester!

Magnolia House

Fantastic stay. Kitchen well stocked with ANYTHING you need. Appliances upgraded as well. Comfortable beds and plenty of them. Eating area will seat 12-14 people as well. Close to the beach with an easy walk.

Wonderful stay in Gulf Trace

This property had all we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. And the kids enjoyed both the pool and the yard. Gulf Trace is a great neighborhood away from the crowds.

Large house close to the beach

We had 12 adults and 5 children under 5 years old . The 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms were a perfect size for us . The house was stocked with plenty of towels and everything that you needed in the kitchen . It was a short walk to the beach . Jennifer was quick to respond to any questions that I had . We enjoyed our stay very much !

Perfect place

The house is beautiful, in easy walking distance from the beach and with a beach view from the porch. Property manager if very helpful if you have a problem. The house is well stocked with everything you could need.

Great beach break

House was great. Had everything we needed for a great week. Beach was super close. Bedrooms and bathrooms were just right for our family. Kitchen was fully equipped. Plan to go back!!

Great for families

House and property are well taken care of and set up perfect for a large family vacation! 15 of us stayed ranging in age feom 18 months up to age 80. Close walk to beach. Kitchen is very well supplied for all your cooking needs! Ton of beach stuff to use! Kids enjoyed the pool.

Great Time

We have a fabulous trip to Grayton. The house was very spacious with a very stocked kitchen. Once the construction gets done I am sure it will be even better. They were pretty loud in the mornings. Lots of beach gear to use and bikes! They kids loved that!

2023 Family Vacation

The property was perfect for the family. We had 8 adults and 10 children and were delighted with the amount of rooms and space for all. The pool was great for the little members as they tired of the beach by mid afternoon. Jennifer was a delight as a host. she made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Family vacay at Grayton Beach

This property was everything I was hoping for. I was concerned when I found out that building was going on next door but it did not hamper our trip at all. There was more noise from the house being built one street over than the one next door. Every kitchen item you would need. Before you grocery shop, check the spice cabinet because there are lots of choices you won't need to buy. We loved the closeness to the beach and it was an easy bike ride to several different restaurants and even a place for a massage!!! Jennifer was very kind to answer promptly my multiple texts and emails with questions.

Magnolia Hill another 5 stars!

Our second year at this wonderful home. Spacious, clean and well maintained. Everything we needed. We could have walked in with just our clothes and been completely satisfied. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and enjoying meals. Table sits 12 very comfortably. Appliances galore and a great grill as well. Bedrooms are spacious as well as all bathrooms. Mattresses are great. TVs in every room as well. Easy walk to the beach and wonderful restaurants close by done within walking distance. Easy access to walking and riding trails. Neighborhood is quiet and everyone waves. We have already booked our return for next year.

Excellent host and house!

We had a great stay at Jennifer’s lovely home in Gulf Trace, a hidden gem on 30A. The property is really well set up for large groups and as others have noted, it’s got an incredibly outfitted kitchen. Since you are renting from an actual owner and not a property management company, you save a lot of time, money, and effort on things like cooking supplies, games, books and just the little things that make a family vacation so much more convenient and enjoyable. We loved the distance to the beach and the laid back vibe of the neighborhood. Grayton is our favorite are in all of 30A and this house is a delight. Jennifer was fantastic to work with, very accommodating, and quick to respond. Overall, it was a great house and stay. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because of the construction next door. We had no idea there would be a GIANT home under construction in what was previously the open lot. While the construction noise wasn’t awful when we were inside the house, it made the pool and outside sanctuary area pretty unbearable during the day due to the loud noise. It’s unfortunate for this family and house, as they only seemed to be in the beginning stages of construction. We would definitely stay again though!

Great stay, house, host

We visited for 2 weeks in March. The house is great - plenty of space, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, awesome screened in porch, wooded back yard and side yards that create privacy. The neighborhood has many nice homes and was pretty quiet. The walk to the beach is easy and the beach is nice with no stairs to navigate. Jennifer the host is very responsive and helpful.

A lovely stay

Magnolia Hill is a lovely vacation home which is surrounded by trees and vegetation making it feel quite private. The home was quite comfy and well equipped with everything imaginable; from beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bikes, to game galore! Our family loved it. Every bedroom hAd a bathroom! Magnolia Hill is only a few walking minutes from the beach. And the pool was kept very clean. I would definitely recommend this home to large families, it made our vacation memorable. Chipley

Family Reunion

Perfect property for our family reunion. The pool was a big hit with all the kids. The beach was beautiful. Our hostess provided lots of beach and pool toys. The kitchen was very well stocked. Could not think of anything our hostess could have done better!

A week at the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our family week at Magnolia Trace! The 7 kids, mostly teenagers, enjoyed the freedom of having rooms according to their ages/sexes. The 4 adult couples appreciated having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well outfitted! The walk to the beach was no more than 2 minutes and the beach was not crowded. We enjoyed the many outdoor areas and the trees and shade trees around the house. Needless to say, we have already booked for next year!!

Great week in a great house!

This house is just about perfect. Plenty of room for our large family. A big draw for me was the fact that everyone could have their own bathroom. The house is very comfortable and has absolutely everything anyone could need. Jennifer was so accommodating and made herself available to us all the time. We’ve stayed in several houses in Gulf Tace and this is now one of our favs! Thanks Jennifer and family!

Perfect for family reunion

Property hosted our large extended family comfortably with multiple porches and open concept kitchen and great room. Many beds and bathrooms... which are a must with our crowd. Easy walk to the beach (which was not crowded even though it was high season) and lovely neighborhood. Very responsive property manager. Definitely coming back!
