Beach View 2 Bedroom Condo
Welcome to this recently renovated BEACH VIEW condo. This beautiful two bedroom unit has a bathroom, a kitchen, and plenty of storage, as well as a sleeper queen sofa (sleeps a total of six). It is steps away from the beach, located on Mandalay Avenue in the center of all the action. One of only twelve units in Clearwater Beach Suites, it has its own year-round sparkling heated pool. A short walk (minutes) to all the best bars, restaurants, and Pier 60! The Jolly Trolley stops right at the corner, and public tennis courts and a large pool and playground, including water slides and basketball courts, are right across the street. TV's in all the rooms, newly wired high speed wi-fi, heated pool, and the best location on the beach.

We are a married couple (professor and homemaker). We are excited to provide this beautiful newly renovated condo for your enjoyment.
Why they chose this property
Location and view. This is a corner unit, steps away from the beach, with beach views from the back, bay views from the front, and view of Mandalay Park from the side. The unit is newly renovated including a brand new kitchen with quartz countertops, and there is a great attention to detail in each and every room. There is a beach-themed room (brand new queen bed), a Florida-themed room (brand new king bed), and a modern living room with a sleeper couch (total of 6 can sleep on beds, but the sleeper couch isn't as comfortable as a regular mattress). One king and two queens.
What makes this property unique
The corner second-story beach view (from both bedrooms and partial living room view) location is unbeatable, as is the proximity to all the restaurants, bars, and shops along Mandalay Avenue. You will find the decoration and themes in the condo to be unique and fun, with a real attention to detail that you don't find elsewhere. There is even a "hidden mickey" in the Florida themed room.
