Property features include: elevator, cable with 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player, WIFI, direct beach access, outdoor grills, 2 outdoor pools, and children's play area. Sleeping arrangements include: Two queen beds, queen sleeper sofa(BEGINNING JUNE 1ST, SHEETS FOR THE SLEEPER SOFA WILL NOT BE PROVIDED) In-suite washer and dryer, Well equipped kitchen with SS. appliances, convection oven, granite counter tops and island(PLEASE GRILL SEAFOOD ON THE GRILLS PROVIDED OUTDOORS) Plenty of parking. Sorry, no pets or smoking in unit.

Excellent location

The location was excellent and to be able to sit outside (weather dependent) and watch the dolphins in December was fantastic. The apartment was spotless, not to sure about advertising the welcome pack, one dishwasher tablet, one laundry tablet and one toilet roll in each bathroom does not constitute a welcome pack anywhere else that we have stayed. We would definitely stay again. Be aware if you are fishing you will not be able to cook your catch in the apartment.

Anniversary getaway

This property was wonderful. We enjoyed our entire stay. We will rent this property again. We plan to come back in December. We’ve been coming to the Outer Banks for 25 years. Love this area and the condo.

Snow on the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in mid-February. It was cold outside, but comfy and cozy inside. Although we loved being able to have such easy access to the beach and spent quite a bit of time, bundled up of course, walking along the ocean, we spent more time relaxing and reading on the comfortable couch looking out at the sky and waves. On our last night, it snowed! Something we had never seen before. It was all picture perfect.

Girls Trip!

My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is so comfortable and has everything we need for staying in and cooking, walking on the beach or watching the ocean from the balcony! We look forward to coming back soon! We love the location and can't wait to return!

The condo was great! Perfect beachy vibe, nicely decorated, well-stocked! Location was so easy and the view was unbeatable. The covered balcony gave a little protection from the crisp fall air. Easy walk to the pier & plenty of restaurants nearby. My friend was unable to join me, but we hope to plan another trip & would stay here again in a heartbeat! Much needed Peace!

The owners went above and beyond to get us necessary information that we were having a hard time getting due to a glich with vrbo website. The condo was decorated lovely and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The on site property manager was quick to assist with a few minor needs and was extremely friendly! The views from the balcony were breathtaking! We hope to rent this unit again in the future.

This condo has a great view and a few steps from the beach but there’s a few things I wanted to mention. 1-the bed in the master bedroom feels like it has a hump in the middle, you feel like you’re going to roll off in the floor. 2-the tv wasn’t working properly 3-the kitchen floor needs mopping 4-when you lock the door you need to hold the door knob down or the deadbolt won’t line up with the hole and it doesn’t lock. Other than that it’s a good place to stay for a few days, thanks!

Once again we thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful condo. It is comfortable and well maintained. I will mention the small bathroom bathtub needs a new showerhead and faucet. These have not been regularly cleaned and have accumulated some bad stuff. No biggie. I have had it happen at home. The bathtub in the large bathroom was great! Lord willing, we plan to be back next year. Thanks for sharing your lovely place!

Love this place

We had a fantastic vacation at the condo. The elevator was broken, but the owners warned us ahead of time that it was so we prepared for that which made it much easier there is a small lift by each stairs that goes up to the 3rd floor so it made it easier to get the bigger stuff up and down great place to stay with your family of three enough room to do whatever you’d like, kitchen was very well stocked witch was very nice . Would love to book again

The week long trip was very comfortable and accommodating. Really nice balcony views, especially on the 4th of July. We would recommend this condo! All amenities, comfy beds, great pools!

Great Vacation Spot

Location: Out of this world! Right on the beach, falling asleep to the ocean waves and waking up to the sight of the ocean right out of the window. The house was on the top, 3rd floor. Accessibility: The elevator worked great, and there were stairs right outside the door. Neighbors and Parking: All the neighbors were friendly, and parking was plentiful. Amenities: Pool: We used it once and it was nice, but we mostly stayed at the ocean, which is just a quick 1-minute walk from the bottom middle of the complex leading to the beach. Wash Area: The complex has an outside wash area to clean your feet and beach stuff after coming off the beach. Grilling Area: The complex provides 3 charcoal grills. I don’t know how to use charcoal, so I’m not sure if it’s provided by the complex. I wish they were propane, but I understand why they’re not. Beach Experience: Nighttime: Bring a flashlight to see the various sizes of crabs that come out on the beach. Wildlife: We saw dolphins on Tuesday morning, but no wild horses. House Interior: Kitchen, Bathrooms, Living Room: Spacious and comfortably decorated. Overall Experience: Great, relaxing vacation. Even my 9-year-old said it was a better vacation than Disney.
