This property is large, except for the bathroom, with one nice tv, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom and perfect for spending nights. A directory with info such as wifi password would be helpful. Several light bulbs are missing/burned out.
The rental was clean and parking was fine. My main complaints of this place is that it is listed as being for 4 people and there is a queen bed and a twin. When I asked where the 4th person was supposed to sleep I was told the couch which I assumed was a pull out. It is not. It is a small sofa that I barely fit on and I am 5ft tall and 107 lbs.
This apartment was a very cozy little stay. It’s a quirky, cute space with fun features. If you like historical homes, you’ll really enjoy the vibe of this spot. It was easy to navigate the very large TV and log into our streaming services. The kitchen had all appliances I could have asked for (especially appreciated the hot water kettle!) The two bedrooms were very comfortable, my friend and I both slept well. Sean, the host, is very responsive to any questions, had a very pleasant and easy time communicating with him. The apartment itself is very close to downtown with plenty of options for eating and drinking. We were looking for an easy place to stay the night before race nearby and this really fit the bill. Would stay again!
This is a large charming apartment in a 100 year old house. My family lived staying here as the dining an d living rooms are both sizable gathering spots. The bed in the primary bedroom was so comfortable we came home and tried to order the exact same one for our own house. The bathroom is a bit quirky but worked for our family with plenty of towels and good hot water. If you need a space to lay out hair styling or cosmetics you may need to do this outside of the bathroom. The property is also very close to super cute Amesbury with excellent coffeehouses and restaurants. We will most definitely stay here again.
Needed a place to sleep in short notice. Never been to Amesbury and loved the quaint downtown with nice cafes and family friendly restaurants. The apartment has standard “nothing special “ decor but it’s clean and very affordable with plenty of space for 3 adults two dogs and a teenager. Know that there is a queen and a twin bed so someone sleeps on the couch if there’re 4 people.
Many thoughtful extras throughout the space. Mini splits with remote control are an added bonus. Only discrepancy is that the larger bed is definitely not a king. Otherwise, all was as expected or better!

We had a very nice time with the kids at salty kids camp in Hampton beach , and this place was really beautiful , clean ! and quiet area - pretty much all you needed to stay was there. The owner Sean was available in contacts and a sweet lady upstairs Nancy whom was kind and helpful if needed. But you had your privacy! 6 -8 miles from seabrook/ Salisbury/ Hampton. Beautiful village city in town. Would definitely stay again !
Our stay was great very comfortable. I would recommend marking the door with a number one on it. We arrived late and had a difficult time finding the right place. But overall a great place to stay.
The unit is the whole first floor of an older house, rearranged into two bedrooms, with a living room, dining room, AND a den (plus kitchen). The bathroom is quite small and needs better lighting. The master bedroom could use a luggage stand (no other furniture or closet in the room). And there are renovations that aren't quite finished. But overall its quite nice. Everything works. It's a quiet neighborhood. Very good value and will repeat.
The property was comfortable and the owner was available to answer any questions we had. I would say that the bathroom was extremely small, not well lit, and that the shower and bathroom sink did not drain well. We were concerned they would overflow. The tiny, undersized bathroom with drainage problems is a disadvantage for this property. I am a thin size 2 adult. If you are large it will not accommodate you.
