Beautiful views & quiet - would recommend

We enjoyed our stay. The views are great and the space comfortable. It worked well for our visit with family living nearby and visiting Bear Mountain.

I love all the details - books and games and records even! They’ve put a lot of thought into what is provided. And this place is wonderfully secluded, the perfect place for us to get away from it all.

Comfortable space with a great view.

We had a busy weekend in the Hudson Valley, including a Saturday night wedding at the Bear Mountain Inn. This was a great place to rest up between activities, have a little alone time, and get ready for the wedding. The amazing view was an added bonus! We were happy to arrive the first time in the afternoon, as the twists and turns of the road could have been tricky in the dark.

Clean well-equipped and cozy with a spectacular view that was further enhanced with the comfortable clean patio furniture and the the picture windows with telescope. The perfect place to get away from it all while visiting Peekskill. Enjoyed Fort Montgomery and Bear Mountain sites. Hope to return next year.

Best Lodging that I can recall

I was absolutely amazed at the spectacular nature of this home. While the hospitality and facility were superb, the view is majestic.

Gorgeous view

We spent a girls weekend here and raved about our stay! The view could not be photographed enough, the apartment was so quaint and homely decorated. Yvonne and Josh were amazing hosts and we got to meet their dogs! Highly recommend and would visit again!

Great view!

The view is breathtaking. Great for us, just enough room. Shower was one of the best. Hosts were accommodating, even though we didn't need much. Would definitely stay again.

Stunning View!

We were only here for one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment was clean, comfortable and cozy; but the star of this listing is its location. The views of the surrounding mountains and Hudson River are absolutely stunning! We would love to come back sometime and stay longer just to sit outside and take in the view!

Great place —very convenient to WestPoint!

Beautiful scenery and a very nice host! Makes me wish we had more time to explore the area. Lots to do in the Hudson Valley, and this VRBO is very conveniently located. Owner gives great driving directions. Make sure you print or snapshot them when driving the first time.

Beautiful

This rental was one of the best rentals we ever rented. The views are unbelievable ! The house was perfect, it had everything and more we needed. The owners were so nice and met ever need we asked for. You will not go wrong with this rental.

Comfortable apartment with a phenomenal view! The space could use a deep clean and some decluttering, but that view!!! Did I mention that the view was A-mazing?!?

What a view!

The apartment was even better and bigger in person than it looked in the pictures. The view of the river and mountains is just stunning, both from outside and through the huge living room window. It's very comfortable. The hosts are easy and accommodating.

Beautiful location and convenient to USMA

The property is extremely beautiful with a charming 1 BR apartment off of a main house. Amazing views of the Hudson River. It is very convenient to USMA and the surrounding area. We arrived very late but Yvonne had everything ready as described. Extremely nice to work with-would highly recommend.

Most Beautiful spot in the Hudson Valley

This home is an incredible spot to stay when visiting the Hudson Valley or West Point. The view is breathtaking and the owners are very gracious and accommodating. We have stayed here during the summer and the fall, and both are great options. While we have been in the area to visit our cadet at USMA, West Point, we took the time this summer to also visit NYC and Cooperstown. The drive to both was very easy and enjoyable. I recommend this spot to any in the area.
