'Little Naumkeag', il nostro campo di 90 anni, a conduzione familiare, è tutto fatto in pino meridionale verniciato. Dispone di sei camere da letto, soggiorno formale e sala da pranzo, camera familiare con TV, lettore DVD, cavo, internet wireless, 2 camini, 2 e 1/2 bagni, lavatrice / asciugatrice. E soprattutto una cucina a pianta aperta.

Out front una veranda coperta e un sacco di mobili da giardino rendono divertente e rilassante facile. Questo è un vecchio stile Adirondack esperienza non generico condominio moderno.

6 camere da letto come segue:
* Grande maestro al piano di sopra con re, letto singolo e lavandino privato.
* camera al piano superiore con letto matrimoniale.
* stanza al piano superiore con due gemelli.
* camera al piano superiore con letto singolo.
* Grande sala al piano di sotto w / queen e bagno privato.
* Camera al piano terra con letto matrimoniale e semi-privato 1/2 bagni.
* Famiglia-camera dispone anche di due divani letto.

La casa si affaccia sul lago, 4 ° della famosa catena Fulton dei laghi. Un sentiero privato conduce al nostro molo privato proprio sull'acqua. Dock può ospitare una barca fino a 18 piedi. Un dock più piccolo per il lancio di canoe / kayak.

4 ° lago è di circa 1 miglio di distanza al nostro molo, lungo sette miglia. Eccellente per il nuoto, sci nautico, canottaggio, vela e pesca.

A circa 200 metri dal nostro molo si trova l'ingresso della città di Inlet, e 1/4 di miglio oltre il 5 ° lago

Questa casa vacanze si trova a Inlet e vanta una posizione strategica nei pressi di parchi a tema e sulla spiaggia. Perfect

This historical cabin has everything you need making it perfect for a family getaway. Its nestled in the woods so it is very private .The house is spacious so that even if with rainy days, you have room to spread out in the house. The private backyard allows another area to gather, which was wonderful for all ages . The large dock has magnificent views of the lake and we loved being able to kayak and canoe right from the property. We also enjoyed the proximity and convenience of being able to walk to the town of Inlet, shops and town park. We would definitely like to return next year!

Great location

Loved how it was walking distance to Inlet. The weather wasn’t the best but we made the most of our week. House was spacious but be prepared for the taxidermy and “old “ feel, some loved the charm but others slept with their lights on;) we saw lots of deer out back and it was a great location! Be prepared , the stairs to the water were steep!!! Overall we had a great week and the house was well appointed.

Great week with family

This was very cool old family owned property with a perfect blend of character and modern conveniences. The views from the dock are perfect and the proximity to town is exactly what we wanted. Very nice backyard that allowed us to spread out. *note The steps to the dock are well maintained— but they are step. Be careful with kids or movement- limited friends or family members.

On the water and close to town

We had a nice time here. The house is old and rustic, but comfortable. It’s in a great location - just a short walk to Inlet and a quick drive to Old Forge. It was very convenient having a few kayaks and canoes already waiting on the dock when we arrived, so we able to spend a lot of time on the water. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing week.

A true rustic camp experience

Location was awesome. Great sunsets on the dock. Stairs are steep but you get used to them. We used the linen and boat packages and they have EVERYTHING we needed. Kitchen is stocked! The house is very spacious and fit our extended family comfortably. WiFi and cable service was very good. We had a cool damp week and the only complaint was the dampness hung around inside but I think it would have been worse if it was too hot and humid. Because it was so damp we had trouble getting the charcoal grill started, would prefer propane for ease of use. The garage also has everything you need. We negotiated the use of a metal fire pit that we brought for a camp fire. Peter was accommodating and we really appreciate that, it was really nice to help ward off the dampness and sit around the fire chatting with family. The metal pit worked perfectly. If we couldn't have a fire I would have canceled so I am very thankful that Peter accommodated us because we had a great time. Love the vibe...tons of unique decor.

Historical Adirondack camp

Lovely old cottage with nice family space. Owner very accommodating, quick to respond to questions, and lovely to work with. Rustic camp with updated kitchen. Had a wonderful time with 9 family members and close walk to Inlet, NY ( lovely little town) . Yard allowed for Badminton and games of Kumb, Bocce, etc. Walking distance to grocery store and coffee. Lovely dock with fishing right off the dock. On the negative side, difficult cell phone reception but place has WiFi. Work calls and internet still spotty on WiFi but minimal cell reception with Verizion ( Even at Inlet) . Needed to bring garbage and recycling to dump ( 5 minute drive) and garbage dump staff was not very helpful. Furniture outdated and difficult to find comfortable chair, dark interior, especially upstairs but good for kids to sleep in morning, some plumbing issues and poor lighting to read at night. Unable to make Fire at night and no electric grill ( Charcoal available) Lots of steps to water but nice once at waterfront for kids.

Little Naumkeag--Little Piece of Heaven

Perfectly situated just outside of Inlet this property has everything you need to unwind, decompress and relax. Its proximity to town, hiking trails, The Red Dog (one of our favorite local restaurants) and boating activities make it the ideal spot. The property itself has perfect Adirondack charm with updated touches. This is an authentic Adirondack camp with a unique history and connections to an old school Hollywood screen writer. You'll find his books on the shelves near the fireplace! This is our second time and won't be our last.

Historic , lovely old camp. Beautiful view they the pines to fourth lake

Pretty lake view through the trees. WeTher was a little too chilly at end of August to swim comfortably, but nice hiking in cool weather. Nice and accommodating owner.

Our family has owned 'Little Naumkeag' since it was built for our Grandparents by famed local Adirondack builder, Evert Lewis in 1927. Enjoyed by five generations, and counting, our camp reflects who we are; people who enjoy new things, but also appreciate a bit of history in our surroundings.

Little Naumkeag is a family camp with years of character. If modern condo is what you're looking for then our home may not be for you. Our home is oozing with charm and period furnishings.

A place that has always been about kids (and sometimes dogs) the house has plenty of rainy day books, vintage board games, decks of cards-- plus cable, wireless internet and dozens of dvd's. When weather's fine there's badminton, croquet, bikes and more.

The house is large enough to host several families, but not too big as to be overly expensive.

Two large bedrooms downstairs offer 2-family privacy, or Grandparent seclusion. One downstairs bedroom has ensuite full bathroom, 2nd bedroom has adjacent 1/2 bath.

Upstairs boasts six more bedrooms, including the Upstairs King Master with its own sink, a Queen Room, a Twin Room and a Single, as well as a full bathroom.
