A beautifully appointed 425 square-foot condo studio @ rough riders landing, montauk; offering a 180 degree view of fort pond bay - the best view in the complex, with sunsets that will take your breath away and 2 skylights with views of the moon- lit sky and stars while you lie in bed.

sea gulls nest will be available for weekly summer rental.A brand new kitchen with white linen shaker style cabinets and granite counters, stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher & microwave. The main living space offers sleeping accommodations for 2, 3 will be max (a queen size murphy bed and a queen size sofa bed) brand new 5 inch oak wood floors, central air and ceiling fan. The large deck is accessible through a wall of sliding doors and offers outside dining seating for 4 along with 2 pottery barn steamer style cushioned lounge chairs.. Everything you need is offered at sea gulls nest: coffee maker, toaster, blender, hair dryer, iron and linens. All you need is your bathing suit and flip-flops!

The complex offers a swimming pool, hot tub, 5 tennis courts and a private beach on the bay. Or if you prefer, the ocean is only minutes away along with all that montauk has to offer.

A slice of heaven

The sunsets that I watched every evening sitting on the deck were so beautiful. What a wonderful way to end each day there. The condo is walking distance to the train which was convenient. It’s less than 10 min. The walk into town is only 20 min along the bay with a view of the swans. Rent a bike in town to get around easily if you don’t have a car. The condo itself exceeded my expectations. The pool is great, and bring your racquet to play tennis Super easy check in & check out. Had a fabulous 8 day vacation there.

Much needed getaway

Perfect NYC Getaway

Great Off-Season Stay

Kent has a beautiful property. I recommend staying when you can enjoy nice weather so you can utilize the balcony. I thoroughly enjoyed the updated kitchen. Other things could use updating, like the mattress and bathroom. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great Time! Beautiful Sunsets

My boyfriend and I had a great stay! The property is very clean and well maintained. You cannot beat the sunsets and all of the neighbors are friendly and helpful. We fell in love with this place!

Beautiful view, beachfront living. Calm beach with pebbles, which makes the water clearer. Apartment complex is five minutes from everything in Montauk. Pool and jacuzzi if you don’t like the beach. Apartment was lovely. We made many dinners and ate watching the sunset on the terrace. Perfect little spot!

Spectacular Sunsets!

Our stay at Kent's condo was excellent! The location was great; just a short drive to everything in Montauk. We loved the bay view from the room and balcony, especially the sunsets! Well equipped kitchen and surprisingly spacious for a studio. The Murphy bed was, in fact, very comfortable! Would definitely return!

Cozy condo in peaceful area with beautiful view

This is a wonderful property that we hope to revisit. While part of a larger condominium, the area was very quiet and the small private beach was usually empty. Stunning view of night sky through the skylights. Location great, right next to the train station, and a pick up stop for the free shuttle than runs through town and to a number of great beaches. Highly recommend!
