The Valhalla located at 3216 Gulf Drive in Holmes is a wonderful five bedroom, three bath Gulf front duplex on a secluded beach. While the Valhalla is tucked away in a quiet area, it is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The location is perfect!
Each unit features a large covered deck that is a perfect spot to enjoy the beach views, watch for dolphins playing in the surf and to experience the sunsets!

The Valhalla will comfortably sleep nine with one king size bed, one queen size bed, one full size bed and three twin beds. Extras include a fireplace, BBQ grill and stereo. There are new televisions in both living rooms as well as televisions in most bedrooms. The upstairs unit has a washer and dryer and there is a second laundry room downstairs for the lower unit.
Located on a pristine and secluded beach area, the Valhalla is a perfect Anna Maria Island rental retreat.

This property can easily be rented in conjunction with the Tiki next door for groups up to 15. As the name suggests, the Valhalla really is heaven!

The Valhalla is a one week minimum rental.

Parking is limited to five vehicles.

One small pet per unit is allowed with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee.

Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property

Cleanliness- POOR... hair and dust everywhere... upstairs room with single bed, had bed bugs on mattress, and another guests hair, linens definitely were not stripped and cleaned.

Key codes didn’t work either up or down we had no keys for upstairs. One was hid in receptacle we found by accident. place needs maintenance. Shower door up would not close master upstairs towel bar broken upstairs cooking utensils pots and pans etc were in rough shape. Kind of a dump for the price.

Issues with the downstairs washer, had to wring out clothes by hand as it stopped working in middle of cycle. Air conditioning unit upstairs stopped working as well. Toilet in main bathroom ran continuously. Beautiful location, just needs to have some updates if going to charge price currently requesting.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn’t have loved the views more, the restaurants of course are always a lovely addition. We have been using your rental services for years and years and never had an issue, until this rental. For over 7 thousand dollars for the week we didn’t expect to walk into a house full of water damage, with warped walls, damaged outlets with water damage that you could clearly see was not safe to use(weI have pictures of), majorly cracked foundation on the lower level. Bedrooms upstairs that when we turned on a light in one room the other 1/2 rooms would turn on. Not to mention the AC going out two times upstairs. For over $7,000 you wouldn’t expect to walk into severely warped walls, outlets, and peeling ceilings, also black mold up and around the vent in the upstairs spare bedroom. We also found a bed in the two twin bedroom upstairs that was broke and a paint can was used to hold the bed up! After this vacation, we will be seriously considering using other agencies. I would like a response which you can email to I do have pictures to correspond with the listed issues I mentioned above. Thank you.

Great view and location with a decent experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, great views, great place with some minor issues. Dishwasher upstairs didn't work, called said they'd call when the tech would be on his way. 2 days later he showed up unannounced, was super nice but would have liked notice. Then the dishwasher did not clean well at all. Note that where they allow dogs they do not tell you they aren't allowed on the beach. This was unfortunate but we made the best of it. Also just our timing but there was a home being built next door. Ordinances state 8 am but they were building almost every day at 7. Spoke to our company, said they'd look into it. Later in the week I asked if I should call the local authorities about it as well as the dish washer and was Ghosted. I get 8 to 5, have to get work. When you pay a lot of money to get away and enjoy nature it's disappointing to be Ghosted by your rental company.

20th Wedding Anniversary

The only complaints we had was the down stove only had one burner working and has we not also rented upstairs, we would of been screwed. Better than expected

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room for us. 10 adults. We rented both upper and lower. Split cost between everyone and it's much better than a hotel. Beach is just a few steps out the back door and wasn't crowded at all, public beach is about 1/2 mile away so it's like having the beach to yourself. Upper deck has great views of ocean. Enough space to park 4 vehicles. Keyless entry had issues, but we picked up keys at office a few blocks away. Great location, great place to stay and we had a terrific time.

wonderful family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super location in regards to everything. Both Tiki and Valhalla worked out very well for our family. We had two sons and family in Vallhala and us (mom and dad) in Tiki along with number three son and wife. Tiki was the "go to" spot for gatherings. Easy down to beach walk with grand kids. All had fun in the water and on beach!Got around locally on rented bikes. Thanks to all at Island Va Ca and the wonderful owners of the two houses.

Family vacation

There were a couple things about the house I wasn’t happy with. The laundry area (upstairs) needs work. Organization is a must, and a curtain to cover the water heater and furnace would have been nice. It was very unattractive to walk by. The front walls also had damage, but I’m sure that will be fixed. Besides those 2 things, we had a great experience, and a wonderful vacation.

Fun Family Vacation

Absolutely fabulous vacation with family! We had been planning this trip for several years to celebrate three milestone birthdays in our family. In total we had 16 family members on the trip with 13 of us staying at the Valhalla! It was perfect! We had plenty of space. We even managed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner between the two kitchens. (We did have to purchase a few disposable pans). The view was spectacular with the beach as our front yard. The sunset each night was breathtaking! When we looked to out right, we could see the packed public beach a ways down but right in front of us was our own private beach. We loved it! The location was great with easy access to Publix and Walgreens and many other shops. We could easily walk to get whatever we needed. This was my second trip to AMI this year and I would definitely stay at Valhalla again!

The property is nice and a great location. The carpeting in the bedrooms is really dirty. The linens for the downstairs sofa bed were finally found upstairs. There were no kitchen towels. Our stay was great, however they charged me $500 because they claim the downstairs smelled like smoke. None of us smoke inside at our homes or anywhere inside. We had small children and an adult with asthma downstairs and I requested that money be refunded.

Location location location!

Can’t get any closer to the water. Incredible view. Steps to the ocean. Only disappointment was that the kitchens are not stocked well with pots & pans which made it hard to cook for a large group. Linens are great but mattresses could’ve been better. Other than that, it was great.
