Wonderful Place.

We absolutely loved staying at the Splash Resort. It’s right on the beach and all the amenities are wonderful!!! We will definitely book again.

Granddaughters time at the beach

The condo was clean and appealing. Loved the balcony! Very kid friendly. Being on the first floor was great because you can take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Loved our stay!!

The condo was Wonderful. Clean, well stocked and beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, had plenty of closet space. Contact with the owner was easy and they replied quickly. We enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying the ocean! First time to stay; we will definitely be back

the condo was really nice & clean, alot of kitchen supplies, and the beds were comfortable. It has a rocking chair inside and on the balcony which was an added bonus since we had a 3 month old with us

Family fun

The condo was great, we had everything needed and a short drive to all the activities we planned. About 10-15min to Wonder works, rainforest putt putt and Ripley’s. Pier park was about 5-10min drive. Splash pool area was not all I hoped it would be but that is partly due to weather and my daughter not being too into it. I would recommend a stay here.

Family Vacation

Condo was super nice modern, and clean. Stocked with everything you would need in a home away from your home. The 1st floor was amazing with a great view. No waiting in line for the elevator, can just take the stairs. Will book this condo again in the future.

Great Locaton/Room

We really enjoyed our week long stay at this property during the 4th of July. The kids loved the pool/waterpark area. My wife and parents enjoyed being on the first floor. The elevators are a nightmare and having only one floor to take the stairs helped tremendously. The location of the condo was great also. We were close enough to all the fun and restaurants but far enough away that we didn’t have to fight traffic daily. We also had plenty of room for a family of four plus my parents in the condo. The rooms were clean and not cramped. The balcony was large enough to sit everyone comfortably to watch fireworks. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Nice Condo

Nice, bright and clean condo!!Washer and dryer were very nice and also loved the balcony furniture! It was so nice to be on first floor so we could use the stairs! Owners were also quick to answer any questions we had!

Fantastic!

If you’re looking for the best possible Splash experience, this is the listing to book! No noise issues. Beautiful views. You’ll spend 10-15% more time on the beach or in the pool than everyone else because you don’t have to wait on the elevators. Our family had a fantastic time and we look forward to returning in the future!

We have stayed at Splash several times in the past, but this was the first time during the peak season. It was a little crowded, but this unit was on the 1st floor next to the stairs. The unit was exactly like it was listed. We would definitely stay again.

No elevators

Nice condo and perfectly located. No waiting for elevators. The condo is clean and the beds are super comfortable. The kitchen was well stock so we cooked and ate most of our meals in the condo. Plenty of beach toys in the closet if you forget your own. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Our future stays for Splash will be this condo. Thanks so much!

Wonderful week at Splash 102W!

Brian and Megan, we really enjoyed our vacation at your condo at Splash! Everything was great and just as you described. We have stayed at Splash several times and highly recommend your condo. The location is great and being able to avoid the elevator is a plus. Splash offers so much for families with several play areas for kids, a lazy river and swimming pools. We also enjoyed dining at the poolside bar and grill. Splash is also close to Pier Park, another one of our favorite places to visit while in PCB. We would highly recommend this condo to friends and family.

Our names are Brian and Megan Meisner. We live in Richmond, VA and have 2 daughters (15 & 12), an 8 year old boy, and 2 Westies named Rizzo and Penny. We are Texas Longhorn fans, as the University of Texas is Brian's alma mater. We enjoy traveling, visiting with family, and watching college football. We hope you enjoy Panama City Beach as much as we do!

Our unit is located on the lowest floor of the west building, so your time spent in the elevator is minimal allowing you more time to enjoy all Splash has to offer. Enjoy!

You will find that being on the lowest floor of Splash is a very nice benefit! Even though you are on the lowest floor, you are still three stories up -- giving you fantastic views without the long elevator ride. Also, our unit comes with two beachfront padded lounge chairs & umbrella reserved for our tenants between March 1st - October 31st. Now you don't have to rush down to the beach to get that perfect spot, because we have already reserved it for you! So sit back, relax, and enjoy every minute of your stay here at Splash 102W. Oh, and don't forget to tell your friends!
