You can enjoy a day on the beach and the evening dining at one of the many locally owned eateries, each with its own unique style. Access is via coded lockbox. Amenities include a washer & dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, off street parking, as well as a flat screen TV with cable and free Wi-Fi. Great beach stay

This property was just as described in the listing. Very cute place, very clean and comfortable. Just across the street from the beach with convenient beach access. It's an easy walk to town and all the shops and restaurants. My friend and I had a great time. We were there the last week of February 2025 and the weather was beautiful.....warm breezy days and cool nights. I can't say enough about the good experience we had with this property and host . We definitely plan to book this property again next year.

Perfect Location

Perfect location for a charleston trip. 1 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the main strip of great restaurants and bars. Woke up every morning to have coffee and watch the sunrise on the beach.

This is the second time we’ve rented this home. It is perfect for our family of four. The location is perfect! Right across the street from the beach and only a few blocks from center street! We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect location. Very clean and functional.

We just had the pleasure of spending a long weekend at this lovely place. It was perfect for my fiancee and I. For where it is, and the price we paid, it can't be beat. It is steps away from the beach, and it has everything you need for a great stay at the beach. The condo is nicely decorated and was very clean. We will surely stay there again in the future.

No fuss, no frills - Excellent location.

It is just what we were looking for. Everything you need - nothing that you don’t. You can’t beat the location. We were so happy when we realized it was literally a 45 second walk to get to our chairs on the beach. Loved this vacation.

This place was just as described, and was perfect for us. Great location to the beach and walking distance to the town. Less than 30 minute drive into Charleston. Plenty to do for us and my 21 year old son. He had the best time!!

The location of this property was perfect. Close enough to walk to restaurants and stores. The beach was right across the street with public access. The property could use a little TLC with new bedroom furniture but in all it was OK.

Beach across the Street

This place is perfect for a small family to stay. The beach is just across the road. Very easy access to the ocean. Only a couple of blocks from Main Street. The owners of the property are available at the drop of a hat. We will be staying here again.

Folly Beach

I wasn’t able to make the trip for health reasons, but my husband, son, and daughter in law went. They said it was perfect, a great location, and so relaxing. They enjoyed it so much that they were content staying at Folly Beach and never went and toured Charleston. We would rent again.

Love the vibe of the area

The location was perfect! A minute walk from an uncrowded beach could not be beat. The host was kind enough to lend us beach towels for our stay and there were beach chairs available. Since the property is slightly below ground, there was a slight musty smell. Overall it was clean and tidy. The furniture could be improved with a bigger, more comfortable couch. Didn't seem like enough room to hang out and watch tv for the 4 of us. The mattresses were also not comfortable but I'm partial to a firmer bed.

Not too bad

Great location. Not the most comfortable unit as it is all concrete and masonry. The kitchen layout is poor. The couch will give you a concussion if you don't lean back carefully. The location is great and the owners were easy to contact.

Amazing beach rental at a great price!

I have nothing but good things to say about this beach rental in Folly Beach. This was my 2nd time visiting the area and decided that I would rent something on the beach since I was bringing my girlfriend for a vacation and I am so glad I found this place. I can't think of one thing that this place is lacking and all of the amenities are new and up to date. Kitchen was sparkling clean, beds were made very nicely, lawn and parking area was clean and it just gave a quiet home type of feeling the entire time we stayed there. The owner, Deb, was always available and kept in until the minute I opened up the door. I am 100% sure that I'll rent the same unit again the next time I'm down at Folly Beach. You can't ask for anymore more! A few steps and you're on the beach, nice little parking spot so you don't have to deal with the traffic / parking lots, amazing little apartment.. it has it all. Thanks again Deb for providing such an amazing place for my girlfriend and I to stay in during our visit there. We cannot wait to come back and rent this unit again!
