Bara 100 meter från stranden har vår GULVRÅDA hörn enhet längst fram på orten närmast tillgång till stranden via strandpromenadens huvudort med Jamaica Joe'z Beach Bar på ena sidan och poolen på andra sidan (se bilder ).

Ändå så nära som vi är vid stranden och bekvämligheterna behåller vårt villaläge din integritet och lugn, och de extra fönstren i vår hörn vid havet i sovrummet och köket håller villan ljus och ljus med lugn naturutsikt ... inte en upptagen parkeringsplats.

Efter en underbar dag med sol och surfa när du återvänder till din första rad villa med solstolar, paraply och boogie board (förutsatt), kommer du att vara glad att din enhet är så nära strandpromenaden och du behöver inte klättra upp för trappan till andra eller tredje våningen. Har du barn? Håll ett öga på dem från ditt däck medan de spelar på gräsmattan efter middagen. Fredlig och tyst, utan parkeringsplats under eller andra byggnader i närheten, kommer du alla att vara säker på att sova bra på natten.

Med utsikt över Atlanten är utomhuspoolen, en av de största på ön, och kiddy pool den idealiska platsen att njuta av solen! På resort finns också en lekplats och picknickplats, komplett med grill.

Great villa even better host!

Can’t say enough good things about our host John. He was very responsive with our questions and went above and beyond for us (even made some rainy days better). The villa was perfect for the 2 of us. We definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a beach getaway. It was very clean, the location is great and the photos were spot on.

Perfect Villa!

This villa was perfect! It was the closest to the pool/beach and the view was fantastic! Most villas have views of the parking lot, this one is so private with a beautiful view of the lush greens and ocean. We ate our breakfast on the balcony & watched birds and rabbits every morning. They also provided beachs chairs, boogie boards & beach toys for the kids. So many other perks too

30th Anniversary getaway

The condo is really convenient to the beach, pool and Tiki bar. Parking is super close to the unit and most of the popular restaurants are close by. The owners of the unit are really easy to work with and even surprised us with a dessert to share for our big day. Nice touch! Thank you from the Newport’s.

Amazing Stay!

My wife and I did a surprise vacation for our children, and this place was such an amazing place to stay at. The pictures really doesn’t do it justice, this felt like a home from home. The corner unit is away from the rest of the parking lot with the ability to see glimpses of the ocean and hear it. Our kids loved the captain bunk beds and wanted to live there! The whole community is family friendly and has a calm atmosphere. There are options to eat and drink on the resort, not having to leave every day. The beach really is only a short walk away! We had such an amazing time!

Great place for a couple or a family with little children. Teen kids would have made it crowded. Huge pool. Easy beach access. On-site Tiki bar food was not great but with a kitchen and lots of restaurants nearby there’s no worries.

Perfect location of condo

Condo was clean and very well stocked. Lots of storage space. Our 4th stay at this resort and this was the best condo. Perfect location close to beach and pool. Had to message owner once about keypad code he immediately responded and was very nice and helpful in all communications. Went above and beyond to let us stay another night since our vacation was during tropical storm Debbie. We loved the unit and love the resort, the Pizza place and sports bar and poolside snack bar are convenient and the food is always good. We are picking a date for our next stay in this same unit for next year!!

Great Condo Better Owner

I chose this trip last minute. Communication with the owner was very quick, and every time I had a question he was quick with the response. The condo is the perfect size for two people or two adults and two small children. Had everything you needed. Any issues were quickly resolved by the owner. I would definitely book this place again.

Just what we were looking for!

This condo is steps from the pool and beach which is very important with little kids! The pool is HUGE and never feels crowded even though there’s a lot of people. Beach bar is a bonus! Condo is Very clean, everything you need from beach toys, beach chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards, cooler, etc. John was always very quick to respond. We had a blast and would definitely return!

John was an excellent host. He was prompt to answer our questions. We had a lovely view of the boardwalk, grassy area and the dunes. We were able to watch bunnies and birds constantly. We were happy that we had a really short walk yo the pool, beach and restaurants on site. The kitchen was fully equipped so we could prepare our own meals if we chose. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Highly recommended!!

I’ll be back!

I have been to HHI several times but have never stayed here before. This small condo was described accurately and was very clean and comfy for us. It had everything we needed and everything worked as expected and described. It was in the perfect location with a peak-a-boo view of the ocean and a quick walk on the boardwalk to the beach. We loved breakfast on the balcony. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to HHI. The host was quick to respond even with my last minute needs. Thank you John for being so accurate and professional. I’ll be back!

Unit with a perfect location

Appt was clean and well outfitted. Location was perfect with a great balcony view. Everything you need was there: Chairs, umbrella, cooler, kids beach toys. The appliances and TV were somewhat older but fine. No ice maker but cool packs and ice cube trays were in the freezer. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t try the sleeper sofa. Tub was deep and nice. About the reviews about a musty smell, Somebody sprayed a bunch of Frebreeze before we arrived, but after airing out the place overnight all was good. Bring your own Firestick or Apple TV if you want streaming TV. The TV‘s just have cable.

Overall, great place to stay!

Pictures and description of property (and most reviews) are accurate! We really enjoyed our stay! Unit is located with a lagoon view (not ocean) in a really quiet location, close to the pool and beach. It was just enough space for our family of 3, but probably best for a couple. EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your stay is provided!!!! Sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, extra towels and bedding. Plus, the kitchen had every dish, pan, appliance and utensils you could possibly need! Updated kitchen & bathroom and and the fluffy bath towels were wonderful! Vinyl flooring is beautiful, and would be more practical and appealing to have throughout the unit than the Berber carpeting. (a small vacuum for the carpet would be good to have). I’d LOVE to give this place 5 stars, but unfortunately we all found the beds to be uncomfortable :(. The master mattress was extremely firm, bunks had more of a pad than a mattress, and the sleeper sofa was clean, but aging and might need replaced. Overall, we had a great experience, enjoyed our visit, and the hosts were great!
