✔ Rental Agreement – Must be signed within 24 hours of booking to secure your stay.
✔ Identity Verification – A secure third-party verification (ChargeAutomation) is required before check-in.

🚫 NO Parties, Events, or Large Gatherings – Strictly enforced. Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
🚫 NO Smoking Indoors – $300 minimum fine for smoking/vaping inside the home.
🚫 NO Moving or Removing Decor – This home is curated for comfort—please leave decor & furniture in place.
🚫 NO Food in Bedrooms – Help us maintain a clean and pest-free environment.

🐾 Pet Policy – Furry Friends Welcome!
🐶 Pet Fee: $85 per dog, per stay (non-refundable).
💳 Damage Deposit: $150 per pet (refundable if no damages).

✔️ Maximum: 2 dogs per stay (under 25 lbs each).
✔️ Must be crated when left alone in the home.
✔️ Provide pet details (breed, weight) when booking.

🐾 All pets must be house-trained & well-behaved. Please clean up after your pet to keep the home fresh for future guests!

🚨 Tampering with security devices (including doorbell cameras) will result in a $500 fine & immediate cancellation.
