Conveniently located near all of the amenities downtown Bloomington has to offer: 1mi to IU campus, Assembly Hall and Memorial Stadium, less than 2mi to Kirkwood, 3.5mi to IU Health Bloomington Hospital, and 13mi to Lake Monroe. The Fox Den sits on a quiet half acre lot where red fox and deer are often spotted while enjoying morning coffee.
