NOVITÀ RISTRUTTURATO 2018! Fenomenali vista sulle montagne e fontana di questa bella casa unico livello in un quartiere elegante, alto su una collina molto cul-de-sac. Osserva il sorgere del sole sopra le montagne dal ponte di osservazione coperto sul tetto, fai un tuffo nella scintillante piscina olimpionica lunga 46 piedi con giochi d'acqua, o rilassati nella spa con un rivestimento in pietra sovrapposta. Spettacolari viste panoramiche a 180 gradi sulle montagne, la quarta fontana più alta del mondo, le luci notturne della città e le albe in Arizona da tutte le stanze principali, dal ponte di osservazione e dalla piscina. Grandi finestre e soffitti a volta aggiungere alla sensazione di apertura della casa, con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La sala da pranzo ha un camino a gas a due vie e una porta scorrevole in vetro di un patio lastricato coperto con la piscina riscaldata e centro benessere.

Il soggiorno ha un angolo bar con un frigorifero per bevande, un camino a gas a due vie, un enorme muro multimediale ed è cablato per il suono surround. La sua parete di finestre con una porta scorrevole in vetro permette una vista sulle montagne glorioso e l'accesso alla zona della piscina. Si può godere di più belle viste dalla master suite con la sua enorme porta scorrevole in vetro per il centro benessere e la piscina. Il grande bagno padronale ha una cabina armadio, una doccia spa separata con doppie teste, doppi lavandini e comò privato. Entrambe le camere da letto hanno una porta scorrevole in vetro di un patio lastricato coperto. Awesome property!

We stayed 3 weeks. The house was perfect and the views were incredible! We spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoying the views. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy a great meal. Upon arrival, everything looked just like the photos and the home is properly maintained. Fountain Hills is a very nice community. Stores and restaurants were easy to get to. I played golf a number of days and was impressed by the quality/uniqueness of the courses. Linda (Property Manager) was very helpful and always available. Eric is a great host.

very pleased with the accommodations exactly as described.Our contact for access was very helpful and accommodative steep drive was a bit of an issue and the patio furniture could have been more comfortable however those are minor.compared to the overall quality and comfort of the property

Beautiful house great stay !

Great house. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Amazing view. Spent every morning drinking coffee by the pool on the patio. Very very clean. Wonderful kitchen with all the little touches. The only issue was the patio stone floor. It was chipping all around the pool and hot tub. It was to the point where we had to wipe our feet every time going into the hot tub and going into the house on a towel. Otherwise our feet would have been covered in the flaking sandstone floor , and it would track everywhere. I did mention to management.

House on the Hill with Great Views!

Stayed Oct 2024 - Enjoyed morning hikes and afternoons in the pool/spa. Steep driveway affords magnificent views of the mountains and fountain. Comfortable spaces and beds, with large bathrooms, laundry room and fully stocked kitchen. Spent a few nights stargazing on the rooftop deck. We had friends visit during out stay. It was equally pleasant with 6 guests as it was for us 2. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Wow!!! The house is gorgeous, the views amazing and the swimming pool just perfect. The house is very comfortably furnished, with modern appliances and well stocked with everything you could need, The area is very quiet and safe, and convenient to groceries etc All communication, was quick and checkin simple. Without hesitation we would highly recommend this lovely home and would love to return.

2nd Stay Here

This is a beautiful home is Fountain Hills. We have stayed here two years in a row. The beds are great, the views are great and the location is great! We love it because it is close to hiking and mnt biking. We will definitely try to stay here again next year.

The house was really nice and the views are spectacular. We spent a month there and throughly enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the pool heater kept malfunctioning and it took a while to get it repaired. We would definitely stay there again.

House was perfect. Master bedroom and bathroom is extraordinary. Nice separation from other bedrooms if you have guests or kids! We used the spa daily - an incredible view from the pool deck. Like really incredible. The driveway is certainly interesting - incredibly steep - but no mobility issues in our party so it was just fine.

Very good rental

We enjoyed our stay in this house because of the amazing view. The sunrises and sunsets were awesome. We entertained on the patio and really enjoyed being able to see the fountain. Eric(the owner) was very helpful if we had any questions.

Beautiful view from the home of the Fountain Hills park and water fountain. Close to everything needed and the neighborhood is very quiet. Served what we needed and the property manager was very responsive when needed.

We bought this home to bring our family to from Maryland and we have many special memories here with our family and friends. We love the slower pace of Fountain Hills but enjoy the proximity to Phoenix and Scottsdale. We have 5 children and Eric runs a successful real estate practice in the metro Washington D.C. area. We enjoy escaping the city to the mountains and climate of Arizona and have not found another home in Fountain Hills with this view and setting. 10 out of 10 for convenience and getting away from it all! We hope you enjoy your stay.

This newly renovated home (2018) is truly a retreat from everyday life, every day you are there. The 46 foot long, 12 ft. wide pebble tec lap pool in the front sits on one of the best perches in the valley. The stone hot tub flows in to the pool and is covered by the lanai. The master opens to the lanai as does the kitchen and family room. An open air sentry retreat on the roof of the garage affords views in all four directions and is a great gathering place in the evening for a cocktail. Access to rooftop deck is from the outside/ backyard.

You will find many homes with some kind of view. To be able to capture the fountain and all the mountain views of the valley from one lot is rare. Add a 400 square foot lanai and an unbelievable pool with waterfall feature as the cherry on top. The pool and hot tub can be heated by purchasing propane in advance of your stay. Rates fluctuate with the costs of fuel but can range from $300 (spa only) -$950 (pool & spa) per week. Please inquire about costs prior to booking. Looking to do something fun nearby? Only 5 minutes to great golfing, tennis, restaurants and shopping in the town of Fountain Hills, and only 15 minutes to many attractions in Scottsdale/Phoenix.
