East facing windows take in both the beautiful Wasatch range & the city, with a special view of the 'old' and 'new' of SLC - the beautiful 100+ year old Methodist Church with original stained glass & the modern glass 'WeWork' office building.
You'll be steps from nightlife /restaurants/ coffee, and from downtown offices & shopping on State & Main Street.
0.5 miles to Salt Palace Convention center, City Creek Mall, Temple Square.
Take in the view on your large comfortable new couch or watch the 65" HDTV with streaming and DirecTV.

Or go to the bedroom and relax in your large king bed with massive picture window.

The apartment is beautified by original art from local SLC artists who we love to support!
The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and gas stove, and there is a full washer/dryer.
The bathroom is spacious and has a tub.
There is a beautiful space on the rooftop with seating areas, fire pits & BBQ grills and stunning 360 views of SLC and the surrounding mountains.
PARKING: You have a complimentary Parking Card to a secure garage about 1/2 block away. The secure garage has EV chargers.
Garage clearance is 8'4" in most areas. In some areas it is 7', those areas are clearly marked.
**As a part of this listing there is a $250 security deposit that gets held on your credit card. The deposit gets automatically refunded to you after your stay. **

1. Golden rule: Treat our property how you’d like yours to be treated, and treat your neighbors how you’d like to be treated.
- Our floors and carpets are super clean. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES.
- Please be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest free.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 pm – 8 am.
2. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. As a part of this booking we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+).
3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence.
4. NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $200 fine.
5. Please follow our Check-In time of 4pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests that do not checkout on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road.
You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $30 dollars.
6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
- LOST GARAGE PASS is $200.
- If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $30.
- Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge.
7. You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment, but please respect your neighbors.
- NO PARTIES. If you want to have more guests, contact Grand Road to rent a common area for entertainment and hosting of a larger group.
- If you have an unapproved party, there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities.
8. All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional guest, contact us, or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices.
- Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $50 per guest.
- More than 4 guests staying overnight in the apartment is subject to a $100 fine PER PERSON.

Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, Grand Road and apartment maintenance will seek & receive permission from the guest before entering.
10. DO NOT CONTACT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT FOR ANY REASON, they will only work with us.
