About this property

Kid-friendly, single family home, 4 bedrooms with 2 sofa sleeper beds, 2 baths, heated outside pool(set to 82 degrees) with child fencing around the pool area. Pool is cleaned once a week, please note that with rain, wind ect the pool will get debris in it. A pool net is provided to clean pool. Have dinner/cocktails at the Tiki bar by the pool or practice your putting on our putting course in the front yard. Please note golf cart and boat not included. Short walking distance to 15 great restaurants, 12 bars, many, many shops, bike and scooter rental, wash and fold, and more.... Short drive to many sites, golf courses and much more. Siesta key beach is on travel channel for top ten beaches in the world....Local beach is approx 3 blocks, and can be walked. Public beach is further, however, many 'free ride' golf cart services are available and work for tips only. They will pick you up at your home and take you to the beach. The "free" rides are a lot of fun. The House is located at 349 Avenida Madera, Siesta Key, Florida 34242. We do not provide any beach chairs, beach toys, etc.. No Ceiling Fans!

Great location.

Great location!!! Awesome updates after the hurricane as we previously had stayed prior. The backyard is magical-you don’t even need to leave. 2 king and 2 queen beds now vs what is listed. We did leave beach chairs, towels and an umbrella for future renters as it was cheaper than renting. We will be renting again as we love the place.

Siesta Key get away

Loved the location (close to beach and village). The pool area was a perfect place to relax and hit the hot tub. Our kids and granddkids enjoyed their stay also.

Paradise

Great location, walk to beach and village. The back patio/pool area is the best. Sun from sun up to sun down. It our 9th year in a row staying here and we are booked for next year. Great for families.

Wonderful location! Beautiful pool area!

My family had a great time here, nice and clean, comfortable, with an amazing pool/ back yard patio area we had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and village where they have some really great live music nightly. Great host who responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely love to come back again! Thanks!!!

Siesta Key Beach & Village holiday

The location is a short walk to Siesta Village, and the Beach, excellent setup for everyone to explore, set their own schedule and then rendezvous together. Pool & hot tub starts the day then on to the beach, have your way! Paul & Nancy

Great family vacation with pool and hot tub

Property exactly as described. Nice location, easy walk to several beach accesses. Quite dead end street. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and fishing in the canal. Would rent again if visiting Siesta Key in the future.

Great location

Pros-great location. Close to town. Short walk to beach. The pool was fantastic! Good quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Cons-no hot water in master bathroom sink. Outdoor area could be cleaned and cared for a bit more. We had a wonderful stay!

Great beach house

Our family had a great stay in this beach house. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was wonderful, and it was about a 3 min bike ride to the beach. With younger kids, we had to bike through town and busy traffic to get to the beach. It was a bit crazy at first because we were there on a holiday weekend, but the drivers there seem to realize that there are a lot of walkers and bikers and drive pretty carefully. The older kids liked the easy access to restaurants and shops and the neighborhood was great! Highly recommend!

Great location

The house was everything we expected and more. The home is spacious and very clean. The pool area was well maintained and so much fun. My only complaint would be the water temp was a little too warm but, it was still enjoyable. The convenience of this home is great. It is walking distance to every thing in the village. The beach access is a fairly short walk as well. My family and I will definitly visit again!

Great Place!!!

Our family had a great time. Tons of space. The location to the village is a 2 min walk. A storm made a mess of the pool and Jeff had the pool guy there the next morning. Everything you need, exactly where you want it!

This was our second year in a row staying at this property. The property is steps away from the village, spacious and feels like home! Our kids call it our Florida house! We rented kayaks and kayaked daily right from the back yard. The kids enjoyed the pool & hot tub. We watched the NFL playoffs on the outdoor at in front of the outdoor fireplace. Can’t say enough about how much we love staying here! Hope to return!

A Little Piece Of Heaven

Our family stays in this house every year. It has everything a family needs to relax and enjoy. The kitchen is supplied with all the items you need to create a meal for your family if you do not feel like dining out. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable for a good nights sleep and the pool and jacuzzi are so inviting that it’s hard come inside. The outside space is all you need for your vacation stay in this little piece of paradise. However, the location of this little paradise is just a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach in the world. Siesta Key Village is quaint place with cute beach shops that are fun to explore. I recommend visiting this vacation rental to make wonderful memories that you will have forever!🌴

We had a great time staying here in siesta! The home is clean, comfortable and is in a great location! we were walking distance to the beach, several restaurants and all the night life. The pool, hot tub and outdoor patio area are a fabulous option when you don't want to go to the beach. We enjoyed watching football on the big screen while floating in the pool on a sunny Florida day!! Jeff was very accommodating. everything from booking to check out was super easy! Thanks again for everything!!

Amazing !

This is our 5th time to stay in this house at Siesta Key! We have stayed other places but you can’t beat the price and location of this beautiful house ! We no longer rent a car when we come. We Uber from the airport and rent a golf cart for a fun way to get around . The restaurants , stores and night life are all with in a 3 min walk! The beach is also walking distance and much less crowed than the public beach. Plenty of room in this large house ! We have slept 7 adults/ teens easily . The best part is the gorgeous pool out back right on the canal with a waterfall and hot tub ! There is also a large tv outside where the kids like to night swim and watch movies ! Will definitely stay here again !

Fun in the Floridian Sun

Our family of 6 absolutely loved this Siesta Key home. There was loads of space for everyone and it never felt like we were on top of each other. Every possible thing you could imagine you need on vacation is provided in this home. The pool was the highlight for all the children and even when in theme parks they would be asking can they go in the pool when we got home. Siesta Key village has something for everyone from young to old and can be walked to within minlutes of leaving the house, it really is in the perfect location. its a very quiet residential street yet you take 100 steps away from the garden and your in the heart of the action. Anyone fortunate enough to rent this property will have a fabulous time, literally the only complaint I can make is that I had to leave and come back to real life.

Vacation in Paradise

This quaint home is a walking distance to the main strip of Siesta Key Village. As you enter the home you can see the beautiful patio, pool and hot tub through the double glass doors leading outside, that sits on the canal. The house is equipped with all the essentials to make you feel at home. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you will need to prepare meals if you choose not to have a night out at one of the local restaurants in the village. The home has four bedrooms and two baths to fit your family comfortably. When not in the pool or at the beach you can relax in the living room on the large sectional or couch watching your favorite movie. (There are two additional couches). Another big plus to this home is the location where you are a short walk to the most beautiful beach. Overall, this home meets all the needs of my family and we will definitely be coming back!!! I recommend this rental to anyone who wants to vacation in paradise.🌴🌴🌴
