- Before your booking begins, you'll need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You'll also have the option to choose between paying a refundable security deposit or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver. We recommend choosing the damage waiver as it provides protection in case of accidental damage during your stay.
Please note that after your reservation is confirmed, you'll be asked to validate certain information about yourself and select one of the following two options:
1. Damage Waiver/Application fee (non refundable) = $25 AMT in superhog.
OR
2. Security Deposit (refundable) = $250 AMT could take 5-10 business days max

- Please be aware of the requirement for "Know your guest " super hog as there are "NO REFUNDS" due to not wanting to comply with this verification software.
- (If) Emotional support animals will have a pet fee of $150.
- We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.
- NO smoking on the premises. Violation fee: $750.
- Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging. Violation fee: $250.
- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.
- Kindly note that the garage can only accommodate sedan or medium-sized vehicles. However, we have the convenience of a driveway available for your use. Street parking, unfortunately, is not permitted. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your understanding.
🏊 Pool Heating and Spa House Rules
1. Pool and Spa heating is $100 per day (Must be for the length of the stay) i.e Stay is for 3 nights the Pool heating and Spa would be a $300 total resolution charge
2. Temperature of Pool would be set at 85 degrees (It will not be a hot tub but will be normal pool temperature )
3. a. Spa temperature will be set at 101 degrees (Spa is not always at 101 degrees) You must turn the Spa Heating Timer/Knob all the way clockwise which ends up being 60 minutes. On average it will take about 20-30 mins to completely warm up the spa to 101 degrees (This is from the 85 degree temperature due it being necessary to pay for Heating to be able to use the spa.
b. There is a knob/Timer for the spa bubbles and Spa heater if turned completely to the end it's approx 60 mins. Please only turn the timer on once you able to use 🙏
4. Remember if you DO NOT pay for " Heating " of $100 per night the pool and spa will be outside temperature and it will be cold . The pool and the spa area.
5. You must tell us 48 hours prior to your arrival that you would like to pay for the heating of $100 per night (all nights is required due to energy costs and due to pool person needing to be there on visit )
6. Pool and Spa tech goes once per week for maintenance and cleaning (Wednesday between the hours of 11am 2:30pm ) This is whether or not the house is booked. The pool and spa will be chemically balanced for your stay but you may have to use cleaning pole for leaves from a near by tree. It should be minimal if this happens due to the location of the pool )
- This house may have a BBQ grill, and the cleaners brush the grate/coils of the grill. However, it is not deep cleaned for every arriving guest. If you plan to use the grill, please use the provided brush. If it's missing, kindly purchase one from the store, and we will reimburse you. Alternatively, please message us, and we will deliver one.
***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***
- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the check-out time.
- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.
- Return any physical keys to the lockbox (if you've received one) to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key.
- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.
- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit If your stay is from December to February. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.
- Please keep in mind if something is not to your satisfaction, please let us know upon the day you check in. We will make sure to make it right. We cannot control acts of nature and occasional things breaking or needing service such as HVAC, water heater, power going out, etc, but we do promise that we will act on it immediately and find a resolution within 24 hours of your notice. That being said, we do not offer any discounts or refunds if these things happen and if they are fixed within that time frame.
- Please treat this home as if it were your own. We don't want you to work on your vacation, so we don't have any mandatory check out procedure. We just simply ask If you could pick up after yourselves and leave the house in good shape. We would appreciate it.
