When you stay at this centrally-located place, your family will be close to everything. This cozy apartment is located right next to the San Antonio.
Botanical gardens, Zoo, Fort Sam Houston, golf course, beautiful Brackenridge park, museums, and so on! Three minutes drive to Broadway St., where bars and restaurants are plentiful.

The living area with dining and bedrooms is very spacious and comfortable.

Very roomy

The living room and bedrooms are large. Nice size yard with privacy fence. Convenient to Botanical Gardens, The Pearl and Riverwalk.

Excellent Location

This property has an excellent location if visiting friends and realitives in Breckinridge Park or at Fort Sam Houston. It is an excellent value compared to nearby hotels.

Fantastic Stay!

Fantastic! House was clean, neighborhood quiet, beds comfortable. Our host was kind and accommodating, even when we requested one extra night! Would definitely rebook!

Wonderful stay

I was there for a week and the stay made me feel like home. Really enjoyed the location and fenced deck and backyard. Wish there were tvs in the bedrooms and a dishwasher. That would've made the property perfect.

Really nice place!

Location, cleanliness, and comfort of property was top shelf. No TV in the bedrooms was the only fault I could list on the property. I'll definitely stay here again next visit to San Antonio!

Great location to everything we were interested in...

This place served us well. We were busy most days so we were not there during the day. It was quite since it was pretty much a dead end area. I think I recall one car passing by the entire time. The only drawback was that there was no dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer.

Apartment in San Antonio

The renters were very quick to answer any questions and it was very nice inside! There was so washer and dryer, but the renter was very kind to send me a laundromat that she recommended!

Convenient to Botanic Gardens

Bed was comfortable. Coffee maker needs to be descaled and more coffee should’ve been provided. The sliding glass door was installed backwards and the lock was not great. Felt a little bit unsafe.

Nice and quite

The location of the property was close to everything that we wanted to do. Just a few miles from the quarry market, and the San Antonio Riverwalk. Nice clean rooms, plenty of accessories, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions That we had .

Out of town trip

I came from out of town to visit my husband whos going to AIT at Fort Sam Houston. I was so impressed by how really close i was to base. The area was quite, the place was so clean, I wasnt expecting for the yard to be as big as it was. I had brought my dog with me and it was perfect! This whole experience was absolutely wonderful! I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Close to Everything!

We enjoyed our stay to visit family in town. We took the grandkids to the zoo, park, domuseum, library, Riverwalk...all within a few minutes drive or walk. We did not cook, but the small kitchen had a full sized refrigerator, stove and oven, and a tiny microwave, and a normal coffee maker (appreciated by these grandparents). Ice trays would be a nice addition. Bedrooms were large with soft foam mattresses. If you like the room dark, bring a light blanket to cover the sheers. Everything was very clean except the floors could use a good mopping as my socks were always dirty. We could hear the kids upstairs, but it didn't bother us at all. We didn't have time to use it, but there is a nice fire pit in the back yard. I would stay here again.
