Coastal cottage located 1 block from fabulous white sands of holmes beach. Stay in comfort in our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house with heated pool. Inside find all the comforts of home including flat screen tv's in all rooms. Totally remodeled and updated unit with new stainless steel appliances in a fully stocked kitchen. All new beds and bedding. Relax by your own private pool and take in the breathtaking sunsets or grab a beach chair and a short block away that you can see from your front yard is the sparkling blue waters of the gulf of mexico. The beach bistro, one of the top ten restaurants in florida, is only a block away. The city of holmes beach also offers easy access to the intercoastal waterway which traverses anna maria sound. Come experience 'old' florida charm where flip flops are a way of life. Weather you like to snorkel, fish, or just sunbathe on the white sands of holmes beach you will not be disappointed in your stay here!

As other reviewers wrote, this is a great property in a perfect location on the island. Pricey but worth it. Two short blocks from the beach, short drive anywhere else. Quiet, great pool, good kitchen. Our family of four had a great time.

The amenities were perfect. Clean. Comfortable sleeping arrangement. Pool was clean and pleasantly situated with plenty of sun and shade. Walk to the beach was quick and safe. Beach wagon and chairs were great. Thank you!

Perfect beach stay!

We had a blast at the Coastal Cottage! Our kids absolutely loved the pool, the house was in perfect shape and so clean, and Ken and Susie were excellent hosts. The location was great - quiet and close to the beach as well as a short trip to restaurants and shops. It was our first trip to AMI and I can’t wait to come back.

Anna Maria trip

Very nice property located within a five minute walk to the Gulf. House was very clean and the pool area was great. My only recommendation would be to have enough towels and wash cloths to accomodate 6 people.

Great location and very private!

We loved the short walk to the beach, the nice pool, and lovely well stocked home. The indoor living room space could use more comfortable seating, but all in all, we would rent again.

Great Experience!

The property is lovely, even prettier than in the pictures. Everything inside and outside was very neat and well maintained. Our family loved the pool! There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, floats and toys provided. I had imagined it being a bit closer to the beach but it really wasn’t a big issue.

Nice place. Good pool. Well stocked kitchen utensils. Negatives: Loud air conditioner Dish washer does not clean well Several light bulbs out or missing with no spares. Neighborhood not currently attractive due to road work staging area and vacant lot

Perfect week in perfect place

The home was clean and just as described! We were close to the beach and great places to eat. The house was spacious and well stocked for cooking. So relaxing at the pool and in a quiet neighborhood. Will be back for sure!

Beautiful Coastal Cottage on Holmes Beach

This was our second year staying at the Coastal Cottage. The location is perfect, just a block and a half from the beach. It is located right in the middle of the seven mile island, so getting anywhere is super easy. Very walkable to Ugly Grouper, Freckled Fin, shopping and more. The house is equipped with an inground pool, pool toys, beach supplies and everything else you need for your stay. We have already booked our stay for next year. Managers are very attentive. We had a minor issue with our pool, and it was fixed immediately. Highly recommend!

The Return to AMI

Very nice property in a nice quiet neighbod urhood, only a block and a half to the beach. A nice family visit and access to all the AMI has to offer, (with the added touch of an Orioles pre-season game). Will Stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this house

I'd definitely recommend this house. I think it's even better than the online pictures. Very clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, great updated bathrooms. It's not big but layout makes comfortable for a 3-bedroom size family. It was also very quiet at night for sleeping which is important to me. And close to the beach! Nice selection of beach chairs as well. My only suggestions would be for owners to keep outdoor shower area clean, I cleaned out some natural debris when we arrived and used everyday. Also, the dryer took several cycles to dry a normal load, I'm sure this could be corrected with some maintenance. Owners were very quick to respond to my questions and all went smoothly.

Perfect Get Away Bungalow!

A beautiful three bedroom beachy decorated bungalow on Anna Maria Island. Close walk to the beach access. This property is private and spacious with a heated pool. It has all necessary amenities. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

We loved the Coastal Cottage!

We loved our week at the Coastal Cottage! We spent hours in the heated pool. It was amazing and we loved the outdoor patio. It is a duplex so there is a pool on the other side of the fence and the other guests did play music, it didn’t disturb us at all, just a heads up in case it would bother someone else. Super quick walk to the beautiful Holmes beach. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and we loved the large slider going out to the pool. We had a slight mishap with getting the code for check in but it was resolved in time for us when we got to the front door, everything worked out fine. We love our trips to AMI and we loved the Coastal Cottage!

Cute house with great location

The house was the perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen and master bedrooms were especially large for a house of this size. The pool area was well appointed and private. The gorgeous beach just a short walk and several restaurants and shops were walkable - approx 1/2 mile through the neighborhood which has sidewalks. Plenty of beach chairs and towels provided. Very safe/residential area which we loved.

This house had all we needed for a week on Anna Maria. The pool area was perfect for the 5 of us. There was a good amount of beach gear, towels and kitchen necessities. Check in and out was s breeze. The host responded to all questions immediately. The location is close to the beach and away from the busy streets.

Beautiful Home 2 blocks from the beach

We stayed two weeks in this beautiful home. The owners thought of everything and made our stay very comfortable. We loved lounging by the pool daily and were within walking distance to many fantastic restaurants. We will be staying again!
