GREAT LOCATION: The Pines Condominium complex is located in the beautiful White Mountains, where you can experience all 4 seasons in AZ! Temperatures in the summer, on average around 85 degrees, are well below the valley despite the drive time of only 3 hours to Phoenix or 4 hours to Tucson. In the winter there is a potential for snow at Christmas and skiing at Sunrise Ski Park.
This particular unit is also a 3-minute drive to the Summit Healthcare hospital in Show Low, making it ideal for traveling nurses.
UNIT TOTALLY REMODELED, from top to bottom: new kitchen counters and cabinets, in-unit large washer and dryer, ceiling fans, new bathrooms, fluffy towels, totally equipped kitchen with microwave, range, full size fridge and dishwasher.
