SORRY, BUT NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. This high-end resort style home is located on a secluded residential drive of the south brow on Petit Jean Mtn. Immaculately landscaped grounds with private hot tub and stone fire pit on the edge of the brow has 180 degree mountain, river and valley views. This beautifully scenic home has a large "one-of-a-kind" covered outdoor living area with TV, fireplace, and grill that is fully furnished and perfect for entertainment and dining. The breathtaking scenery from this home is unmatched by anything on Petit Jean Mountain. When sending a booking request please include a little about yourself and the guests who will be coming to stay with us. *** PLEASE NOTE *** With your booking request, you must submit the names and ages of each person that will be on the property - Please remember that no children are permitted on this property. This is a luxury vacation home with FOUR (4) person limit per stay. A maximum of FOUR (4) people are permitted on the property at one time. Each guest must be 30 years of age or older to be on the property. Copies of driver's license for each guest must be provided before booking will be approved. Our home is intended to be similar to a "Sandals" adults only resort. We do not allow partying or events of any kind. This beautiful vacation getaway is perfect for anniversaries, honeymoons, or just a peaceful break from daily life!!

Beautiful views. Lovely home. Outstanding ourspace.

We enjoyed being outside at this property so much. The back deck offers so much comfort and the views were great! The hot tub and firepit were very nice, with great views from there as well. We loved the whole property and will go back again.

Just what we were looking for

Everything was perfect for our stay. Our hosts were gracious and welcoming. The property was private but easily accessible. The home itself was as spectacular as the view. We enjoyed every minute! Cannot wait to get to go back.

Fantastic

Absolutely top notch rental. The house is lovely, and well set up for 2 couples since the bedrooms/bathrooms are separated by the living area. The house is comfortably furnished, very clean, everything works great and it is well supplied. The deck area is impressive and the views are absolutely beautiful. Communication with the owners is easy and they made us feel very welcome while still giving us our privacy. The area offers wonderful hiking and several state parks are nearby. We had a wonderful stay and will most definitely return to this rental if we find ourselves in the area again.

Dreamy vacation home

We loved this vacation home. My husband, my adult son, my son's girlfriend and I stayed for three nights while we attended a family wedding at Petit Jean State Park. We especially appreciated the homes privacy, the panoramic views, the hot tub and the owner's attention to detail. It was beautiful. Fonda and Brandon were lovely hosts, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Bravo!

Perfect stay at the most perfect place in Petit Jean

You will not regret your stay here! The location is a perfect, private getaway in a luxurious cabin with breathtaking views. The owners are so thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was peaceful and easy. They have truly thought of everything when it comes to amenities, necessities, and comfort. I am so thankful that we were able to stay here and we definitely want to return soon.

Perfection

Perfection is the best way to describe this place! The pictures for this listing are beautiful and then we got there and this property is even better! Fonda and Brandon are the most gracious hostess and host we have ever experienced. The location of the property is stunning! The amenities are abundant! The house was incredibly clean and decor modern and sleek. We spent a couple days hiking and it was nice to come back and enjoy the sunset in the hot tub. This place is a perfect for rest and relaxation… we will be back!

Far Exceeds - 5 Star and more!!!

The absolute best short-term rental experience I've ever had and the competition isn't even close! From our wonderful host Fonda to the property itself, our stay was perfect!! I felt like we were given the 5 star hotel concierge treatment as our host met us for check-in to give us a brief run down of the many amenities and ensured us that if we needed anything at all during our stay, they would gladly take care of it for us. As good as the pictures look on this listing, the actual views are even better!! No expense was spared on the landscaping, decorating or furniture in this beautiful, nearly brand new built home. The property is within a mile of Petit Jean state park, which made for a perfect location for our daily outdoor adventures. Relaxing in the hot tub for sunsets or watching unobstructed sunrises made for everlasting memories. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.....Already looking at the calendar to plan our next stay!!

Total serenity near Petit Jean!

We were traveling from out of state for a wedding. The entire property exceeded our expectations, each room was well appointed, and the attention to details on point. The outdoor space to enjoy the magnificent views was breathtaking, and the surroundings serene and quiet. The property is pristinely maintained. The hosts were kind and informative. If you are considering a trip to this area, this property should be at the top of the list, and one I highly recommend. Thank you, Fonda and Brandon.

Simply the best!

Fonda and Brandon are wonderful hosts and have created an amazing property. The house is beautiful and the outdoor space is second to none. They have thoughtfully designed and equipped the property with everything you will need. The extra touches like robes and flip-flops for the beautiful walk to the hot tub are just one example of the the quality and attention to detail. Communication was excellent, keeping us informed while maintaining our privacy. The best rental we have ever had! Hope to come back again. Be sure to wake up early at least once during your stay to see the sunrise. It’s an inspirational view!

Our new favorite vacation home

My sisters and I take a girls' trip each year, and always spend months trying to figure out where we'd like to go. Not anymore! This will forever be our go-to vacation place. 5 stars isn't nearly enough for this home. It's like being at a luxury resort without all the people (and without the high cost). That deck - oh my! We seriously lived out there. Comfortable furniture with so much space. The views are indescribable. Really! Sunrise, sunset, star gazing, mountainside lush green views - the scenery is unmatched. The hot tub was my favorite place to end the day and view the sunset. There is even a fire pit along with campfire sticks for nightly s'mores. When I say this house is stocked with all the necessities, I am not kidding. It has everything. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. There are recliners and swival chairs along with the best lounging sofa in the family room. The fully stocked coffee/tea bar was an added surprise and got a lot of use. We literally could not come up with one thing we would change or add to this place! The best part of our stay here and what you don't get from most rentals, was having hosts who become friends. Fonda and Brandon added so much of their heart to this place and it shows. They made sure we had everything we needed and were such a joy to talk to. They deserve all the stars!!! We look forward to seeing them again on our next trip to our forever vacation destination!!!

Fantastic Experience, As Advertised and More!

My wife and I put in some must have VRBO features - not caring where in the US we went…just wanted to be remote, with amazing views, and in a comfortable home. WOW!!! As VRBO enthusiasts, this property is the very best we’ve ever stayed at, and with the most hospitable hosts who created an amazing experience. All I can add is AS ADVERTISED! We spent most of our time on the huge, gorgeous patio enjoying 60+ miles of east to west views over the wooded plains with no other people, cars, roads in sight. Stunning and perfect!! Thank you Brandon and Fonda for a much needed experience and for your authentic hospitality. See you again soon, David and Courtney

Phenomenal

Heaven on earth! Stunning views from the time you pull in. The front entrance has a very serene feel with comfortable chairs, a breeze and awesome area with plants, a bench and rocked path for a stream when it rains. Maybe like a Zen area? The back porch has views of mountains as far as you see and overlooks beauiful landscaping along the path to the hot tub and firepit area. It also has gas grill with countertops and a large table for meals or playing games. If you prefer to just lay around and relax, sit in the lounge chairs and view the beauty over the bluff or lay on the couch with a tv and fireplace. It is definitely a prime spot for a sunrise and coffee with a breeze. Below, hang out in the hot tub watching the butterflies dance in the beautiful flowers and the lightening bugs do thier thing when the sun goes down. For the cooler nights, it has a firepit area with plenty wood provided and perfect view of the rising moon. The walkway is aligned with solar lighting, not too bright but enough to admire the landscaping and see where you are walking. The house is such a breath of fesh air with plenty of seating, wide open space and windows from top to bottom.of the living room walls. The colors in the house, along with the decor, gives it home feel wIthout clutter. The owners are the icing on the cake! Quick to respond, make sure you have everything needed and then some. Beautiful forest paradise

Celebrated my 50th bday with close friends & had an amazing trip! This home is absolutely beautiful inside & out down to every detail!! That view & everything else is even better in person. Hiking trails close by and quaint local shops. No need to leave the area once there! Highly recommend!!!

Anniversary dream!

We stayed at Bluff Point Cottage for our 30th wedding anniversary and it was a complete dream! It is the most peaceful, gorgeous setting. A little piece of Heaven

My husband and I wanted a quiet place to go for the 4th of July. We found the perfect place. We loved everything about it. The views are spectacular. The house is beautiful and comfy. Best place we've stayed!

We had a wonderful experience at this house. It is exactly as the photos show. Beautiful house with gorgeous views. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. They gave us good advice to do a wal-mart pick up prior to driving up to the house. We enjoyed the hot tub, smores at the fire pit and burgers on the grill. The only downside is that there are no built in closets, but there are rods in each room to hang your clothes. This is the best VRBO we've experienced!
