This stunning 4,500 square foot ocean view condo is located in the exclusive seaside resort of Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort. Rocky Point is where the desert meets the sea. Only 63 miles from the Arizona border, the Sea of Cortez waits for you. Here you can relax, rejuvenate and put your toes in the sand.

This condo is a magnificent 4 bedroom beachfront condo that sits only 30 feet above Sandy Beach. You will be greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows with a complete view of the ocean. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own ocean view. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV, king size bed, and its own private luxurious bathroom.

Other features include a sit down bar that wraps into the separate full size pool table room. 4 large screen TV's are scattered throughout the family area along with a music system for all your beach tunes. A large breakfast bar and a 10-seat formal dining area make cooking for a crowd easy. A chefs kitchen awaits with two 60' Viking stoves and double ovens.

A wrap balcony is perfect for viewing the incredible sunsets. Seating for up to 25 people is available for cocktail hour. Don't forget to keep a watch out for the dolphins. Perfect viewing from here.

Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort is perfect for your vacation or holiday destination. Amenities available to you are The Links, an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course. There are 7 pools to cool down in along with a 'children's only' pool. 2 lazy rivers and 2 swim-up bars with a water slide in Phase 1. There are also two on-site restaurants (La Maria & Citron). When the sun goes down there are jacuzzi spas to unwind in. Also available are beach palapas, lounge chairs, beach towels, gas barbecues (first floor of every building) and a convenience store if you forget the sunscreen. The Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort has 24-hour gated security, underground parking and 24/7 check-in.

Occupancy on this condo is limited at 10 persons (10 resort wristbands given at check in) and the reserving party must be 25 years of age or older with a valid photo ID. The name on the credit card used to pay must match this person's ID and they must be present at check-in.

The Perfect Getaway

The room at Las Palomas was more stunning in person than we could imagine. We had multiple family members and they did not want to leave!! The view from the balcony was breath taking! We would definitely recommend it to anyone. The host was great providing relevant information before our stay!. Truly spectacular!

Another great 4th of July vacation in Rocky Point

Second time our family has vacationed at this condo for our annual 4th of July vacation (away from work and school). Was another great stay and very relaxing. Can hear the waves clearly and the balcony has best view of any condo we've stayed at in Las Palomas. Plus, with a wraparound balcony there is always one place that is in the shade no matter the time of day so no worries about sunburn.

Paradise!

Wowo!!! Our group walked into this place and instantly fell in love. The ocean view is phenomenal, there was plenty of space for 8 people - each couple having their own bathroom was perfect. The house was stocked well with all the accessories, appliances, and goodies you could ever need. We felt safe, the home was very clean, and the owners were easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again for many years to come. Thank you for a very memorable trip!

AMAZING STAY

We absolutely LOVED this condo it was well stocked with all the essentials and then some!! Everything was in excellent condition and clean. The owners were super responsive and easy to communincate. The views and space in this unit are phenomenal. We traveled with 10 total and all fit comfortably. Will definitely look to stay in this unit again.

Absolute perfection. Perfect for 4 couples+. Definitely as advertised. Setup for cooking, entertaining, and sleeping is perfect. Great stay at a known property

Anniversary celebration

We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at Las Palomas. Your home was perfect - we enjoyed playing pool, cooking meals, and most of all, spending quality time on the huge patio looking at the ocean. Everything was well stocked - we had all we needed +. Wonderful trip, highly recommend.

Amazing!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here in this condo! It was everything we wanted and more! We wanted a place where our whole family could be together and have enough space to move around and not be squished. Everything about this condo is beautiful! It’s so clean and well kept. The huge kitchen and island were perfect for us! The balcony overlooking the ocean was my favorite part. Being able to sit and watch the ocean all day was so peaceful. The pool table was a plus as the guys loved doing that everyday. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will be returning again! Thank you Mike and Lori for making a family vacation so easy and memorable.

Beautiful Condo

Huge, well-appointed condo with spectacular view of ocean and both sunrises and sunsets. Kitchen has everything a group would want plus a nice pool table. Every bedroom has a private bathroom and 2 have private decks. The condo was so comfortable and wonderful that we didn't want to leave it to go to lunch or dinner. Bring plenty of food to cook because that is preferable in our opinion!
