property is conveniently located near slopes and downtown area. The kitchen is well stocked so we were able to cook our meals. Also plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc.. We would definitely stay again.

Old/uncomfortable furniture
The location was very good as it's right next to the snowflake chair and across the street from 4 O'clock ski run. The bus shuttle stop will take you close to main street with regularity. It was comfortable for a couple of low maintenance guys.
That being said, the living room couch and chair are super uncomfortable. They wobble and have no more cusion support. Watching tv by the fire was not the most comfortable. The bottom king sized mattress was heavily worn with some ancient bed spread. My buddy said the queen bed in his room was very rickety. I'm assuming that was a frame issue. We didn't use the sofa sleepers, but I would not be confident in their comfort based on the sofa in the living room and the loft. The bathrooms and kitchen were good, with the exception of 2 microwaves in the kitchen.
We did not call management for any of these issues as we could tolerate it and just wanted to enjoy our trip as much as we could. We knew there was nothing that could be done about the furniture in our stay.
My buddy loved the hottub and sauna, but was a little agitated when they closed down the indoor tub, outdoor tub, and sauna at the same time for a full day without explanation.
Lastly, this was an incredible expensive accomodation, especially after immense fees. I have been going on yearly destination ski trips for 35 years and this was by far my most expensive accomodation per night. My expectation was much higher and for the enormous price we paid per night, it was not worth it at all.
Could use some updating but great location! More towels would be great as well!

Disappointing stay
Upon arrival to our unit, it was 55 degrees inside. We immediately turned up the heat and turned on the fireplace. The unit did not reach 70 degrees until 12 hours later. The living room was not spacious enough for our family of 5 to enjoy together. There is a large gap under the front door where the cold air can blow right in so we had to fold up a rug to block out the cold. Beds/pillows were not the most comfortable and the carpeting needs to be cleaned. Our biggest issue was with fire alarms sounding 3 times in one day. The fire department came within 15-20 minutes the first time. Then the second time, it took 45 minutes before the alarm was silenced. Management only said "someone will be there". The 3rd time we were asleep, called management who could offer no explanation as to why the alarms kept sounding and could not guarantee it wouldn't happen again. Said there was nobody to call until the morning. I spoke with Erin, the Great Western Lodging Manager who was completely apathetic and unapologetic about the situation. She was extremely rude and uncaring that we were completely upset we had to stay elsewhere on our last night since we had an early morning flight and could not risk the alarms going off again throughout the night. No explanation was given by her as to why this was happening and all the renters throughout the complex were left in the dark as to why this was happening. A property manager needs to contact and update their tenants in the event of emergency situations which was not the case. She is not qualified to manage this property and has zero customer service skills. Unfortunately, we were not happy with our stay and would not recommend this lodge to anyone who plans to visit Breckenridge. You can do better!!!
This condo has been updated. It’s next to the elevator & right above the hot tub house & office. It’s very close to Main Street and hiking trails. We enjoyed hiking to the resovoir-beautiful! Need to bring salt/pepper, sugar, foil-anything for cooking, but there are plenty of cooking utensils, pots& pans, a toaster, a Keurig, a coffee pot, etc. The gas fireplace was nice and humidifiers for each bedroom. No A/C, so we slept with window & porch door open. Slept comfortably except occasional noise from the busy street-Trade off for the location. Only 1 parking pass per room, so we parked our trailer down the road at the airport parking lot for a fee. Would definitely stay here again. The weather was great!
Close to the slopes. Close to town!
Overall pretty nice. Only downfall is the ski route back is fairly flat and required quite a bit of “cross country” style skiing. Not that bad tho.
This was a great place. True ski in ski out. The only complaint is the king size mattress needs to be replaced. It is slanted which makes for a very uncomfortable sleep.
Took my child who was learning to ski. Could not be closer to Snowflake lift to start each day. Top tip: take Four O’clock run back to Snowflake lift and walk the 40 yards back to unit. (You can take the Snowflake trail and save 20 yards but expect to have to push thru the flats)
This location is perfect for anyone wanting to hit the slopes.
There is also a gear rental store right next to the slope.
Walking distance to the downtown area for shopping or grabbing dinner. But if you are not feeling up to it there is a bus stop in the area near Snowflake lift (Free bus transportation available)
The unit was clean & comfortable.
We enjoyed using the sauna, steam room, & jacuzzi every evening to warm up after a day out in the cold.
Riverbend is conveniently located next to Snowflake lift and ski rental shop. Being able to store your skis at the shop was a big plus. The indoor garage in Riverbend was also a plus . You will need to go to Beever run if you need ski lessons, but the bus stop is steps away from your room. The bed was not very comfortable in our room, but the unit as a whole was nice. You could potentially have two families in this unit.
