Nice space for a family reunion

We stayed here with family for a funeral and enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood is wonderful, walkable - amazing location! The kitchen had everything we needed, lots of good space (including a fun attic space with video games for kids) and nice outdoor deck. Also, if you have kids, this space is so kid-friendly - provided a pack and play, high chairs, lots of toys and books, and a baby swing. It's a lovely old house, but the floors are very creaky, so be mindful of that if you are a light sleeper. Also, the downstairs bathroom has a walk in tub for accessibility, but we weren't sure how to use it (and it wasn't very clean). Also, there is central air, but the upper floors get warm at night and only one room has a fan (but there is one portable fan we found.) Overall, we had a really lovely stay. The host was very communicative and helpful, and the neighbors (and neighbor cats) were very friendly.
