St John Island es un verdadero paraíso, y con alojamientos asequibles como Larimar, también garantiza que St John sea un destino económico. Hemos reformado recientemente nuestro retiro isla y sólo estamos ofreciendo ahora Larimar como un alquiler.

Nuestro condominio de dos dormitorios está ubicado a pocos pasos de Cruz Bay Town en una calle sombreada con vistas al océano y otras islas cercanas del Caribe.

Disfruta de la vida al aire libre en Larimar con vientos alisios caribeños que soplan a través de las numerosas ventanas que rodean las habitaciones y la sala de estar.

restaurantes en Cruz Bay, tiendas, muelle del ferry, y rutas de senderismo están a poca distancia a pie. Además, Larimar está a sólo pasos de la maravillosa bahía de Frank para tomar el sol y disfrutar del cálido Mar Caribe.

Perfecto para los recién casados, dos parejas o una pequeña familia para disfrutar.

La gran piscina común (34 'x 8') (compartida por los otros 3 condominios) tiene amplios sillones y muchas áreas soleadas para llevar a casa el perfecto bronceado caribeño.

Los cuidadores de Larimar en la isla, Steve y Lisa, se encontrarán personalmente con usted en el muelle del ferry a su llegada a St. John, le acompañará a Larimar, y le dará una introducción a la propiedad y San John.

Fantastic Location and Condo!

Situated above Cruz Bay, large deck, beautiful pool. Walking disrance to town with restaurants, shops, etc. Bit of a steep walk back up from town, but well worth it. The unit is well laid out and spacious. Patty met us at the condo and was ready woth plenty of info regarding the area and island. Will be back!

Island Time

We loved the property. Clean and walking distance to downtown Cruz Bay restaurants and short driving distance to beaches. We had a great visit.

Super close to town, beautiful!

Fantastic stay!…clean, bright and beautiful! Morning coffee and happy hour snacks from deck are wonderful! Rooms are bright and airy. Great location to walk to town.

Cruz Bay 2 bedroom condo.

Excellent property with large covered porch. The breeze was great and it was so nice to have a view of the ocean. Listening to and occasionally seeing the nearby peacocks was a treat.

Great place to stay!!!

Everything was amazing, very close to Cruz Bay, great for walking to all the restaurants (though be aware of some hills). The condo had everything we could need, a couple cold drinks and snacks ready for us when we arrived, beach towels were provided, even some floaties, beach chairs and a small cooler. The host truly thought of everything when stocking the house to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. The pool was amazing as well and was perfect to relax in after long days at the beach. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom. Truly was an amazing place to stay and helped make for an amazing trip.

Larger than expected

Our group of 3 friends enjoyed the property for a long weekend. The property manager keeps the condo very nice and she was very responsive. It was great to have A/C, although the living room and 2nd bedroom weren’t super cold like the master bedroom. We enjoyed the beach chairs and pool noodle. Nicely close to town.

Beautiful view & great location

We loved our stay! It was such a beautiful view and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the iguanas in the trees. We spent a few hours in the pool relaxing one day as well. The location was easily walkable to Cruz Bay although there are a couple of hills. There was everything we needed for the beach, including towels, chairs, cooler and some snorkeling masks. Kitchen was well stocked. Only suggestion would be better lighting in the bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

A great place in St John

I loved getting to stay at this condo. The location is fantastic. Easy to walk into the Cruz Bay. The condo was clean and well appointed. The pool is lovely. The view is lovely. Communication with the property manager was easeful and helpful. I would easily book this place again if I came back to St Johns

Great place to stay in Cruz Bay

This villa is a lovely, quiet place to stay within walking distance to Cruz Bay. Parking spaces are there for each of the 4 units. The unit also has beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for excursions. The walk to all the restaurants and stores is about 5 minutes. The pool is lovely for a relaxing dip after the beach. Enjoy a quiet getaway with beautiful views to Frank Bay and St John.

Good location

Loved the fairly easy walk to Cruz Bay for access to restaurants, bars and shopping. The condo offered basic essentials for our stay. The property manager was very pleasant and responsive. We did enjoy the pool after the hot walk back from town or a day at the beach. The unit could use a little updating and TLC.

Beautiful apartment close to town

Stunning ocean view apartment! Even better than the listing. Ample space for 2 couples, beautiful balcony that you can hear the ocean from. Just a 7 min walk to Cruz Bay city center. Check in process was easy - Patti met us at the door and gave us a tour. Could not recommend this property any more highly.

This property is very conveniently located to Cruz Bay. It’s a short walk into town although the hill going back is a little steep! Patti was super easy to work with & answered all questions promptly! There is no washer/dryer at the complex & no dishwasher in kitchen. Plan accordingly! The view off the back patio is amazing & perfect for coffee in the morning & cocktails in the evening. Highly recommend!

Amazing

First of all the communication was top notch with the host, she was also very thoughtful and gave us a lot of snacks. There was snorkel gear, 4 chairs and 4 towels so you do not have to worry about bringing any of them. There was a parking spot if you need it. The pool was VERY clean. The location was perfect, a short 5 min walk to taxis and restaurants so you really wouldn’t need a car, many other stays are up big hills so we were lucky where ours was. The place is nicer than the pictures depict. You will love having your morning coffee on the deck, it will be hard to do anything else. Will stay again if got the chance!

Wonderful stay in paradise

We loved the spacious condo. The beds were great. The air was cool. It was great having two bedrooms (with two full bathrooms). Each could keep their room at personal comfort. Has a great view of Cruz Bay. Easy walk to town for restaurants etc. The TV has Dish Network with lots of channels. Had Netflix and Prime video that was helpful on rainy days. The Ferry service worked to get to and from the island. The taxis do not seem to know where to go, had to tell them to go up hill from Gallows resort and then they could find it. The name of the place is actually Villa Caribe but is listed as "Estate Enighed"? Very confusing. Patti was the local contact and was very responsive to any questions that we had. She was a wealth of information about the island and the condo itself. Took time to explain how to operate fans/air conditioning units. The pool was a lovely clean place to swim. It was great place to relax without sand. Loved our visit to St John and snorkeling in the National Park. The condo supplied chairs that we took with us to the beach. We ordered taxi service at night for morning pickup to beach. Went early each morning to snag a place under tress in shade for day. I wish I would have remember some bug repellant. Warning, it is an island so EVERYTHING is imported, hence very expensive. We found the restaurants good quality, just bit expensive. The Painkillers (rum drink) were very good and helped mellow.

Location, Location, Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Larimar. You can't beat the location and quick walk to town. The condo was clean, with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The view from the large deck made for relaxing mornings enjoying coffee and cocktails in the evening to watch the remarkable sunsets. Patti was wonderful to work with and met us at the condo upon arrival. We look forward to returning to STJ and staying at Larimar again. Thank you!

Great location

Loved this! Couldn't have stayed in a better location. It was pointless to rent a car and the walks(drunken 😜) back and forth to condo and into town was great. They are located in a big hill but if you went around to the other side, it was not a steep long big hill. The pool was inviting, the views breathtaking and the home was exactly all we needed. Thanks for having us and yes we would definitely stay in this same home on the next visit.
