Decorato di recente con temi locali sulla spiaggia, questo bungalow sicuramente farà piacere. Accogliente dinette ad angolo + posti a sedere al bar. Televisori a schermo piatto in entrambe le camere da letto e soggiorno. Pratico bagno di servizio al 1 ° piano con lavanderia. Tutte le attrezzature da spiaggia + bici incluse! Cucina completamente attrezzata completa con macchina margarita! Macchina del ghiaccio, lavastoviglie e grill elettrico per cucinare all'aperto! La camera da letto principale dispone di letto matrimoniale, bagno con cabina doccia. 2a camera da letto ha due letti singoli con bagno completo. Entrambi si aprono sul balcone. Divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. La dimensione perfetta e una posizione meravigliosa incastonata tra Panama City e Destin (20 min. Ad ognimodo). Meravigliosi ristoranti / negozi nelle vicinanze, non hanno bisogno di un'auto !. Bellissime dune e laghi circondano questa zona e la pista ciclabile si estende fino a 30a attraverso tutte le pittoresche comunità di spiagge (spiaggia di rosmarino, mare, spiaggia di Grayton, ecc.)

Great Bungalow

A great bungalow that is warmly decorated with a beach theme. The bungalows are a 5 min walk to the beach and have nice pools to relax in after the beach.

Best place to getaway!

We absolutely loved our bungalow! The neighborhood is very family friendly! Teresa had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect little bungalow!

This was the perfect place for my toddler son and I to have a little getaway together! It was quiet and clean, and we enjoyed the small pool right outside. Our host was helpful and quick to respond. We’d love to return!

Great place to stay!

The house was perfectly decorated and everything was in good working order. The only negative things were some dishes were put away dirty and there was only one beach towel and no paper goods. All in all a great place to stay. We would love to stay again.

Family Friendly Beach House

My wife and young daughter spent a long weekend here and absolutely loved it. The house had all the amenities we needed plus had multiple pools on site. It was about a 7 minute walk to public beaches and close to lots of shops and restaurants. We hope to be back in the future!

Very comfortable, easy walk to beach

The property was clean, comfortable, and adorably decorated. When the Gulf was too rough to swim (double red flags the whole week) the property pools were easily accessible and very cooling. Overall wonderful.

Perfect!

This is our second stay at this bungalow, and we love it! The location is perfect and the house has everything you might need. Our kids loved the bikes! The owners are very nice and responsive. We will be back!

Great trip!!

My husband & I stayed for a wedding in June and absolutely loved the bungalow. The pictures don't do the place justice. It was very clean and had everything you needed for the beach. There is no need to bring beach chairs, towels, etc. The owners were wonderful to work with. We definitely plan on staying with you guys again. Thanks for making it a great trip!

The Bungalows are the best deal in the area

We've enjoyed all the things Seaside/Seagrove have to offer for many years. We've stayed at a variety of properties but have learned to look first to the Bungalows for availability. She Sells Seashells is one of the most conveniently located condos on its property, just off the entry street but quietly nestled in the corner of the development with immediate, ample parking. Appropriately appointed, it has everything our group of six could need. Friendly, prompt responses from the owner make it a breeze to settle in and enjoy the stay. We recommend it to anyone looking for a solid foundation for a homey stay minutes away from the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of 30A.

1-week stay at Seagrove Beach

The bungalow was perfect. short walk to beach. properly equipped - everything worked. good, clear instructions for property and checking out. We're not a big fan of the 'Private Beach' areas which are new since our last visit. But the beach and water were great. Both Pools & hot tub at Bungalow great also!

We loved the bungalow. Beach theme decorations were beautiful. Nice to have beach chairs, umbrella, and towels available. The kitchen was great if you wanted to cook and eat in, which we chose not to do. Loved the area, lots of things to do when you aren't at the beach. Bikes and bbq grill too. Thanks for a great week, hoping we can do it again this year.

Great Location

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and just a short walk to the beach. I love that this unit allows you to bring your furkids! The unit was adequately stocked. The unit could use a good deep clean, and updated furnishings. The furniture and beds were very uncomfortable. Overall the bungalow is cute, but we would not stay here again unless the it was updated.

Darling Beach Bungalow

Such a cute bungalow decorated in a fun beachy theme. The only issue we had was when we first arrived. VRBO did not provide the unit number or correct door code. Be sure to exchange phone numbers before arrival with the owners as they responded immediately to remedy the issue. They were great! My husband, dog and I were very comfortable and loved being there for 2 weeks. The location is excellent with the beach only a few minutes walk down the street. The bungalow has all the beach stuff needed, wagon, towels, chairs. Fun to head down at sunset too. All the fun beach communities with restaurants and shops are within an easy drive up and down 30A. We will be back!

Great location, but....

This bungalow is in a wonderful location. Far enough off 30A to be quiet, but a short, straight walk down the street to the beach access boardwalk. Nice pool areas. The home itself was disappointing. It is in need of paint, cleaning and updating inside and out. Rugs are dirty. Bed covers are ragged. Pillows are flat. Dishwasher works poorly and the over range microwave/light/fan doesn't work at all (although owner has provided a countertop microwave). Chock full of dusty tchotchkes. There are several other updated, pet-friendly rentals in this complex that appear much nicer.

Great stay and respite

This was our third stay at the Bungalows at Seagrove Beach, and our first with this host. This was a perfect respite for us and a great way to spend Thanksgiving with the boys home from college. We love the property and its proximity to everything. The Beach is virtually across the street, great restaurants, Santa Rosa Beach area is peaceful, but if you want louder, Destin is just a short ride up the road. Plenty to do and plenty to not do -- your choice!

About your pets

We loved the beach, the bungalow was cute, beds and furniture were uncomfortable. Sorry, we are older The pool, the area, the location, the beach were perfect for us. The ad photo pics of the owners on the beach with their dogs is very misleading. There was no mention of a pet permit or the fact that we weren’t eligible to acquire 1 for our dog. There was no wi-fi, no internet available.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful vacation. Enjoyed riding bikes on the 30A trail, beach walking along the beautiful Emerald Coast and had a relaxing stay at The Bungalows. Teresa’s property had everything thing we needed for a comfortable stay. Quiet, lovely neighborhood with a great pool. Highly recommend!

This property is perfectly located! We have been looking for a couple of years from Destin to Appalachicola & this was our 1st trip to the quaint beach communities of South Walton. We fell in love with this 'park like' setting so close to the beach! We could not believe we actually found a bungalow available to be purchased! The bungalows offered everything we were looking for- perfect size, excellent amenities, on-going events all year long, charming community w/ excellent restaurants, shopping, golf but most importantly- half block to the beach! I'm usually not an 'ocean swimmer but the water here is crystal clear & you can see all the way down to the white sand.

Location!!! Nestled perfectly between destin & panama city beach away from the crowds in a beautiful natural environment surrounded by parks, lakes & dunes and we can walk right out of the bungalow to the infamous 'emerald coast' to watch the most beautiful sunsets over the white sandy beach ! Cottage is comfortable & the perfect size! Wonderful selection of restaurants, leisure activities to please all ages.
