This waterfront home is located 23 miles from Key West and less than 3 hours from the Miami Airport. It has boating access to the Ocean and the Gulf. The Looe Key Marine Sanctuary is about 9 miles by boat. Marinas, boat rentals, dive shops, restaurants, and groceries are only a few minutes away. This is a designated NON-SMOKING home.
