Ocean front i hjertet af Wrightsville Beach! Dette smukt møbleret og dekoreret 3 soveværelser, 3 bad Byhus har 2 dæk med udsigt over havet. Nyd enestående udsigt og havet breezes!

Den åbne stue / alrum med sin rummelige dæk er perfekt til underholdende. Det veludstyrede køkken, 1 soveværelse og bad er også på dette niveau. Den ovenpå soveværelse har en privat terrasse, og master bad. Der er også en gæst soveværelse og tilstødende bad.

Bag garagen er et lukket område med bordtennisbord. Denne vidunderlige enhed er placeret i hjertet af Wrightsville Beach, kun en kort gåtur til butikker, restauranter og købmand. Huslejerne ugentligt eller månedligt. Ring venligst for månedlige rater.

Good experience over all.

The house size and location are great for families. Right on the beach and walking distance from a convenience store and many restaurants and ice cream stores. Great beach views from both balconies. The house was professionally cleaned when we arrived. Linens and towels were provided and clean. We would come again. However the house does need some updates. Most importantly would suggest a new dinner table and rugs as these did not give the feel of cleanliness. Periodic ant treatments are required as we saw tiny ants in the kitchen. In addition, suggest updating and/ or ventilating and/ or a dehumidification system in the garage area and attached room where the ping pong table and grill are located. We were not able to use this area at all.

Beach Life

Absolutely amazing location. One minute walk to the beach. One minute walk to coffee, dining, night life etc. The unit was a bit dated. Some bugs trying to get their share. Garage area had a smell. Bring ping pong paddles and some new balls. Battleship North Carolina close by and worth a visit. Get a Shibumi for the beach on day one. About $250. Would stay again.

Great Beach Spot

The location is hard to beat - literal steps from the beach. Could watch the sunrise without leaving bed! The interior is nice if not a little rough around the edges. Overall we had a great experience, and would stay again.

Perfect Location

My family and some friends enjoyed our stay here! The location is unbeatable and the views are perfection. 10/10 would recommend, and we will be back.

Wonderful time

We could not have asked for a more perfect home and location! Though the interior is a little outdated, (my husband and I got a giggle out of the under cabinet stereo system) the stay was all we could have hoped for! The linens were clean and the location was superb! We will definitely be back! PS - there were beach chairs available :)

Perfect place to stay

This place was everything we were hoping it to be. Very clean and bright and fit the needs of 5 adults. It is only a few steps to the beach and very convenient to many restaurants and shops. The view from the decks was beautiful. Would definitely go back!

Fantastic location

Very nice house with great location steps from beach access. Gorgeous views from living area and master bedroom. You can hear the waves! The kitchen is very basic (no tea kettle, only very basic utensils) and come prepared as it wasn't stocked with things like a sponge or soap. The upstairs main bedroom toilet was in need of repair and unfortunately wasn't fixed by the time we left. Overall very nice.

Great location with excellent views

The house is perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants and several stores. And the view can't be beat! All of the furniture and decor is comfortable and cozy with a beachy vibe. We loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite with the master having its own balcony. The only reason I didnt give a 5 for cleanliness is because some of the appliances and kitchen pots/pans could use an update. They worked perfectly fine but they are a little older. Otherwise, the place was spotless and we would definitively rent this house again!

For old ladies , a lot of stairs!

We never took showers - either there was no water coming out or the tub/shower we iffy looking. The beds were clean and comfortable(loved the way the sheets and towels came). We enjoyed the decks!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was by far the best part of this rental. The unit needs some maintenance, updates and a deep cleaning. The kitchen had the bare minimum of dishes to get by. There were some gaps in what was supplied. Overall it was okay, but I doubt that we would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location as for Wrightsville/Wilmington area and being on beaches ocean front. The house was spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Just need to do some upgrades to the garage door, clean the carpet; better yet remove all carpet in the unit, it holds odor. Make sure that what is advertised is in the unit and in good working order, such as tv’s , remotes or have instructions and all burners need to work on the stove. For security put a deadbolt lock on the door at top of stairs.

Very disappointed in cleanliness,toilets and showers Mildred, sand on floors...sidewalk overgrown

Not very thorough... Vrbo charged extra charges. Very dissatisfied in cleanliness. Mold in toilets and showers...no beds made ..only 1 towel pperson,no tpaper... No beach chairs in good shape..NO BEACH TOWELS(WE FLEW AND DID NOT EXPECT THESE CONDITIONS FOR GOING TO BEACH REALLY!!!)Had to take out trash..what does ur cleaning person do?

They had not been mopped and there were no mops to use. Dead cockroaches found in all rooms. Outside deck was not usable at nights due to the amount of roaches and palmetto bugs. No kitchen towels to dry dishes- we had to purchase. Using towels for an entire week was not ideal, had to wash with 0 detergent on-site. Downstairs room smelled of mold. Great location, easy to walk around to things.

We had a bunch of teenagers with us, and they loved that they could walk to get hot dogs and ice cream. We could Wally to go out to eat. And of course, it was oceanfront. There was a ping pong table in the basement, and parking was right there at the ocean. The house itself was nice and cozy. Nothing super fancy, but we didn’t want or need it be. It was perfect for us.

Location, location, location

Outstanding week. Superb location with walking distance to the beach, beach store, surf shop, ice cream shop and more. The house suited our group of 2 families, 6 people total. Plenty of amenities to prep meals for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Short walk to the beach as well as near a lifeguard stand. Highly recommend this property if you are staying in Wrightsville Beach.

Great Location

My husband lived up the street in his younger years, so this was a nostalgic trip for him. The beach was great. Location can’t be beat. The house just needs a few sharp knives, pizza cutter and adult forks. It was comfortable clean we would return!
