Loved the home away from home feel. Close to all the action. Hosts were very welcoming. Having 2 restrooms were convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

Spectacular

This was, with out a doubt the best place we’ve ever stayed. Cynthia and Bob are great hosts. Their property is extremely relaxing, and the wild life is fun to watch if you’re planning on visiting Napa, don’t pass this property up.

Relaxing spot

Awesome spot! So peaceful and loved the daily backyard deer visits. Bob and Cynthia were so accommodating and friendly. Appreciated the snacks and wine. Great location close to downtown Napa. Would definitely stay here again!!

Felt right at home

Bob and Cynthia have a wonderful little space and make you feel right at home. They left us a nice bottle of wine, as well as a loaf of bread from a local bakery and other extras (seltzer water, butter and jam, milk, cereal and granola, fruit bowl, orange juices, etc). Their back yard is beautiful and sitting outside watching the deer was my favorite part of breakfast each morning. The unit is cozy and makes for comfortable evenings winding down after a day exploring the town or wineries in the area. We opted to walk downtown, which takes about 30 minutes or you could drive/take an Uber and be there in just a few. Whenever we’re back in the area, I’ll definitely be reaching out!

Excellents hosts!

Cynthia and Bob made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The VRBO was clean and well-stocked with breakfast and other essentials, including a nice bottle of wine! They were gracious to allow us to use the laundry room and check out late. Our favorite part of the VRBO is the outside space. It's very large with beautiful grounds and includes an easy-to-use gas fireplace. We would definitely stay there in the future.

We loved stayed here! Bob and Cynthia were very helpful in tips for planning our trip. They were warm and welcoming! Their house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Very cozy and the small thoughtful touches from them made it extra special!

Quiet Serenity

Bob & Cynthia are truly the loveliest hosts! Their downstairs unit is spacious, clean, comfortable with the most unexpected generous provisions. You have a private patio with furnshed living / dining rooms set up & fireplace all overlooking the backyard of mature oak trees. I would definitely stay again. Thank you, Hurley's!

Very definition of hospitality

I am so used to your run-of-the-mill vacation rentals. This is anything but that. The space feels luxurious: soft carpet, pristine clean, comfy sofas and an outdoor fire. That is just the beginning: we were greated by our hosts who provided wine and snacks. It was above and beyond. Not to mention what we called 'the nature channel', which was simply us sitting outside watching nature do its thing: a family of deer, acorn woodpeckers, great horned owl and a skunk!

The owners Cynthia and Bob are two of the kindest humans you'll encounter. They were so incredibly welcoming and thoughtful in their hospitality. A wonderful stay that was convenient, relaxing, and near to both the city of Napa and an abindance of wineries. Looking Girard to coming back someday.

Lovely place

We cannot recommend this location enough. The home is beautiful, backyard brimming with wildlife (deer, squirrels, hummingbirds) to awaken to. Bob and Cynthia were gracious hosts, offering a welcome gift of wine and fruit and bread from a local bakery. Location is perfectly set between Napa and Sonoma wineries. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back here in the future! Couldn’t ask for more!!

Great stay!

My wife and I stayed at Bob and Cynthia’s place for a few nights and was very impressed. The location is in quiet neighborhood very close to downtown Napa. Bob and Cynthia were great hosts and would highly recommend staying there.

Lovely Stay

A great place to stay in Napa. Close to downtown and wineries. Comfortable bed and nice bathrooms and very nice kitchenette with fresh fruit and bread. We’d love to go back again!

Lovely chance to be in Napa close to everything

The hosts of this unit could not have been more welcoming. Having been in the restaurant biz in the area for years, they knew everyone in the greater Napa area and gave great advice for eating and entertainment. The wild deer in the backyard that visit throughout the day are adorable. This unit is in a home in a neighborhood so a true local feel.

Quiet and clean, close to everything

Cynthia and Bob were wonderful hosts and their VRBO flat was delightful. They provided a welcoming bottle of wine and a continental breakfast for the morning after check-in. Great place, close to the Silverado Trail, very quiet area. Highly recommend!

Incredible Napa Valley Home - family of deer included

I can’t stress enough how amazing this home was. Starting with the home owners, Bob and Cynthia were so welcoming. The space was clean and comfortable. The real winner of this home is the back yard. They have a great patio for lounging with coffee in the morning and by the fire with a glass of wine in the evening. In the evening, around sunset, you will be greeted by 2 deer with their 4 fawns, a cat, and a half dozen different bird species. This backyard is more like a nature preserve and a perfect way to end a great day in the valley.

We're located in the Alta Heights neighborhood. It's a desirable place to live and one of the oldest in the area. Downtown Napa is very walkable in about 30 minutes. There you'll find a big selection of restaurants, wine tasting rooms, shopping, music and other entertainment.

The suite has an enormous backyard you will enjoy from the private patio. It's wild and full of nature, yet walkable to town.
