This studio condo features spectacular SUGARLOAF VIEWS. Located right at the mid-station for the SNUBBER LIFT. Ski in, ski out. Zip in during the day for snack, lunch.... another layer of undies, or, OOPs, that credit card that you forgot! From the windows and deck, watch the groomers all night for the right trails to ski the next morning! A SOUTHEREN exposure warms the deck all day so that you can catch up on that book, or feel comfortable leaving behind the non-skier in your group. The SUGARLOAF Health and Fitness Club is across the street for snacks, WI-FI, swimming, massage, exercise, manicure, hair appointments, and additional hot tubs.
Summer & Fall foliage visitors will enjoy an amazing array of activities from GOLF, ZIP-Line, Segway Rental’s, Scenic Lift Rides, Mountain Biking, white water rafting, fishing, hiking, Maine Huts & Trails, (The APPALACHIAN TRAIL is near by), or just relaxing in the mountains of Maine.

Day at Sugarloaf

Checkin after 11pm, no issues.My adult kids smiled at the fold down beds, just like when they were kids! At quick breakfast, had all the kitchen items we needed. Note no hand soap in the bathroom.

Sugarloaf Stay

Fantastic and comfortable stay at a cozy, clean studio located at the halfway point of the Snubber Lift. Convenient to the slopes and health club. Host was very responsive and accomodating…very thankful to find this gem for the Christmas Holidays.

Perfect for skiing!

Couldn't ask for a better location to ski Sugarloaf, and the space was cozy and clean. We will be back!

Convenient location

Convenient location. Good accommodations for one person or a couple. Cleaning of unit previous to stay was just ok. Many lady bugs in the condo, a good amount of sand on the floor, no dish sponge and toilet paper not restocked. Minor details but could have made the stay a bit more pleasant. Mention because all seem to be cleaning service related.

Convenient Location

A great little place for a weekend visit on the mountain. The location was convenient and the property manager was very communicative. While it is a bit dated it is clean and offered at a very good price. It was clean and have enough kitchen supplies to make it possible to cook, have coffee, etc...

Sugarloaf cozy studio.

Property exactly as advertised, perfect for two people. Easy to ski in/ out. Owner immediately responded when we got there and parking permit wasn’t available. Only issue was the owner above us did not clear the snow from the balcony, melting snow made the deck unusable. We saw several other condos there with the same issue.

Ski in ski out.

This unit will hold 4 people but is very comfortable for a couple. It's great to ski in and ski out. And fitness Center with hot tubs are conveniently located across the road.

Unbeatable access; hiccup with housekeeping

The condo was pretty much as described/pictured, and the access to the lift was incredible! Parking and building access was straightforward. The only hiccup we had was housekeeping had gotten halfway through cleaning, then left, so when we arrived the bed wasn't made and linens were in a pile, the bathroom had dirty towels, there were dirty dishes in the sink, and the trash was bagged but left on the floor. We contacted the owner and she immediately responded and offered to send us out for dinner on her dime, since cooking and relaxing wasn't really feasible without housekeeping help and new linens. A couple hours later, a nice employee from the hotel came by to get us fresh linens and take out the trash, but we were told someone would come by first thing in the morning to do a full clean and they never did. We enjoyed the stay aside from that.

Amazing!

Perfectly located! Beds were super comfortable, it was quiet, tons of storage spaces, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food. It was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. We found this to be an incredible value and will definitely seek this rental out for future stays.

Cozy getaway

We stayed here overnight for Sugarloaf Marathon accomodations and it worked perfectly for the two of us! Within walking distance to the shuttle to the start line. Cozy space with just what we needed. Would be very convenient if using for skiing as there is a chair lift directly outside the complex. Overall a great place! Thank you!

Great location.

Great location for skiers. Right next to the Snubber lift mid station. Room was a bit small and lacked a few things like a little table for beverages and such when sitting in the swivel chairs. Even though the “mini” fridge had a very small freezer, it was so small and frosted over that nothing fit in it. Had to make multiple runs to the store to get ice. The bed was comfortable and there were many towels available.

Older property. Small fridge, no dishwasher. Adequate supplies but had to clean dishes before using them. Old cheap blankets with stains. Ok for short stay.
