My very comfortable home is nicely furnished and the yard well-maintained. Three blocks to lively Tennyson St. with multiple great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, gyms, yoga studios, shops, bakeries, groceries, dry cleaners, and a park with hoops/jungle gyms, and a big grassy area. Private & fenced grassy backyard with patio. Lots of windows, office with French doors, free wi-fi, Bluetooth music player, 65" TV on a lift in the family room, primary bedroom jacuzzi tub, large dining room, extra chairs & stools on site. It's a very fun neighborhood and the house is built to entertain, gatherings are fine but please do not host large/loud parties, and please be respectful of and careful with the property, etc. Downtown Denver 10 min., Red Rocks 20 min., multiple major ski resorts 1 hr., 35 min. from DIA. The garage is not part of the rental.

Excellent!!!

The house was very nice!! It is in a great location. We walked to Tennison street every morning and evening. Great restaurants and coffee shops. A few really nice retail stores. I hope to stay here again next time I am in Denver.

Great location!

We had a great stay in Denver! The location of the house was perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and shops. The property owner was always responsive and helpful when we reached out. The home was beautiful and spotless. We especially loved the large kitchen and family room areas. We will definitely try to book again when visiting our family in Denver!

Convenient to denver

Stayed at this property with my parents and family. We all had plenty of space to be comfortable. Clean and convenient to denver and the mountains to enjoy skiing. Easy to walk to shops, and the park with my children.

Great property and location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice, clean, well-equipped and the host very helpful for the couple of minor questions we had. Super location- Tennyson Street has great restaurants and bars and it’s a 15-minute drive to downtown Denver. Would go back any time!

Great house great neighborhood!

In town visiting family. Wanted to stay in the neighborhood I grew up in and found a wonderful house. Very close to everything! Beautiful well taken care of property and great communication from the host. Definitely recommend!

Great House!!!

This house was amazing. It was perfect for our stay. The home was spotless and just as advertised. Such a beautiful home. The house is within walking distance of amazing restaurants and shops. Definitely book this if you have the opportunity. Do not pass it up!

Fabulous property!

We rented this house for 10 days to so we could be in Denver for several family events. Lots of great space to accommodate all our event preparation and wonderful places to relax and enjoy time with family. The neighborhood was safe and a great place to walk. All technology worked as it should and the host was very easy to communicate with.

So nice! The kitchen was fabulous! Rarely do I stay at a Vrbo that has such a great cookware! The only thing that bugged us was the inability to use our streaming services on the tv. Otherwise fantastic! Thanks!

It's a fun, upper-scale neighborhood with a nice mix of a younger single crowd, young families, middle-aged, and elderly people. There are countless fun things to do in every direction and getting anywhere from here is easy because it's in the trendy northwest Denver neighborhoods, roughly 1 mile to I-70 and 2 miles to I-25. The mountains are only 15 minutes away.
