Come and enjoy a charming single-family 2-bedroom home in the heart of Sarasota Florida, with all new furnishings!

Your family will be close to EVERYTHING when you stay at this centrally-located home. 5 minutes to Main Street in Downtown Sarasota which contains some of Sarasota's most popular restaurants and bars! Also only 5 minutes to Marina Jacks, Lido Beach and just 10 minutes to Siesta Key Beach. Also right next to a GROCERY STORE (Publix)! Free Parking, wifi, laundry, and full kitchen.

The space is beautifully designed to be modern and easy on the eyes! Fully equipped with a full kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. Each room is stocked with extremely comfortable linens, comforters, and a memory foam Queen Mattress from Zinus! For extra guests, the space provides a premium air mattress with linens and blankets.

They property allows access to the house through an electric keypads with a code that will be sent to you prior to check in.

This beautiful home is a one minute walk to a large grocery store, Publix. Also only two miles away from downtown Main Street with some of the best restaurants and entertainment in all of Sarasota. This rental is also a 5 minute drive from beautiful Marina Jack and Lido Beach and a 10 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach and Saint Armand’s Circle.

Spring training trip

We had a wonderful time in the VRBO! The location was perfect as we could walk the trails by the bay every morning before heading to Ed Smith Stadium for some Orioles spring training! The place was nicely decorated and spacious for 4 adults to comfortably stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone headed down to Sarasota!

Great Walkable Location

We enjoyed our stay in this little duplex. Beds were comfy and the evenings were quiet. The size and location were just right for our group of 3 friends in town for a painting seminar at the Arts Center of Sarasota. We could walk to the Arts Center as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Great communication with the hosts for checkin. We would stay here again in future.
