Benvenuti nella nostra Beach House su John'd Pond d'acqua dolce !! La nostra casa dispone di 3 1/2 + camere da letto e 1 1/2 bagni, con piscina interna riscaldata e dock, quindi porta la tua barca, i tuoi acquascivoli, i tuoi jet ski e i tuoi kayak da paddle e non dimenticare il costume da bagno! Elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, griglia a gas in acciaio inossidabile, bei mobili da giardino, fossa a ferro di cavallo, canestro da basket, zipline, doccia esterna, cavo e WIFI, puliti professionalmente,
2 TV a grande schermo 50+ pollici in soggiorno e camera matrimoniale. Cenare sul ponte e guardare le barche che passano dopo una lunga giornata a leggere sull'amaca o terminare la notte immergendosi nella piscina interna riscaldata.

La nostra casa è a pochi passi da John's Pond Plaza, il caffè Dunkin Donut, la pizza della famiglia Dino, il cibo cinese The Wall e la distanza a piedi dal mercato di Brick yard: Pizza Guyz, Stylish 10 Nail Salon e The White Lion Bakery!

Dai un'occhiata al Mashpee Common (è a poche miglia, forse 3) per fare shopping, mangiare e divertirsi. Relaxing yet lots to do

This is our third time staying at this property because we love it so much. It's situations in a quiet neighborhood, right on the water including a dock and kayaks. My son loved watching the ducks and geese in the water. My husband liked sitting in the outdoor chairs with the view. My daughter loved using the indoor spa pool. It was lovely, especially because it rained most of this trip. Lots of bedrooms, easy parking, and all the extras you might want(pillows, bedroom fans, mini-splits for AC or heat, etc. The rental is a very short drive or walk from Dunkin, or sit down breakfast across the main street. Also a short drive from Starbucks or shopping. We love the comfort of this rental and hope to be back again. It is worth noting the hosts have always been very responsive to any questions or concerns we've had. We've never had to wait or worry.

Birthday on the water

We had perfect weather for enjoying this absolutely beautiful spot and all the outside activities it affords, especially the paddle boarding and kayaking. Also a perfect spot for sunset cocktails. The eclectic interior decor with its wild kingdom aspects can be equally offputting and comical depending on your sensibility. Owner is extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Perfect Pond!

We enjoyed our stay at Kelly's place. Kelly was extremely responsive anytime I reached out with a question which was very appreciated. The location of the home is wonderful and exactly what we wanted. Highlights: quiet neighborhood, lots of space, warm + clean pond, clean pool that we could adjust temp on to be more like a hot tub or pool, comfortable beds, beautiful outdoors. We hope to return!

Enjoying John's Pond

This is our second wonderful family vacation here. The location of house and house to pond are perfect. The heated indoor pool,the beach,dock,six or so kayaks and sups, seven comfortable Adirondack chairs and outdoor table,hammock,huge parking area,lots of paper goods were great. The neighbors were friendly. The one drawback is the house needs more care. The outdoor and indoor showers and first floor lighting need attention .

Nice property at the Water

The house was very clean and organized. There is plenty of sleeping space for a large family. The spot on the beach is great, dock and kayaks etc.. We rented a boat and enjoyed the lake. Close to shopping and salt water beaches, golfing etc. The only item is the lighting in kitchen , is difficult without the stove counter lighting to cook in evening. other than that the property was very nice.

Nice getaway

Place was nice. Pool was the key selling point for a winter trip. Tv in every room, but I think something was wrong w the xfinity. Only master bedroom worked with Netflix to watch. That was a huge bummer. If it was warmer weather wouldn’t have been as much of an issue. They had lots of things to do for nice weather but wasn’t the time of year. House was over all nice and relaxing.

pond side horror

The home left much to be desired. It was very musty, and the home had many shortcomings: Outside shower did not work, inside shower was broken and only the handheld nozzle worked and not that well. The dishwasher had to be replaced and the new one did not fit the opening at all. Windows upstairs could not be opened unless the screens were removed because the cranks were broken. Many ceiling fans did not turn on. The property was littered with old non usable moldy furniture and the basketball hoop was set too low for use. Overall a total disaster. We left a week early and were glad we did!

Fantastic vacation

House was very unique and in a perfect spot! We fully enjoyed every minute. Not a factor in our vacation but more to owner… very few lights worked. The house was very dark. We tried to change light bulbs but were unsuccessful getting some lights to work. Also there are no wine glasses -we bought plastic ones. Overall great time

Great home, location, and had everything one could need

This was our second time staying at this property and I don't expect it will be our last. Quiet location right on the lake yet close to Dunkin, Starbucks, Restaurants, Mashpee Commons shops, etc. We love the unique architecture and especially the heated indoor pool. The hosts had EXCELLENT communication and went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered and we fully enjoyed our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! A++++++

Great stay!

The house was the perfect location for easy shopping and dining. The lake and beach were clean with plenty of kayaks and paddle boards. We had two days of rainy weather but the indoor pool kept the kids entertained. The owner was extremely accommodating and quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. Overall great place, would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location

Our family had a wonderful week! Highlights were using the safely locked indoor pool, easy access onto the deck and private beach, provided kayaks and SUPS, and the walkability of the neighborhood. Because of the baby,the large washer and drier were needed and appreciated. Also, when the baby cried at night, the large, separate first-floor bedroom with two couches and a double worked to keep the rest of us oblivious upstairs. There were more kayaks, paddleboards, and lifejackets than listed- a happy surprise. The kitchen is dark. Maybe different lightbulbs would help.

Magical vacation. Can't wait to return.

You could not ask for a better location, and the house itself is spacious and comfortable! The pond is clear and warm and heavenly. The indoor pool cannot be beat on cooler days. Owner was wonderful -- communicative, friendly, and easy to reach if there were unexpected issues (ex. power went out in the neighborhood one day because of strong winds; she was able to let us know when it might be restored).

Overall Fun Experience

The highlight of this property is definitely the heated pool and backyard pond. The kitchen was equipped with all appliances one could need. Cleanliness of the home was OK. The floors in a couple of rooms were full of sand and had to be sweeped. Overall though we had a fun experience kayaking, fishing and enjoying the backyard.

What a magical stay!

We absolutely had a blast at this beautiful property right on Johns Pond. The home was very comfortable, the pool was amazing and the property is perfect for relaxing with friends. Will absolutely book again~!
