Second time we stayed at this Brewster location. We enjoy swimming in Seymour Pond and the National Seashore beaches. My 11 year old granddaughter took surfing lessons which was a big hit. Plenty of room for a big family. Great deck with a view of the pond and a table and gas grill. Nicely appointed. Highly recommend.
The house was clean and comfy for a large group. We really enjoyed are stay. Only complaint would be the walk down to the pond was a pretty steep trail that was not easy for the older people in our family. But i would definitely rent this home again in the future!
This home was perfect for us. Having easy access to the pond was really great. We've been coming to the Cape every summer for years and years and I'm not sure we've stayed in a better located home -- so easy to get to everything.
The home is very nice really needs some furniture updates couches very bad old stained just not right. Plenty of room for everyone and Seymour pond is very kind friendly. Over all an ok place better if furnishings were updated.
The house was quite spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect. Great view of Seymour Pond, close to the rail trail and conveniently located to Brewster Center and Harwichport. Mike, our host, called to let us know we could check in early. We loved our time in the house!
There are many places to gather and visit - Adults, kids, gaming, on the deck, in the living room, in the dining room and on the enclosed porch The pond availability was wonderful.
The only drawback was one bedroom was too cold for anyone to use but there were more than enough sleeping areas for our group.
We look forward to returning in the future.
Was a lovely home, great location - Mike was very responsive and welcoming. House has a lot of space and areas to hang out in for a good sized group. Access to pond was nice. Some of the electric in the basement wasn’t working but we didn’t spend as much time down there anyway and Mike offered an electrician for us too. There was a nice room downstairs that looked like a bedroom but had panoramic windows (no curtains was the only downside) and another bedroom in basement that in order to get through you had to walk through someone else’s bedroom. Could use a couple of updates/maintenance but overall clean, spacious, a great stay. Thanks to mike for your hospitality
This was our second year staying here and it was just as great as last year. Wonderful house lots of room, clean and in a great neighborhood! Convenient to the bike trail and easy to go to other areas if you want to. Having the pond right there was awesome for the kids!
The house is more spacious than one would imagine from the pictures and the location is very nice and convenient. The interior is not fancy, but had all that we needed to spend time together, cook, and sleep. The solarium overlooking the pond is especially nice. While the first floor was overall clean, the basement was not - this was the only negative aspect of the property. Mike was very responsive and easy to talk to. Overall, we had a very good time.
Everyone loved the pond. There is a dock and clear water. We also loved the town of Brewster. A real Cape Cod town. Close to many great beaches including the national seashore.
This house was wonderful. The pictures don’t do it the justice, it is way prettier than in pictures. Very charming and big. Plenty of space for the family. The host was exceptional and very responsive. Amazing views from the master bedroom. Loved the outdoor shower and the proximity to the pond. Many bikes trails and other ponds around the area. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. A great way to enjoy the Cape

Great vacation place with everything you need!
Very nice and spacious house - much more room than it appears from the outside! We had a wonderful time with extended family, and this house was perfect for all of us - plenty of room to spread out. We loved the lake behind the house - so peaceful, and perfect for children! The back deck and enclosed porch were wonderful for relaxing both morning and evening. Reasonable driving distance from beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc. The owner was very friendly and gracious, and was easily reached for any needs. Would definitely recommend!
