Excellent time in Feagaville

Communication with Stephanie was great. She responded very timely to our questions. The home was extremely clean and well stocked with anything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice Home/ Quiet Street / Rural Flavor / Close To Everything

Stephanie (host), and her rental duplex, checked all the boxes we prefer for a travel rental. The home was spotless clean, quiet setting, very pet friendly, and a great location. Guests stay in the upstairs half, and Stephanie & roommate live in the downstairs. The layout is unique however, as the duplex is ranch style, with only half of the lower unit directly below the upstairs. Keeps things quiet for everyone! Home is about 3 miles from the busier, developed outskirts of Frederick, so very easy to drive to a store or find a good restaurant, or drive the 5 miles downtown for tons of options. Home is halfway down a residential dead-end street as well, so no through traffic, and is perfect for walking your dog. A big yard in the back leads down to a scenic mix of trees, a creek, and a cow pasture farther in the distance. For Civil War history buffs, there are plenty of battlefields and historic points within a 35 minute or less scenic drive. Last, but not least, Stephanie was a prompt communicator, wonderful host, and very personable. I had the chance to visit with her and her fiance' for about an hour on the back patio, and thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with lots of laughs mixed in! My great-niece plays women's ice hockey for local Hood College, so we hope to make it back to Stephanie's, and the cool town of Frederick, a few more times in the next four years to watch more games, and to soak up more of the Civil War history too.

Nice place, convenient location

The house and property are very nice. As was the owner. The location is in the country, but is literally 10 minutes from Frederick city. Our kids live in Brunswick and Myersville so it was convenient ro them as well.

The stay went well.

If you fly in and have no car, nothing is close by. I chose this place because there was a back patio with a firepit , but I was not under the impression once i arrived, we could use it. Had to call lanlord to control thermostate We stayed with two small children and there were no outlet covers Landlord was very accommodating and let us have a pet they we did not expect to bring. Pet daycare fell through. Bathroom was fabulous. Loved having a washer and dryer.

Extremely Clean

Beautiful and extremely clean. . The host provided everything we needed in the home. The location was 10-15 minutes away from shopping, museums and state park. It was nice to spend the day in town but be able to have privacy and quiet when we were ready to relax.

Graduation stay

Family stayed for 2.5 weeks. The house was very clean. Bathroom big and looks newly updated with a roomy shower. We cooked a lot and kitchen was well stocked. House is convenient to everything. An hour drive or less to D.C. or Baltimore. Frederick is easy to get around in and a nice town. Lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery, gas stations, close by. Many hiking trails within a 30 minute drive. Host responded within 2 hours to answer any question I had and typically within an hour. Dead end street so not much traffic or noise.we had everything we needed.

Fantasic view, quiet and rural setting but very close to Fedrick Maryland.

Three old Navy friends visiting a sick friend in Fredrick Maryland. We had plenty of room in the house, our host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

Not too far, but not too close!

This was a great, clean property not too far from Harper's Ferry, Frederick, and just a little over an hour to D. C. But it's located on a nice quit dead end street in a rural are, right off the highway. The host was great and very responsive when we had an issue getting in and live in property, so can handle any issues promptly! I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to the area to do some hiking, or check out all the history in the area. Frederick is an awesome town with plenty to do and is only 10 mins away.
