Il nostro Luxurius privata Villa uno dei gioielli di Santorini si trova in una posizione ideale, con vista mozzafiato e romantici tramonti. Da solo sulla cima della scogliera della Caldera nel mezzo della nostra proprietà 5. 000 metri quadrati con 100 metri di facciata in cima alle scogliere solo per te.

La nostra villa è unico perché ha il vantaggio di essere in uno stress tranquillo - ambiente libero, senza nessuno che possa disturbare il vostro soggiorno tranquillo.

I nostri visitatori è difficile scegliere tra, all'interno della Villa con tutti i comfort previsti e la splendida vista e al di fuori della villa dove la sorprendente vista toglie il fiato.

O sei all'interno della Villa o all'esterno della vista sembra essere la stessa.

Caldera View privata Villa è ideale per Honeymooner di, coppie e per tutti coloro che cercano tranquillità, lusso e le vacanze private. Villa può ospitare 2-6 persone. Ha un facile accesso piatta, senza gradini faticose. Parcheggio comodo (2 000 mq) esattamente al di fuori della villa. Caldera View Villa è costruito in stile tradizionale delle Cicladi con colori pacifici. Si tratta di una maisonette 2 piani (80 mq) completamente attrezzata, lontano da altri edifici (il vicino più prossimo è a 100m di distanza).

Dista solo 80 metri dalla famosa Boutari Winery, a 500 metri dal villaggio tradizionale di Megalochori, a 7 km dalla città di Fira ea soli 3 km da Akrotiri Villaggio con le rovine archeologia e unica spiaggia rossa.

A relaxing stay in a beautiful spot.

Wonderful property with an incredible caldera view to see Santorini’s famed sunsets. Panos met us at the villa and gave us a quick orientation and set us up with a collection of food essentials that was extremely welcome. His customer focus and attention to detail was impeccable throughout our stay. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Next year maybe!

Amazing Time and Stay!

My family and I had the most spectacular time staying at the Caldera Villa. In walking distance to the Boutari Winery, cliffs and an easy drive to all villages on the island. Panos was very communicative and helped us order taxis and checked in every day during our stay. From the views to the accommodations to the experience, we will 100% be coming back!

Absolutely stunning experience. Beautiful, private with breathtaking views. Pool was a showstopper. Excellent wading area with lounges for the perfect view of the caldera. And a decent dunking area for when it gets hot. If you are looking for a private place away from the hustle and bustle, this is definitely worth a look!

Unbelievable stay!

My wife Mary and I stayed at the Caldera View Villa for six nights in late September/Early October. We were celebrating our 40th Anniversary. Everything about the villa, the location, and the host was amazing!! We believe the Villa provides the best view of the famous Santorini sunset on the island, and the fact that it is your private view is just unbelievable. The Host, Panos, was great. He arranged travel to and from the airport, a rental car, a sunset cruise around the volcano, food in the fridge, and help with anything we needed. We give it a 20 out of 10. We hope to come back to Santorini in the future, and we will definitely stay at the Caldera View Villa again.

Absolutely Perfect

Having never been to Santorini, we didn’t know what to expect of this location. It is between Akrotiri and Fira. It is not in the crazy busy tourist part of Fira or Oia. It is the only truly private pool I found anywhere. The patio and pool photos we have are so incredibly gorgeous!!!The views are unmatched of the caldera and sunset! This was truly the perfect place for us. I was so happy we did not stay in Fira or Oia! Panos was amazing and had food and beverages stocked when we arrived. He arranged for our transfer from the port and a car rental for our stay.

We loved our stay at Caldera View Villa. Centrally located with amazing sunset views, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to visit Oia and Fira and multiple beaches during our stay. We enjoyed a glass of local wine on the patio in the evening and swam and relaxed by the pool during the day. Panos was the consummate host providing us with a full fridge and snacks, water and wine. He also gave us advice on where to dine. He often checked on us throughout our stay. I cannot say enough about how special it was to view the caldera and make memories with our grown children

The views are absolutely spectacular!!! The house was wonderful. So clean and comfortable. The property owner was always available and incredibly helpful. If we return to the wonderful island of Santorini we will without a doubt stay here!

Best vacation place

It was by far the best vacation rental that we had. Panos was awesome. Friendly family man. He made our stay wonderful. Very attentive and caring. His place was soooooo beautiful. It was the best view for sun set as he mentioned it to us. My 3 boys didn’t even go out. Very sweet family . We get to meet his sweet dad. Love it a lot.

Caldera View Villa is Exceptional and Very Special!

This Villa has some of the best views on Santorini and will not let you down. Magalachori village is a shot walk away with some lovely traditional Greek restaurants and a laid back atmosphere. Panos our host does an amazing job at making you feel comfortable, we look forward to seeing you again.

Incredible stay!

By far the best air bnb experience I've ever had! Panos was extremely helpful - he arranged to have someone pick us up and take us to the airport in addition to arranging transportation for us while we were there. He stocked the fridge with food, wine, and beer and was very responsive 24/7. The Villa was gorgeous - unbelievable views. I wish we could have stayed longer!

This Place is Amazing!

We spent at week with our family of 4 at Caldera View and it was simply amazing! The views of the caldera alone made this home a perfect spot for our family, but add in the infinity pool, privacy, proximity to restaurants, markets and hikes...and you have it all. And Panos was absolutely amazing! He helped arrange transportation, provided suggestions for restaurants and day trip and set up an amazing boat tour of the volcano. He went above and beyond and made the trip truly spectacular. I would recommend renting a car (at least in the high season). We used taxis for the first day or so to get around, but it was a lot of fun to explore the island on our own and it ultimately was cheaper to rent a car. Panos was able to set that up for us and simply had a car dropped off at the house, which was so easy. All in all, this place was the perfect getaway home for our family and we would highly recommend it!

Relaxing and private

When visiting Santorini the tiered white buildings and blue domes of Thera and Oia are not to be missed, but in our opinion not to be stayed in either. Enter the Caldera View Private Villa! Relaxing, best views on the island, walking distance from 4 wineries and the great town of Megolachori for some of our best meals and experience getting help from restaurant staff (recommendations, boat charter, other sites you name it). Our host at the Villa was super helpful, arranging transportation including ATV rentals. 100% would return to this property.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at the Caldera Villa. The home is in a quiet stretch of road around the corner from the Boutari winery and near the village of Megalochori. As the photos indicate, it is right on the caldera with spectacular sunset views. Panos was a wonderful host, setting up transfers and meeting us at the property. The kitchen was already supplied when we arrived with an array of food items. Panos provided us with advice on activities and arranged our car rental. He also offered us use of the pool at his nearby hotel but we were content with the two jacuzzis on the property. Truly a unique property.

Private accommodation with stunning view

Our family of five had a relaxing and refreshing stay at Panos' villa. The cycladic style house, perched as it is with such incredible views of the caldera, was a unique place to stay. We enjoyed the constant breezes and the sunsets, and the house was big enough to accommodate our family comfortably and we felt that we had a lot of privacy and peace and quiet. Panos was generous, leaving us with a fully stocked refrigerator and plenty of water and paper goods, and he was responsive when we had a question or request. We had a few suggestions regarding additions that would be helpful to better equip the kitchen, which we messaged Panos about privately. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Everything you read in the other reviews is true. Panos is very very helpful, arranging taxis, etc. In addition, he left food! Snacks, water, bread, cheese. I wish every host did this. It meant we could settle in and not immediately have to go grocery shopping. So, the place. Gorgeous. We actually spent one day just hanging out there, rather than going around the island. It really is just like the photos. Some things to be aware of, though. Santorini isn't really meant for pedestrians. I didn't want to rent a car, but that would have made everything easier. Walking on the very narrow shoulder to go to the nearby grocery store or the bus stop was not fun. Also, run the a/c or open the windows if you use the hot tub in the master bedroom. Otherwise you will feel you are sleeping by an indoor pool with the chlorine smell. The master bedroom has a door, and therefore privacy. The second bedroom is right by the kitchen. So no privacy. I think it's pretty clear from the photos. Overall, stunning, beautiful place, great host, and I would definitely return.

Million Dollar View

This property is in a secluded location just outside of of Thira on the cliffs that overlook the sea that offer a million dollar view. You have complete privacy as you have no neighbors very close to you. The sunsets were wonderful. The location is very convenient to many places. By car it is 10 minute drive to Thira or a 10 minute drive to the black beach on the south shore. It is approximately 25 minutes from Oia. I would recommend a car and parking is very adequate. Panos is an excellent host. He promptly responded to any questions or help I needed prior to arrival and during our stay. He helped us with a transfer, rental car and met us upon arrival. He was extremely generous and had items in the refrigerator to help us start off our stay. This is a wonderful find on VRBO and I highly recommend the Villa and Panos.

Million dollar views and Privacy!

Away from the hustle and bustle of the island, you will find yourself on the cliff's edge, with uninterrupted panoramic views of the Caldera. Made even better since you have no neighbors on either side for over 100 meters or more. Truly private, and unsurpassed sunset views, or just relax in the hotub looking out at the Aegean. We arrived early and Panos set us up in some rooms to rest until the Villa was vacated and cleaned. Incredibly attentive family owners of the Villa. The Villa itself was properly outfitted, and anything we needed, we were always able to reach someone to take care of our every need, including local auto rental, airport transfers (no cost). Our fridge was stocked with water, beer, soft drinks, water and food/fruit - very well done. Villa is only a 10 minute drive from Fira, and parking there is simple/easy. We made daily trips to Fira, Oia and the nearby beaches with our kids. Highly recommend the Villa and the outstanding service fro Panos, his father and extended family.

Amazing view, a wonderful host and a lovely place to unwind and rejuvenate!

The first thing you will notice about renting here is the amazing service that the host, Panos provides! He truly wants his guests to be happy! He not only provides transportation to and from the airport but the kitchen is well stocked - wine, beer, eggs, milk, coffee, cookies - you get the picture! This was such a nice surprise after a long day of traveling. Panos answered all of my questions (I had a lot:) and helped us with arranging a rental car - something I suggest if you want to explore the island. The villa is located in the middle of the island so it is easy to get to either side to see the rest. The villa is also well stocked with plenty of towels, bathrobe, and slippers. A maid service came every other day which was just an extra touch of comfort that Panos provided. With my family of four, we were really able to relax and it make it our home. It was very nice to have privacy and not be on top of other villas like many places in Oía and Fira are. Gorgeous views - probably the best on the island as the villa is perfectly situated. We made sure that were came home from our excursions to see the sunset every night - definitely something to do while you are there! The upstairs bedroom was a little too humid for my personal liking but Panos brought over a dehumidifier and checked back in with me to make sure I was happy! We truly enjoyed our time at the villa and hope to return one day soon!

Stunning cliffside villa!

The villa is set cliffside with stunning views of the caldera! It is very clean and pretty inside - there is air con throughout so despite the high temperatures outside it was easy to stay cool and comfortable inside- there is plenty of space in and around the villa - we really didn’t want to leave! We were met by Panos, who showed us round and an extremely well stocked fridge and cupboards so we did not need to buy any supplies during our stay! Many thanks for all your assistance! We slept upstairs where the indoor hot tub was - the bed was very comfortable and Panos was quick to increase the temperature of the hot tub as it was ever so slightly too cool at first. There was plenty of room in the shower and a twin sink in the upstairs bathroom which was ideal for a couple. The villa is near a few properties including a hotel with helipad but not overlooked at all ! It was very interesting watching the helicopters take off and land as it was very windy for a couple of days during our stay! The wind did make it challenging to use the outdoor plunge pool but we managed to for a couple of days during our stay when the wind wasn’t as strong! We loved our stay at the villa it is in a perfect location, not far from Megalochori village but with stunning views of the volcano. We found the sunsets here were just as good as Oia, better really as you have no crowds to contend with! We would totally recommend a stay at this villa, it has everything you need for a special and perfect stay on Santorini. 5 stars ⭐️ for everything!

Second honeymoon dream come true!

Our experience was nothing less than a once in a lifetime. We had spent the previous days at our daughter's wedding in Italy so our trip to Santorini was for us alone, a second honeymoon if you will. The listing is completely accurate and the location met every expectation and then some. We wanted privacy, sunsets, romance, comfort and ease of getting around the island and this property made all those things possible. But the real difference maker was our host, Panos, and the attention and care he provided prior to our arrival, the phone call assisting us with the last few meters in finding the villa to how he was immediately responsive and attentive to any request we made. For example help with dinner recommendations and reservations. Or how about on our first morning and we tried to make a small breakfast on the stove and the unit failed (and reached the end of its useful life) and a new stove was installed within 3-4 hrs. Or how he increased the water temp for the interior jacuzzi or had the outdoor pool cleaned mid-stay. We were amazed at just how quickly he responded to us as if we were his sole purpose and focus for our time there. What is the rating of stars for "off the chart?" Would we go back? We are already looking at the possibility. It was the only way we could depart otherwise it would have been too difficult. Also, if we do make it back there we would ask Panos to see if he could provide a mattress topper as our only issue was that the mattress was very firm. Of course, we were able to manage by getting up and getting in the jacuzzi which eased all the little aches and pains! This property and its host are amazing!!
