Our Town of Niskayuna has adopted a law regulating short-term rentals in our zoning as follows:

 The owner stays overnight for the duration of the booking (for your information, the owner has its own space with a private entrance which would not interfere the space of the guests).

 Guests are not permitted to host weddings, events, ceremonies, or parties.
 Off-street parking is limited to 4 cars. On-street parking is prohibited in our neighborhood.

 Be mindful of noise levels, especially during off-peak hours.
 Fireworks are prohibited.
 Camper or overnight caping in the tents are prohibited.
 Garbage and recycling must be placed in covered bins.
