Downtown Concert Destination

Came to Dallas for a music weekend and we had everything we needed. Centrally located, At&T Stadium, Deep Ellum just a quick ride… Opening Bell Coffee @South Side…. The Crab Station & Cafe Brazil breakfast tacos after the show…This place will have your music weekend handled. I would recommend.

nice but with a few issues

The property was nice, check in was easy and parking was easy and in the garage below. The Negative; all bedroom windows had very thin shades, the Lower bedroom window looked directly into the hallway and the hallway was brightly lit all night, so the room was never dark. The upper bedrooms were not as bad but still putting dark shades on the bedroom windows would go a very long way, (I believe someone else mentioned this in their review). There were only 4 bath towels, which if you have a wife and daughter like I do those don't go very far. We were able to do a wash which helped but a few extras would be great. The other uncontrollable was that the first night a few rooms down some kids were having a partly all night long, running up and down the hall, and police were eventually called by another renter. The LL was responsive when I text them at 3:45 am and it did get shut down. Darker, thicker shades in the bedroom are greatly needed.

Great stay. Perfect for what we needed. In town for wedding dress shopping so location was important. Beautiful view of the city skyline. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact the unit lacked any additional blankets or pillows & the kitchen floors were not swept.

Great Spot

This was an incredibly clean facility that was very spacious and had some great views of the skyline in downtown. The location was a little off the beaten path, but otherwise I would stay here again.!

Excellent rate; great view of Downtown Dallas

Very spacious bedrooms with a great view of downtown Dallas, free secure garage parking, comes with the usual dishwasher, washer / dryer combo, fridge and coffee maker. I do wish there was coffee. However, just across the street is Lorenzos where you can get great coffee and breakfast in the morning. This location is very convenient to downtown for business purposes. You can actually walk (except when it is very hot or very cold). Given the opportunity, I will stay here again.

Wonderful property with amazing views!

Property was exactly as described. Beautifully decorated and well laid out. Location was convenient to the downtown area. You definitely need a car or be prepared to Uber. Management was quick to respond to any questions. View of the Dallas skyline was an added perk! Would definitely stay again on a return trip!

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s was clean inside. Needs little update carpets. Bedding, more towels. The elevator was stuffy, need cleaning. It was our first but location was close convention. A plus. Customer service wonderful. I would return.

I'd stay here again.

Great property. Only issue was carpet in living area had turned up corner which was a real trip hazard. Also water filter in refrigerator needs changing.
